When we determined that we would be visiting NYC for a month this past summer, we decided to look for a furnished apartment rental for our stay. In reviewing our options, Taylor Made stood out as it was run by women. Our initial contacts with them were very positive and we booked our stay. From beginning to end, the customer service was excellent. Our main contact, Regine, was always available and quick to respond. The apartment was located in a great area near Central Park on the west side. The building staff was welcoming upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We intend to visit NYC again next year, and will be contacting Taylor Made to schedule our visit.

We rented an apartment from Taylor Made Furnished Apartments for 10 months. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. They helped us with any issue that arose, which were very few. They were also very quick to respond to any issue. I would highly recommend them for an extended stay in NYC!

My very pleasant stay “ A Stay to be Remembered” in this Taylor Made Furnished roomy and well-lit apartment. The furniture and beds were all comfortable; and tastefully decorated. Bathroom linens and bedding are also included. Fully furnished kitchen (refrigerator, washer and dryer) tableware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and all other essential electric appliances and amenities.The location is ideal, with a view over looking the East River with stunning Sunsets and sunrise. Proximity to every thing on the East side, including subways and market with selection of most anything you might need, including wine and libations.The booking and customer service is extraordinary, it embodies the true definition of customer honesty, service and satisfaction. Once I found I had an unexpected issue that required me to find alternate lodging, Taylor Made Furnished apartment was able to secure an apartment that fit my immediate needs. This was done seamlessly, without complaint, and with great attention to detail and my concerns.I would not hesitate in either using Taylor Made Furnished Apartments services again or recommending them to my friends and to anyone traveling to New YorkCity

Tylor Made has made my time in New York city so much better. Their apartments are amazing, at nice and convenient locations. Their staff is super responsive.If you have any problems in the apartment, you can just email / text their staff and most of your requests will be taken care on the same day. I couldnt imagine a better service.10/10 highly recommended.

I was looking forward to return to NYC as a leader at a major hospital; however Taylor Made has turned my homecoming into a nightmare. I was in need of temporary housing while my new condo was not quite ready. Taylor Made put me, my family and two cats into a unit at 330 west 56th. I was time warped back over 35 years to my college dorm packed with roaches and pungent roach spray smell (of course after I unpacked a full carload after a 15 hour drive). They have been unable to move me and despite a visit from an exterminator less than 12 hours from my arrival, I awoke this am to a “water bug” jumping out at me while I attempted to make coffee (the only meal I will make) in the disgusting kitchen. Help!
