According to them, if you cannot immediately give references (before the interview), you are not a quality candidate :) So, give them your friends phone #s, just to get to the interview.Be prepared to lie, brush up on your buzz words. They favor buzz words over substance. Despite this, I still got the interview and the job.Instead of resenting this, if you can take advantage of this, its easy to get the chattering recruiters to just get to the interview and not annoy you with their nonsense.

Worked with Avianna P during my first experience being contacted by Insight Global for a job opportunity. I felt my time was valued and when meetings were scheduled she attented them. Communication was prompt and i enjoyed the experience.The next experience I had was with someone else, and went poorly. They reached out to me for a position they thought I was suited for. We set up a time to discuss the position. 1 hour before the meeting the recruiter rescheduled. Things happen, I understand, so we set another time for a meeting. The next meeting never took place as scheduled, and there was no communication from the recruiter to let me know why. Essentially I was ghosted.Takeaways from this experience: Recruiters are entry level employees with little to no barriers for entry. So some will be great and others...meh. Account managers are probably a reflection of their directs.

I was contacted by Ellie Bright, recruiter, based on a referral from my manager at the time. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and presented me with a great opportunity with a company that was relocating from Wall Street to Nashville. I am located in Nashville. The opportunity ultimately didnt work out, but she really enjoyed working with me and decided to send my information to IGs Nashville office. That same day I was contacted by 4 different account managers all with great opportunities. Chandler Hansen, account manager, is who I worked with to land the position I have now and I absolutely love it. Disappointing to see a company treat those furloughed due to COVID-19 so poorly. My experience revealed a poor company culture and general lack of empathy and awareness.I had a very disappointing experience working with two recruiters here. I had two initial calls with both recruiters, and each recruiter expressed serious interest and even setup a follow up interview time. When I reached out to confirm, I never received a response. Ive sent multiple responses since, and am still waiting..

Ive been with Insight Global for about two years now and have been managed by 3 different recruiters who all have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and paid close attention to my needs in a work environment. Very unprofessional recruitment agency. I was contacted by a recruiter for a position and had a phone interview with her. A call with the recruiting company was set up, I prepared and dedicated my office time for it, but I did not receive any call. When I informed the recruiter about it, her only reply was sorry, they filled the role. I have never seen that in my professional career! I recently changed departments within the company at which Im a contractor. The department has a list of approved staffing vendors. I was given contact information for 10 companies and contacted them to get a sense of the dynamic and obtain benefits information.From the receptionist to the recruiter and his coworker, who phoned me with some follow-up the next day, each encounter was very positive and they all had great personalities. I found a great corporate position in NYC through Insight Global. Applied from out of state but Vidhya made it happen! I recommend Insight Global to a variety of colleagues and friends.

I was contacted by a recruiter and she was very professional, she had a great attitude and manners. She asked me for references, I provided them with good references and they contacted both references quickly. Then the recruiter asked me to speak with her manager and the manager was rude and abrupt on the phone with me. It was the end of the day for her and I got the impression she was mad about something else, or maybe just wanted to go home for the day? She said I have other applicants for this position (rude) and I have a meeting (rude again) so I have to hang up. She never said anything positive about the job or position available I was applying for? She didn’t say: I will make sure the client gets your resume, or suggest you for consideration to the client, nothing?How rude, why do you have to bother my references if you are not even going to allow me to speak with the client for consideration? I am not new to this process. When you have a job, things are great for you.I really needed the job, I don’t have time to waste and I don’t approve of the middle man talking to my references and the client never gets to hear from me or know I exist, remember me the candidate you contacted? Nobody likes a bad review and I’m sure IG will think that it’s okay to act this way inside their office, we all like to protect our own team. I get that, but she was wrong to treat me like dirt.If you reach out to a candidate becauseyou like their resume and then you ask them for more information and 2 or 3 references, you should at least allow the candidate to meet with the employer. The young “lady manager” might be half my age, and has no real idea of my skill level or the hard work I have put in all my life. I don’t want to judge a book by the cover but I honestly think she was very unfair to me and very rude. I will think twice before allowing a temp agency access to my references again. One more thing they asked my references if they could call their company for potential candidates for job placement, isn’t that a conflict of interest? I will have to ask my friend about that, he is a lawyer and he should know? I think it’s just a poor ethics thing, no laws were broken.I like Insight Global and I am sure the manager can be very nice to some and professional to others . I wonder if people have run into the same manager with the same results? Is “she” happy with her job? It doesn’t seem that way and it’s affecting IG business I guess.Good luck with that.

UPDATE: do not trust Micaela from insight global. She was manipulative, rude, short, and incredibly intrusive. Upon speaking to her about my concerns of the client, she told me i needed to suck it up and work it out. She was more concerned with her own commission off my placement than she was of my actual experience with the client. She then also told me, in writing, insight global offered paid holidays. After 11 months- not one single holiday was paid. And when I asked why she said one thing but that wasn’t true she outright said that’s what they can do- change their minds. Shady business. Shady clients. Only care about their commission. Sad to say this because I had high hopes for this but I left ASAP!The team at Insight Global is amazing! Brianna and Micaela are so on top of their game its refreshing. From the first time they reached out to me to the Onboarding process, I have never felt more at ease and informed than I do now. Although, I went through a grueling interview process of 6 interviews, but it was well worth it, the offer I received exactly in line with what I was looking for. if you are interested in working with a team of qualified professionals to find your next job, insight global is the place!

Disappointed with this experience. Came for an screening to hopefully land a job interview with the company they mentioned. Im not gonna say names, the conversation went well and felt it was going in the right direction but the the follow up on the process after the last attempt was a failure. I had contact info with the recruiter and was told they were going to get back to me at the EOD after the interview. Nothing happened so I contacted the recruiter just in case and was told it was busy, still going thru interviewing other candidates. Ill let you know whether you will advance or not. I followed up a week after the Thanksgiving break and there was no response whatsoever in over the span of two and half weeks. This was a total letdown and big waste of my time.

I have been working for insight global for about 2 months now, All of the team over there has been very helpful and finding me a job suited to my specific backgrounds and education. The thing that I like the most about in sight global is I have worked with a bunch of different staffing agencies and this one seems truly committed towards my success in matching me with whats best for me grab that than whats best for them, I have been working temp to perm and hopefully they have helped me find the last job I will ever have.

Do not waste your time with this agency, ESPECIALLY if youre an entry level tech. But I recommend you see for yourself why you should avoid this agency. The recruiters dont know the first thing about a qualified candidate and change their minds on a whim after offering you a position while not even having the consideration to inform prior. In the rare event you do get assigned a project, good luck after its over because youll go months continuing to look. They do not screen effectively and what ends up happening is that unskilled individuals with a criminal records charm their way through the interview process, get hired, slow down the project because their incompetence, and end up getting pulled out of the project abruptly with no replacement. During my first month long project two people had records and one individual just quit after 3 days. I have to say first contract position was a wonderful experience, thank you Cassandra from the Florida branch; you know how to conduct a proper interview and get things done right. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the New York office and they have worn my patience. Ive spoken with 3 different recruiters and each one has required that I begin hiring process from scratch. The recruiters demand several references each time to begin the process, will question you time and time again about your qualifications over the phone, have their managers call you to do the same, and on top of that they require that you interview with the actual employer if you make it that far. Do not waste your time with the New York office if your entry level. The staff is either incredibly lazy or unconcerned with getting you hired. They do not assess your technical skills effectively enough which is why so many inexperienced people are mistakenly hired instead. I would recommend a online assessment test but they can do what they want. Its obvious that they themselves have no competence in the IT field and that they dont really know how to hire the right people. Again, the New York branch will waste your time and they dont know the importance of following up. Dont expect them to stick to their promises because decisions will be made behind your back leaving you high and dry despite all your efforts and cooperation .

I am currently employed but was looking for a better opportunity, so I updated my resume and re-published it on the web. I was contacted by Insight Global not long after and the recruiter that contacted me was outstanding, with not only her utmost professionalism, but her dogged pursuit and follow up skills. Within no time she had me lined up for a phone interview and a few weeks later, after two more follow up interviews, I landed the opportunity that I was looking for! Her Manager also accompanied me on the face to face interview which was unheard of in my experience with previous recruiting companies. It did not end there. She along with her Manager guided me through the painstaking process of the onboarding paperwork, background check, fingerprinting, and various other documents, right up until successful completion. Forget any other recruiting companies that you are using, Insight Global is an absolute 5 star organization which I cannot recommend enough!

Insight Global has offered me my first employment. The recruiters are amazing, they provide you the right guidance and work passionately to get you hired. Very quick in responses and getting information. My recruiter kelsey wenzel is an amazing person, She helped me right from setting up the interview until fulfilling the paperwork which wouldnt have been easy without her help. Great team to work with.

Id never ever try to work with this recruiting agency neither recommend any because they were so unfair to me. They sent me for a Sr. System Admin role but told me its a 1/2nd level support . They got a very higher rate from their client and offered me $20/hr, the lowest rate and giving me conditions that Id have to take lunch break and wont get paid for that. Then during interview, when interviewer was talking about senior roles and stuff, I explained them what I was told by recruiters, and hiring manager got surprised. They felt so sorry about it. Very unprofessional recruiters and their management. Never try to meet them in person. Its just their excuse to bring you up to their office and waste your time & money. No worth it. I dont believe Their good reviews here because these are their own made up. My friends had the same experience with them.

Was here today for a 9am interview . I was told to come in after speaking to one of the staffing members. They were intrigued over the phone not until I came to the agency they were prejudice. Disgusting I was not able to receive my second interview with my job with Cornell because there was another candidate that somehow went on the same interview that I was supposed to go on for 2pm time slot that I had . I came all the way from long island for this interview and spent 60$ today that I dont have. I am unemployed and now I will not look at staffing agencies the same .Please Please Please do not accept phone calls from this company if they call you. Its a waste of time and money.

Horrible experience with Insight Global with possibility of pending lawsuit, long story short, Was hired by insight global for a contract July 26th, disclosed misdemeanor on my application July 26th and again July 27th, was hired to work Monday, was on site when I received a call telling me my background report came back stating I had a misdemeanor (which i has disclosed) and they pulled me off the job site then fired me. Was told that they have a blanket NO HIRE policy for misdemeanor of any kind, which is discrimination in itself. Am not waiting to hear back from Account Manager Bryant about rectifying the situation before I proceed with a Promissory Estoppel lawsuit.
