My wife called several nanny agencies who told her that they dont have nannies that would work in Queens, NY. After a few calls, we had a did ‘we make the right move to Queens’ moment. My wife decided to call Tiny Treasures and a week later they sent us 6 qualified resumes of nannies, both male and female that were interested in our position.  If you live in Queens call Tiny Treasures, dont waste your time trying to understand the other agencys logic.

There is so many good things to say about tiny treasure nanny agency. If you a parent, ask to work with Ruka. She is so hardworking and amazing. She listens and makes you feel good about leaving your baby with a stranger. We needed a bi-coastal nanny/household manger. Someone who had no issues traveling and living with us. She sent us some great candidates. Our nanny has been with us now for 3 months and we love her. We feel safe to have her and our home is organized. This service was worth every penny.

Just had a great experience obtaining a full-time nanny position through Tiny Treasures. I worked with the owner, Ruka and another team member, Mary. Both women were such a pleasure to work with and always made me feel they had my best interests at heart. For nannies reading this review, I can tell you the families they represent offer excellent positions with competitive pay and extremely fair terms when it comes to guaranteed hours, over-time, paid time off, etc. It was so refreshing to go on interviews already knowing that these very important job details were already hashed out. For parents reading this review, I can attest to the fact that the application process is lengthy and set up in a way that would primarily attract serious, career-nanny candidates. This combined with the background check and reference calls makes for a very thorough screening process. I would recommend working with Tiny Treasures a million times over. Ive already passed the word on to all my friends who are nannies as well as parents looking for childcare.

She really thrives to make sure that both the family and the nanny are happy and makes all responsibilities, expectations, and needs abundantly clear. I heard about this agency via word of mouth, desperate to get decent help with my team after having the worst nanny experience known to man . I immediately felt special as I promoptly responded to and received candidates as early as the next morning . The founder of the agency not only listened to my concerns, she addressed them personally and she made me feel more like a close associate rather than a client . She eventually placed me with an excellent Nanny whom has been a heaven sent to our family . She still checks in with me periodically just make sure things are running smoothly . My husband and I came down with the flu, and we were desperate to find someone to help us with the kids. After a google search, I called Tiny Treasures, and literally within hours an amazing nanny was sent to us. It was a lifesaver. We had 2 different nannies for the days we were sick, and they both took great care of our children and were helpful around the house.

This was such a good nanny agency to work for. They were very honest about the jobs I would be qualified for based on my 10 years as an educator. I signed up with a bunch of agencies around the city that call you, interviewed and just wasted my time. I got no calls. Whiched confuses me because Im a career nanny. Tiny treasures called me when they actually had a position they felt Id be good for. Which insanely I got. Without saying much. We found an incredible French speaking nanny for our twins with Tiny Treasures nanny agency. They were very helpful and sent us great applicants! We definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a great nanny!

We hired a night nurse through Tiny Treasures, agreeing to specific days over the course of 8 weeks. Unfortunately our night nurse ended up in the ER with sciatica after the first week and needed to take the second week off. We did not want a replacement since we did not want a stranger in our home, or to go through the interview process again to find help for a single week of work. Our contract with Tiny Treasures was with the specific night nurse we had hired, for defined days (including the week in question). Tiny Treasures refused to refund us the 25% placement fee for the week in question - so we ended up paying $375 to Tiny Treasures for a week that our nurse was not able to provide the service. The customer service was subpar to say the least.

Ruka is a gem! She truly has the childs best interest at heart when seeking the proper caregiver. I firmly believe because she is a mother she knows and understands the importance of safety and comfort. I trust her and her ability to find the correct match for any type of family. She has years of experience. In addition, she is also very easy to get along with and very accommodating. The search for a proper caregiver can be stressful for any mother and I believe Ruka helps relieve that stress and stands by her word and the nannies in which she suggest.

We used two other agencies before calling Tiny Treasures. They were by far the nicest to us and were amazing to work with. We had very specific needs and requirements for the type of nanny we needed and they were honest with us, told us it may take long to find our super nanny but not impossible. Ruka is one of the owners and really listened to us. While it took us 6 weeks. Tiny treasures never stopped searching. The other agencies we used made it clear that it wasnt worth their time to help us. Which is crazy because they were really expensive and commission was going to be high. One of them sent us only one candidates that was nothing like what we were looking for and the other never called back after we interviewed 3 subpar candidate. I cant recommend this agency enough.

We really like our experience with this nanny agency.  We used them to hire our baby nurse and then our nanny. Was hesitant at first to use an agency but it was worth it!
