I work for a global software vendor, in the Financial Service sector, and we have been at this Virgo location for perhaps 7 years now, and we see no reason to leave. Our office within the Business Center is perfect for employees and our clients, in terms of location and accessibility. We had a choice of office size & are very happy with what we have right now. We are fortunate to have an office with windows that offer great views, as well as plentiful sunshine to brighten our day.The Center staff are everything one could want, and are always there when you need them. The availability of the kitchen is nice - to be able to get good tea & coffee, & cold drinks, & to be able to keep your lunch cool in the fridge if you need to.

The Virgo Business Center, at 380 Lexington Ave, is a beautiful, clean, well-lighted facility with a highly professional and personable staff. The receptionist has been quite helpful and has gone above and beyond her normal duties to facilitate the tenants including me. The conference room is immaculate and well maintained which makes a huge impression on my clients. I would happily recommend the Virgo Business Center to anyone.

The reception area is very bright and clean and the offices are very well maintained. Our company has been using the Virgo Business Center at its location near Grand Central for several years. We initially started here by using their virtual office capabilities and was extremely happy with their service. The staff here is very friendly, helpful and professional. As a result, when we were ready to take on physical office space, we chose to stay at this location. The staff worked with us to make the transition from virtual office to physical office as painless and smooth as possible. We are extremely happy with the facilities of the Business Center and the services provided by the staff and find this to be an ideal location.

I have been using serviced offices for over 6 years and in different locations and even though most of them seem the same and offer similar pricing, the difference is often made on the service they deliver. And in the case of Virgo at this address I have nothing but praise for the on site team. Not only are they always good humoured and patient with me but in more than one occasion they have gone the extra mile to help me or accommodate my requests. I have to single out Jessica and her team for being very professional but also lovely to deal with on a daily basis

The staff are the best. Thats the first thing I have to say. The reception area is lovely and well maintained and the staff is so friendly and welcoming, its a nice change from this hectic and sometimes hostile city. I feel relaxed at Virgo. Another favorite thing of mine -- the coffee machine in the kitchen and the free coffee (although my routine is the Dove hot chocolate). I like that there is great security. Only drawback is phones in the offices are optional and sometimes my guests get stuck in security or feel a little hassled. We could have had a phone in our office for a fee but it wasnt worth it. I think the offices should come with phones due to the security issue. I have to keep my mobile phone turned off while seeing clients so it can get a little tricky. Overall, though, this is a great place to work!

My experience at Virgo Business Center at Grand Central has been one of efficiency and ease. The sales manager met me promptly and showed me around the facility. The suite is professionally run, has all the support services and features that you need, from furniture and storage to internet and mail room support. The tenants I spoke to are all happy there. The lease was able to be executed electronically, which saved a meeting. So far, so good, and I would recommend this to friends and colleagues who are looking for space in the Grand Central market.

My company has only good things to say about Virgo Grand Central. The offices are clean and well appointed as are the restrooms; everything a business needs to run efficiently is at your fingertips (fax, copier, phones); the conference rooms are nicely done, and quiet, with choices for small or large meetings; and the Virgo staff is pleasant and accomodating. Location cant be beat with easy access to subways, buses and Grand Central. Overall, this is a great location and a great space to lease an office.

Ive been a tenant at the 575 address for about six months and have totally enjoyed my time here. My favorite thing...the sweet girls at the front desk. Best girls out of any office building I have worked at, hands down. Bathroom stalls are tiny but besides that, love the place!

Cant say enough about the Virgo Business Center. My clients always comment about how great the building is and how convenient it is for them being in the heart of the city (across from Grand Central earns triple points). I have been a tenant at Virgo Chanin for many years. The business center offers everything a small to medium sized business needs, at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the facilities are well maintained and immaculate. The conference rooms are an impressive space in which to meet clients and offer audiovisual services if such are needed. In addition, the Grand Central location is very convenient for guests coming from all around the area. I have been working here for a year now and I love it!! The commute is convenient, 1 train to and from. Lots of places to eat and there is a Starbucks at every corner(my fav). The staff on my floor is very helpful and polite and I like to take a minute to stop and talk with them.....make them laugh a little = ) The kitchen and bathrooms are always clean. I have been a tenant at Virgos Chanin Business Center for more than four years and I expect to remain there until I retire. The office is located near Grand Central terminal and can be accessed directly from the 4, 5, 6, 7 and shuttle subway lines, which is a tremendous advantage particularly during periods of inclement weather. The offices are fully equipped and decorated in an attractive, contemporary manner. You can literally move in, plug in and start working. The work stations are oversized and can be readily adapted to the particular needs of each tenant. Above all, the staff headed by Mohini M. is attentive to detail and solicitous of tenants and their guests. Lastly, Virgos business model makes it possible for tenants to network with each other and acquire important business contacts in the process. The icing on the cake is that the rents are very competitive. All in all - a complete win.

My firm moved into this Virgo space three months ago. The staff here have been extremely helpful with setting us up. We often need things done in a rush, and they have been very responsive. The center manager, Mohini is very attentive and resolves problems quickly. This staff runs the center vey efficiently. Its been a great new home for our firm!

Excellent experience. I love my office, Sizes in the center are variable and mine very adequately suits my needs. I have also been fortunate enough to get a corner office with double exposure oversized windows and nice views from the 17th floor. Soundproofing and privacy are very important for my work. Alan Loughlin, the sales representative, was sensitive to my needs and showed me offices that were right off the waiting area, and patiently waited with me while I tested out the soundproofing, which is very good. This is an important feature which is sadly lacking in other business centers that I have visited. The waiting area is gorgeous,in keeping with the art deco style of this landmark, iconic art deco building. It is connected to Grand Central Station and convenient to all public transportation. Mohini, the office manager is a bit of a dynamo-efficient, conscientiousness, reliable and professional. She is assisted by Janel and Jessica, who are both gracious, patient and professional. All this plus a fully stocked pantry! I highly recommend Virgo Business Center.

At first, I didnt like the idea of having an office in the Grand Central area. It is very convenient, but too crowded. However, I now love to come to our office on the 17th floor in the Virgo Business Center. The office and waiting area are nice, and the management is great. Mohini, Yanel and Jessica create a warm, welcoming yet professional environment. They take care of everything you need in your space so you can focus on your work. I would definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to rent an office at the Virgo Business Center.

I began working in the Chanin Building in the beginning of this year. Our company is MNE Services on the 17th floor, which we rent from Virgo Chain. The service here is impeccable and is consistently raising the bar. It is always a pleasure to walk into work every morning and be greeted by our awesome receptionists such as Jessica and Yanel. and I am not talking about phony “good mornings”. Yanel makes an effort to show that everything in our office and in our business world is as comfortable as possible. When there is an issue, Yanel always tries to fix it as soon as possible. That must be why everything always seems as if there never was a problem. Our floor manager, Mohini, is also great at what she does. We are never unaware of any calls, clients, or packages that we receive and are notified about them as soon as possible. As far as aesthetics, the entire floor is beautiful. The lobby stands out every morning and is decorated with beautiful plants and furniture. Altogether, my experience is nothing short of excellent.Thank you,Bryan Krayko
