Need to upgrade antiquated computer systems, set-up sound systems and bulletin boards that inform people when they are being called, and increase security measures for everyone. Also provide an adequate number of bi-lingual staff to accommodate those who are non English speaking. Not to mention, speed up wait times by increasing number of workers to accommodate the increasing number of people applying for assistance.

Case workers never pick up the phone. Ive been calling to reschedule and ask a question about not receiving my card. Whats the point of providing case worker contact numbers if they do whatever they want. Very few actually work, while others chitchat thats why people wait hours to finally get seen. I understand we are being helped but people here get paid to do their job, and they should do it correctly.

The wait is atrocious. Come with patience and understanding because the way the numbers are given out are based on priority and sent to the workers in a way where even though its out of order, the previous worker with the number that should be next, is probably busy fighting a slow computer or extremely concerned client. So even if it seems like a popcorn call, its just this center has the slowest computer system. I dont understand how thats not the main thing to be upgraded in these centers when all these high volumes of new technology with more efficient ways to make things easier come out. But its a set up to have the lower class be in this situation anyway.

If I can give 0stars I will. They dont help and they are rude. Had a domestic violence victim sit for 6hours and employees told her business out loud in the lobby....very unprofessional. They need to go back and learn some better training or they will meet that one crazy person not afraid to go to jail.

They may have updated there systems but they need to have someone answer the phones, its a waste of time to go down to the office if you have a simple question that someone can answer.

The workers are rude and not very helpful at all when or if you just need to ask a question. The turn over rate is ridiculously slow. You can spend and entire day there as if you are an employee on the clock.

This place is a disaster because of them I lost my food benefits. I had to start all over again. For all this February, I didnt have EBT to go buy food for my children. Who knows until the case is opened again.
