I have been attempting to search for a new job on my own for a few months and while I had some responses, they did not lead anywhere. That is, until I responded to an ad for a position posted by Nadine Bocelli Staffing. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from their rep. on the following morning. The day after that, an interview was scheduled with their rep. Within two days after that, the rep provided me with a few job opportunities and I went to an interview with one and landed a job there. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with both Melissa and Heather from New York Legal Staffing, as they seemed profoundly professional and very responsive to me, keeping me in the loop of latest developments from inception to practically my 1st day on the new job. I highly recommend this company. Do not waste time searching for a job on your own and call them right away!

For some people, they will have a decent experience, for some others, not so much. I applied a few times from 2016, 2017, and even this year. From the earlier years (2016/2017), Ms. Jennifer assisted me but went silent throughout that period time, just to learn that she no longer worked there, thus nothing was done and I was left hanging for a massive period of time when I decided to contact the office. I spoke to Ms. Heather who is very nice and professional, but I have not heard of any updates since then. Through the conversation, I did learn that the ads shown does entice prospective to apply, but it does not mean that the actual position is open, etc which is a turn off personally. Honestly, feel free to give it a shot. You may succeed, you may not. I am just too put off at this point.

Was a pleasure working with Heather. She coached and helped me throughout the whole process! Loved how she would follow up and keep me updated. This agency is great and I would recommend using them if you are looking to continue your career in the legal field.

When I first entered the office I did not know what to expect because I had no previous experience with staffing agencies; yet, they were very friendly and welcoming. The lady assigned my case was extremely accommodating and realistic about how I could improve my resume and the type of jobs I might look for. I left the office feeling motivated and confident. I reached out to Nadine Bocelli for a lateral attorney position. I was contacted by Jennifer who is highly knowledgeable about the current market for lateral hires. She was extremely helpful, not only in advising on career paths but also on my resume and cover letter. I was interviewed by Jennifer but also met Eilis and Heather. All three of them have been committed to helping me move my career forward (and given that I have experience in a somewhat niche practice area I fully appreciate their efforts to make my experience more relevant than I thought). All of my communications with them have been professional and Jennifer is extremely responsive (even gets back to me on weekends).I have not had a more positive experience with other recruiters who seem to be only out for themselves. Jennifer seems like she really cares about her clients and wants a win-win situation for all involved.

They dont seem to be as responsive as many of the reviews say they are. The website is also constantly updating with new roles and positions which I thought was strange since most temp agencies dont get new roles that fast. Then I found out from a former employee that they keep posting fake jobs in order to get as many resumes as they can. Not sure what the purpose of that would be but regardless, its really irresponsible and a general waste of everyones time.

Amazing people and amazing support!I started working with Nadine Bocelli & Company about two weeks ago and I have already been placed. Before working with the agency, Id spent nearly three months unsuccessfully looking for an entry level paralegal position on my own.After I submitted my resume online I received an email a day or so later, and two days after that I was in the office for an in person interview with Jennifer, one of their recruiting representatives.Now for the reason for my review, Jennifer. She has been incredible throughout this entire process. From the initial meeting, to any follow up questions, to my placement at a law firm. Shes responded to all of my emails promptly and provided me with guidance on all of my questions. Most incredibly, when I was placed (which occurred on a weekend) she emailed me, called me to confirm I had received her message, sounded just as excited as I did, and then after my first day, checked in on me to ensure I was happy with my placement.Going into this process I was not expecting the people that placed me into a position to be this invested not only in my placement and success, but also in my happiness. Im thankful to the people at Nadine Bocelli & Company, and especially to Jennifer, for how enjoyable they have made what could otherwise have been a very stressful process.

Unresponsive to the needs of their applicants. Poor communication with applicants is just the tip of the ice berg with Nadine Bocelli (as you can read the reviews of unsatisfied professionals). There are lots of staffing agencies in NYC, I advise anyone to steer clear of this agency as they do not produce interviews in a timely fashion.I believe they just do not have the open positions from companies and are constantly pooling applicants with no interviews to place them on.Overall, the firm reeks of poor communication and desperate sales people anxious to make a commission of your employment.My experience; I heard back from them after 2 months about an interview. The day that they proposed was conflicting with a previously scheduled second round interview with another firm. I was shocked with how the recruiter was, insisting that I reschedule a prior 2nd round interview so I could attend a first round interview for a company that I had never heard of. It made me feel like I was nothing more than a commission to be made.I am less than pleased with their lack of compassion but more disappointed in the way they make their applicants feel. Got a job through them within four weeks of having my resume reviewed in person. I was working with three legal staffing firms, and this one was by far the most effective and responsive. Nadine Bocelli and Jen Walnick were personally in touch via email, phone, and text message multiple times per week with updates and potential job opportunities. They responded to emails and messages within minutes, and they respected my autonomy, goals, and those of their clients - highly recommend them.

Do not waste your time. I recruited by Eilis Russell. An immature little girl who is rude and doesnt understand the meaning of being professional. I will suggest trying a different agency that has a better understanding of what professionalism means.

Really shocked by the negative reviews! Heather and Nadine Bocelli have been nothing but help to me. I did not know what I was getting myself into, so I was nervous, but Heather really helped me out a lot. Although I was sometimes unresponsive, Heather was always calling, texting and emailing me to make sure everything was okay. I am currently working at a law firm through NYLS Inc., and I love it! Heather and Nadine are the best!

I came to their office and met with Eilís Russell, a recruiter, for an interview to go over what positions I was looking for. It was a very relaxed and welcoming environment. I started my assignment after two weeks of meeting with the recruiter. They placed me as a legal assistant in an amazing firm to work for. It was a great stepping stone as a prelaw professional. All my interactions with Eilís as well as Heather have been prompt and professional. I highly recommend using this hiring agency.

The people who answer phones are very rude, arrogant and unprofessional.. They dont have enough information to provide out and yet they wont transfer you to those who are concerned. Very poor customer service :(

Amazing recruiters who actually care about you and what you want. They helped me get a great job at an IP law firm in manhattan. Jennifer Walnick is the patron saint of finding people jobs tin the field they are going to love. Having her on my side made me feel so much more optimistic about my prospects. The entire firm is professional and Jennifer constantly checks up on me to see how I am doing. They take away a lot of the stress of job hunting and are truly passionate about finding candidates jobs in the legal industry. Also not to mention Jennifer has a law degree herself and is a resource to go to for anyone recently out of college and thinking about law school

They have been in the legal search business a long time and know how to match skilled talent to the needs of their loyal clients so that everybodys happy. And thats the point, isnt it -- to find a job and be happy?! They dont forget about you like so many other agencies. They are honest and they allow you to make your own decisions, providing guidance when you need it.They found temp work for me while I searched for a full time position -- which I found, thanks to them. I highly recommend Nadine Bocelli & Company to anyone who doesnt want to waste valuable time in this market.
