Great location, central to Manhattan and close to major transportation hubs.Friendly and great security at building entrance, clean building and well managed.Corporate Suites Front Desk and back office personnel are a great mix of professional, courteous and friendly.They go to great length to accommodate any necessity or matter.Spaces comes in several sizes, clean and quietness reigns.I would recommend to any small size business to get their own base at Corporate Suites, it has all the amenities needed for feeling great at your work space, common areas like conference rooms of different sizes, kitchen: hot drinks in a variety of coffees, and teas, nice size fridge for shared space, popcorn treats, massage and relaxing room.Least but not last Corporate Suite has very competitive rates, which these days for businesses it is a plus!
So the guys lie in their offer on the website. If youre an occasional user they promise a day ftom 30$,if you request the quote from them and provide your details-it comes up as a 30$/day. Come on, there are other offers around thois price on liquid spaces.Though lying is not good!
Our company could not be more pleased with our experience at 1180. Karissa and Karen at the front desk are the absolute best! Theyre both so excited to help us book rooms, greet guests, or do anything else that we might need. Very client obsessed! And the office space itself is beautiful -- we have a great view down 6th Ave., along with access to great conference rooms whenever we need them.

I’ve been a client at Corporate Suites for 5+ years, and I’m not going anywhere. As a “virtual” client, the features of a Manhattan space that are most important to me are the conference room, day-use facilities, and the front desk. They have a variety of conference rooms, including those appropriate to host even the most well-heeled clients. The kitchen and day-use office are well-kept and clean. By far, though, the main feature for me is the front-desk staff. I occasionally alert them that I’m waiting for some piece of mail—whether it be a check, contract, or court papers—and they’ve always come through for me. They’re polite and professional, giving me full confidence to invite existing clients, potential clients, and adversaries to meet or drop off some item there. They also make an effort to facilitate networking among on-site and virtual tenants with seasonal events. All in all, I’d be surprised if you could find a place as good as Corporate Suites-Rock Center for a base of operations in Manhattan—and I’m certain you can’t do better!
I have been at corporate suites for 15 years. They are like my family, only with excellent services and beautiful offices. I have been a CPA for 25 years and they work hard to accommodate my professional needs and my business has grown because of them. When clients call the office they often think that reception works exclusively for me. Although it is a shared space, I really feel like it is my space. Reception treats all my clients with respect and often clients will comment how nice everyone is. They also work hard to create a sense of community.
We have been renting an office here for over a year now and we think its a great space. We moved from a small 2-person room to a 5-person room as our company started to grow and Corporate Suites was very helpful in making that move. The building itself is nice and in a great location. Great staff in the lobby of the building and our floor who are very friendly and professional. The only issues we have is that we cant control the temperature and it sometimes gets uncomfortably hot/cold. Other than that, good space with good features and good people.

Im fairly new to Corporate Suites but for the short time Ive been here its been great! The staff is very kind and helpful. Its a great location for the price. Yes the temperatures not consistent but I think that might be a building issue. Some days are hot and some are cool or both in one day. It’s definitely a nice space for a satellite office.

We have now been at the Corporate Suites Business Centers, 1180 Ave Americas, for two weeks. It has been a great experience so far! The office space is clean, well lit, and very well maintained. The receptionist is friendly and very helpful. The common areas are great- nice conference rooms; kitchen: milk provided for coffee, nice size fridge for shared space. Also in prime location- near Rock Center; very accessible to Grand Central and Port Authotity/Penn Station.

Our non-profit has been at Corporate Suites a little over 2 months now. The space is brand new, modern and clean looking. There are four different conference rooms to pick from, a nice kitchen and friendly receptionists. Getting into the space was pretty simple with the assistance of Teresa Steele.
Very kind office systems akin to Regus, not WeWork. Paul Carter, the manager, and the staff are wonderful. The lobby is under construction so the entrance is on the side through the freight entrance until June.
