I have ONLY positive things to say about Ajilon. After being in the job market for months and having been ghosted by several job agencies, Stephanie reached out to my when I was at my wits end. I was very transparent about my frustrations - from the beginning she was incredibly kind and encouraging. She was always responsive, and made a point to say that if I saw a job online I really wanted online to let them know as they may have connections. The way she approached the process made me not just feel like a number to get commission, but a truly caring recruiter. I was passed along to Matt who ended up getting me a temp position in the field I was looking for, with a perfect fit company. He was equally as responsive and on top of everything through the long interview process. Even after I accepted a full-time role outside of the temp position, Stephanie made a point to call and congratulate. I can confidently say after having spoken with many job agencies in the NYC area that I would recommend Ajilon to anyone!

Ive had an amazing experience working with the Ajilon team, they were incredibly friendly when we met in person, kept me posted on roles that were a fit for me and then kept in close contact throughout a short interview process that turned into an offer! Lisa Garfinkel and Ally Johnson have been wonderful to work with. Getting laid off or transitioning employers for whatever reason is not easy. Its emotional, its scary and the future is unknown but these two didnt allow (and dont allow) me to get in my own way. They also are professional, honest and sincerely do the best they can to help job seekers who want to be placed and employers find the right candidate. I highly recommend Ajilon as a company. If youre seeking employment in NYC request Lisa and/or Ally (youd be lucky to get them both).

My experience with Ajilon was positive and put me in the position I’m in today. I first met my Recruiter, Stephanie Catoggio, when I was transitioning from FL to NY. She went over my background, resume, gave me a few critiques, and told me to give her a call once I got to NY. To my surprise Stephanie reached out to me because she remembered the date I was arriving in NY based on our conversation. She congratulated me on making the transition and was excited about helping me seek employment. Shortly after that conversation Stephanie helped me land a job at an awesome Marketing agency. I’m truly appreciative of everything she’s done for me. Maya Cruz was also instrumental in getting me set with Onboarding and providing me with the tools I needed to start my assignment. Both these individuals are a positive representation of Ajilon. Because of their efforts I give Ajilon a five star rating.

I really dont like to share bad reviews, but the truth is the truth. I do not recommend this agency anyone serious about finding temp or perm work. Renee was professional and I guess she assumed that she was giving constructive criticism, but in all reality she tore down my resume and made me feel as if my years in HR exp in the public and private sector were not good enough for temp Admin work.I took on numerous Admin tasks. Not to mention the people/environment I provided job placement service to does not count or the experience is useless because their background. I wanted to believe otherwise about the info she gave me, but people were shocked when I reported back.This agency should not interview candidates if they dont fit the profile!

I remember dealing with renee. However it feels like job postings on the ajilon dont seem to be a good fit not did I hear back from other recruiters
