I have to say Ive been working for Hays since September of 2020 still working the same company that Hays placed me in AbleTo Corp and going strong. Ive never had an issue with reaching my recruiter, my pay, my hours being messed up its been a great experience thus far. One time I noticed that my pay was lower than the hours I submitted for and Hays gave me a through explanation for the missing pay which I had no dispute about they are efficient and down to the point. I could have found a better company to work for outside of the client Im working for now.

I went to them back in February for a job posting I applied for that I know I met all the requirements yet I was told I did not qualify. 6 months later my resume has been passed around from one person to another and I can not get a hold of anyone for a few weeks after being persistent. When I do get a hold of someone they rush me off the phone and the process starts all over again. They tell me they have nothing available yet on their site there are plenty of positions that I fit and my resume and experience reflect the posting only to be told that I do not have the requirements. This place is a waste of time and you are better off applying for jobs directly to a companies website. Do not waste your time.

Had a phone screen with Erik B. about a potential Recruiter/HR position. After we spoke he was suppose to get back to me about potential next steps. Never heard back. I then reached out to see if I was still in or out of consideration and never got a response. Especially for a recruiter role it was disappointing that you dont have the professionalism to at least respond to candidates.

I was contacted by Hays because of a job posting I applied to, needless to say with great communication from my recruiter on what to expect and talking me through all of my concerns during Covid pandemic, I got an offer and couldn’t be happier.

The process went smoothly; the staff is very friendly and communicates well with what to expect.

Beware candidates this recruiting firm is a scam, all of the recruiters are about their own numbers. They won’t help you find a job I interviewed at this firm recently for an IT recruiter position. After we schedule on the phone for in person interview for a specific time. The interviewer shows up 30 min late to my interview without any disregard to my time or travel to this office he Steven Beisler did not even have my resume. After interviewing here the internal recruiter mentioned that they changed the job to a Business Development role, they clearly did not want to hire based on their lateness why not just tell me that from the beginning. I should have walked out of this interview . I don’t take that excuse to not hire me over others what a waste stay far away from this firm corrupt resume collecting firm.

The worst Recruitment agency. Unprofessional and Rude.

Hays Recruitment are a crude interpretation of employment firm. The recruiter is constantly reinterpreting your words to satisfy some paranoia of their own design. They failed to schedule potential clients correctly. Their correspondence Google classifies as spam - rightly so in retrospect. I had to schedule my own client meetings. From my experience, the client represented is below par. Technically stifled and dingy surroundings fit more for office for Hammett detective novel with all the trimmings or an oppressive sweat shop . Be forewarned.
