I have a rescued kitten (currently fostering her) with a concerning medical condition. I took her to Animal Medical Center ($200) and followed up after that with a vet I go to often. Not much was offered in the way of solutions at either previous office visit. Dr. Khan, however, at Hudson Animal Hospital put a lot of thought and effort in trying to find a solution. She gave me several ways to try to resolve the problem and followed up via email with more specific information. I think the kitten is improving. The staff at the practice was friendly and professional. Overall, Im so pleased with the experience and hope to use this practice going forward for my own two cats. Based on this visit, I would certainly recommend Dr. Khan. Im grateful for the attention this kitten received.

I am so grateful to have found such excellent veterinary care with Dr. Khan at Hudson Animal Hospital. I brought both of my cats here about a month ago, one of them with a chronic eye condition that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars trying to address since adopting him. She was so kind and took a lot of time talking to me about treatment options. We decided to start with a conservative approach, with supplements in his food twice a day and eyedrops for a week. A month later and I’ve never seen his right eye as open and clear as it is now! She also helped address his issues with vomiting after eating and after following Dr. Khan’s advice, he hasn’t vomited since. I highly recommend Dr. Khan for all your veterinary needs!

I am a first time dog owner and I knew right away he’d receive his medical care from Hudson Animal Hospital. I travel from Jersey because I saw first hand how well they cared for a dear family friend Osito and how caring and compassionate they are. They were very thorough during our first visit. Made Otis feel comfortable. I like the patient portal. I definitely recommend H.A.H.

Accessing vet care, even routine care, hasnt been the easiest during this pandemic. As such, I needed a new vet for my pup for some routine care (thankfully). We both run a little anxious and I was really happy to meet with Dr. Angiello who is as thoughtful, kind and knowledgable as the other reviewers suggest. Even though I had minimal interaction with the staff overall (due to pandemic restrictions), the conversation I did have was very kind, professional and thorough. And the pup seemed to mind her vet visit a little less and that makes this dog dad happy.

As a professional practitioner in the medical field, it’s truly my obligation to finally post this. Nobody should experience this in their lifetime. Certainly not vulnerable animals. My dog Teddy was treated with great negligence and apathy. I’m lucky he’s alive. A year ago I made the mistake of having Dr. Yoshida perform dental surgery on my 11 year old shitzu. Knowing my dog has stage B2 degenerative mitral valve disease from an echo, additionally a heart murmur. Dr Yoshida kept my dog under general anesthesia for nearly four hours. During this time his heart slowed down to the point he had to be injected with atropine. Dr. yoshida unbeknownst to me actually made phone calls to me and others while my dog was in another room under general anesthesia. When I convey this to other veterinarians, they are shocked at this negligence. When they were finally finished with him, a tech handed me him outside. Once we were in a car I noticed blood all over his foot. Apparently when she cut his nails, without a care in the world cut past the quick right into his blood vessels. This causes great pain for a dog and can lead to severe bleeding. My dog was under general anesthesia and there was absolutely no reason why Dr Yoshida was careless and negligent that she did not inspect the underside of the nail, the difference between the tip of the nail and the quick is evident. The only times this happens is when a dog moves around and is accidental. However when I brought this up to Dr. yoshida after I received no apology, no accountability, no responsibility or care. Her response was “it’s a common occurrence and happens all the time”. Sadly, I noticed multiple reviews with previous clients stating the same thing of her doing this to their loved ones. No it’s not acceptable after having my dog with a compromised heartbundergo hours of having a tube breathe for him while she conducted phone calls, additional extractions with him experiencing bradycardia, heartbnearly stopped requiring medication to stabilize it, then handing me my dog back all bloody. I was told after she removed six teeth and that was much more than she stated during her several conversations while my dog had a tube breathing for him. Her reply was with a signed document she can remove teeth if she feels it’s necessary. There are other reviews here again offer yoshida committing this same unethical behavior. The saddest most unbelievable aspect of all this was Dr Yoshidas complete denial of all these incidents she was negligent, apathetic, and conduct unheard of in medicine. She took no responsibility nor remorse in fact there was an excuse for ever issue. An ethical medical doctor with any conscience does not treat live beings this way with a blatant disregard for both humans and animals. To make matters worse, she left the roots of teddy’s removed teeth which is done if the doctor lacks the expertise to remove. Since she lacked this knowledge she should not be performing dental as it has serious ramifications. Dr. Yoshida additionally refused to compile a letter of medical necessity for my insurance until I sent 6 emails, 13 phone calls and contacted my attorney. When she finally sent it to me, there was every excuse in the book why it isn’t needed, or that she was “always planning to write it but was not in”. After I notified them teddy would obviously not be returning, this “veterinarian” till this day has taken no responsibility, accountability or remorse and in fact verbalized to other practices that she had to “fire client from her practice”. When someone has such a large ego they cannot see any error of their ways, no integrity, no ethics and utter negligence. This is the truth about Dr. Yoshida. I felt obligated recently to post this since Teddy not only suffered post op but throughout the year from the retained roots. Since others have experienced the similar negligence, they should come forward as well and not be intimidated by the practices constant denial of wrongdoing and neglect. We have a right to express the truth.

Hudson animal hospital came highly recommended from our neighbors. Staff and Dr. Kahn were accommodating, courteous, knowledgeable and timely. Our pup seemed to have a pleasant time during his visit as well.

Dr Angiello is genuinely one of the nicest, kindest, truly caring MDs I’ve ever met. The entire practice displays empathy and they’re so responsive to everything which is key. Also it’s a great value for the city. I wouldn’t trust my dog anywhere else.

The doctor here recommended a dog food of which the first ingredient is a by-product, following fat, corn, wheat...and her theory was that dogs eat everything including trash so they’re fine eating those ingredients. And raw feeding was not recommended because of the possible contamination and false marketing. But isn’t there more false marketing around kibbles? more contamination in kibble manufacturing?The doctor basically ignored twenty potential risks of kibbles and only focused on one downside of raw feeding. And according to her theory dogs don’t need to eat biologically appropriate because they are able to eat trash. Well I think no dog chooses to eat trash while being provided with fresh meat right? Anyway I left in shock.

It has nothing to do with the care received by Dr. Kahn. I called this morning because my pet is sick and exhibiting very worrisome signs. After sharing my concerns the gentleman who picked up the phone simply said “I cannot guarantee you that the doctor will call you back, her schedule is full for the day.” This after I had just told him she was extremely lethargic and had been vomiting for two days. I asked if I should just take her to Bond Urgent Care and he said that I was free to do that if I wished, but only a doctor could tell me if my pet should come in to their office and he would leave a message for her and that’s all he could do. This is extremely upsetting. A pet is like someone’s child- no one calls a pediatrician and is told - oh sorry he’s too busy and we can’t guarantee he’ll be able to call you back regarding your feverish sick child. I’m sure Hudson gets a lot of people calling about their pets, but have some empathy - at least reassure me that you’ll do your best to have a doctor call me. So frustrating and upsetting, I’m just sitting here hoping someone will call soon or I’ll make the decision to take my pet to Bond.May 2021 - Can’t thank the staff and Dr. Kahn enough for going above and beyond for my little one. This is hands down the best vet in the New York City area, they’re friendly, attentive and listen to your concerns. Dr. Kahn is exceptionally thorough and trustworthy. Most importantly the staff treats your pet with love and while my kitty still hates the trip to the vet, she comes home calmer than when she leaves. Thank you all!

Dr. Angiello is the best vet Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. Hes kind, attentive, instinctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes time to listen to my concerns and make my dog feel comfortable in the office. I cant say enough good thing about the entire office. Everyone from the from the vet techs to the front desk staff is professional, kind and cares deeply about my experience and my pets health.

My husband and I switched to this vet after having horrible experiences at Inwood Animal Clinic and I only wished we had initially started with Hudson Animal Hospital. They are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I guarantee the BEST vet in NYC. Super professional, patient, informative and take all the time you need to answer all of your questions and explain everything to you. I just moved to NYC and my dog needed dental cleaning and extractions. I hate to put my little dog under anesthesia but I read up on the doctor who was to perform the procedure and I was very confident in her! They told me they would take good care of him and that I could call as many times as I needed to check on him. So nice. Georgie is healthy and recovering and I am very happy with the treatment today. Dr. Kahn and her colleagues have taken phenomenal care of our nervous rescue dog since we adopted him six months ago. Hes as anxious as it gets around vets and groomers, and when it came time for scary shots, they did a great job adapting to help him feel comfortable. Weve never had long waits or scheduling issues, and their covid precautions have made us feel very comfortable. Cant recommend enough!

We rescued a dog last week and took him to Dr Angiello for his first vet visit. We could not have been happier. After our dog’s physical, he spent an hour with us very patiently going through the 20+ question I had. He was also genuine in his recommendations and did not try to sell us on any services or products. Would highly recommend him.

I am honestly so upset and distraught over my experience here. We are new pet owners and recently moved into the area, we came here because of the proximity to our apartment and great reviews!Everything started off great, but then not so much. We had to have multiple follow up visits due to things not being handled/addressed in our initial visit. After going through my rescue pet’s medical history again I noticed that many problems she’s having seem to be issues she has had in the past with solutions that seem to have worked but when having a conversations with the vet they didn’t have any knowledge of the medical history it seemed.We also had the worst experience with a nurse who was incredibly rude and condescending. We are new pet owners who is looking for this team for guidance rather than an attitude.Lastly, we had put our pup on a medicine that was recommended by the vet and after everything I did a bit more research finding that there are serious warnings and statements put out by the drug company themselves NOT to give this medicine to dogs under 12 months. In fact the trail for puppies was ended short due to the complications and serious effects it caused. My puppy is 6 months oldtaking the same dosage recommended for 12 months old. The vet never mentioned this at all to us which makes me wonder did they even realize her age?From the unprofessional experience with the nurse to the lack of information & communication it’s fair to say I will never be returning again! This all took an already stressful situation and made it way worse. BEWARE of this clinic and make sure you do all your research prior to going.

Great all around experience and service with our first few vet visits. Dr Ritter has great bedside manner and was very helpful answering all our questions and informing us about everything we needed health wise for our new puppy.

I have seen Dr. Angiello, Dr. Yoshida, Dr. Ritter, and most often, Dr. Kahn. Every one of them is excellent. My favorite thing about Hudson is that they never make you feel like youre asking too many questions or taking up too much of their time. They are always extremely generous with their time and answers, genuinely care about your pet, are extremely knowledgable, and have great bedside manner. The rest of the staff at Hudson (including those at the desk) are wonderful, friendly, and helpful too and always take special care to make your pet comfortable at the office. I cannot speak highly enough about this Veterinary practice. Dr. Yoshida and all the veterinarians there are beyond knowledgeable, kind and caring, professional, and informative. It is a state of the art facility, and the dental care is amazing as well. Just as important- the staff! So professional and attentive, compassionate and very, very reliable! How many places have all that? The wonderful vet techs and thegreat administrative professionals at the front desk make the visit as smooth as possible.My 12 year old Shih Tzu has had a myriad of health issues for many years and needs the expertise of a gastroenterologist. The team at Hudson Animal Hospital have worked with the gastroenterologist’s advice making it a seamless transition back and forth. This means the world to me, making a worrisome experience so much less stressful.Thank you everyone at Hudson Animal Hospital!

From making the appointment, things were very efficient and smooth. The receptionist was accommodating and responsive, and on the day of the appointment, the doctor made sure to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know for my pup, and he was happy with his appointment, although hes usually a nervous wreck!

A couple of years ago, I was looking for a new vet for my cats because my old one was closing and I wanted some place closer to my neighborhood. I happened upon Hudson Animal Hospital and I feel so lucky to have found them. Drs. Angiello and Ritter are great. They really care about my cats health and genuinely seem to love animals. They spend a lot of time thoroughly examining them and getting to know their full health history. The doctors as well as the staff are gentle and accommodating with my cats. I like the fact that they have a designated cat exam room where my cats can roam freely and look out the window because it eases the stress on them. Both doctors are quick to return my calls and follow up with test results and recommendations. The place is always immaculately clean and is well-run. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful, and appointments run on schedule. I really trust them with my cats health care.

The best Vets and kindest workers I have ever encountered. They will bend over backwards to insure that your pet is well taken care of and theyre are reasonably priced. The quality service is unmatched...I use to drive from the Northern section of the Bronx, or take public transport, just to take my pets to this facility. I am now living in North White Plains, and I will continue to go to them despite the travel, because theyre that amazing.~O.D.

I have to say this is the best animal hospital in the city. Probably in all of New York! My dog, Freddy will not go to any vet but Dr. Chris. He loves him. Emily & the rest of the staff are so friendly and gentle. They are the best. I recommend them highly!

I couldn’t have asked for a better vet experience. My husband and I are new to the area so when we had a scare with our pup, we didn’t know where to go. I called a vet prior who wouldn’t see us without filling out paperwork and waiting 48 hours...then I called Hudson Animal Hospital and they right away put me in touch with a vet tech and fit me in the first available appt. All of my info was given via email which made the process super easy when I got there, I didn’t have to wait or fill out a bunch of paperwork. When we were brought into the examining room, Flo and Dr. Angiello were GREAT. Our dog is a bit anxious and barks when she feels threatened - vets usually make her wear a muzzle but the two of them took their time to help her warm up to them and made her feel comfortable. Dr. Angiello was super helpful in explaining everything he talked about and I never felt like he was rushing us out of there.We are super happy with the whole experience and we highly recommend them!!

This has to be hands down the best animal hospital in NYC. I dont trust many people with my dog and Hudson Animal Hospital exceeded my expectations. We usually see Dr. Angiello but due to an emergency we had to see Dr. Yoshida and both doctors are hands down amazing. My dog who is usually very nervous in unfamiliar places is very comfortable coming here. The staff are all so sweet. So knowledgeable. They helped my little guy feel better in no time. To me, it is very affordable to be able to take my dog here for annual check-ups and vaccines. They are very easy-going with my dog. I love it here! Its extremely clean. Zero wait time.

I’m a picky dog parent and wouldn’t trust anyone but the best with my rescue pup. I always feel like my dog is in excellent hands when she visits Hudson Animal Hospital. The service from the staff and doctors is excellent and Dr. Angiello and Dr. Yoshida are caring and considerate.

Absolutely wonderful vet! Probably the best Ive been to anywhere. Dr. Angiello was wonderful with my beagle who is usually quite nervous at the vet. The staff were all delightful and very helpful and accommodating.They made time on the same day for a new patient to visit due to a large bump she had scratched off and was quite raw and bleeding now. Then they had time the following morning to get in her to remove the remainder of the bump.Dr. Angiello personally called after the surgery was finished to let me know how it went and what to expect. He even called the next day on a Saturday to make sure she was still recovering fine. Absolutely excellent care and you can tell he really cares about the animals he treats.Finally, as to price, I have to say the office visit charge was very reasonable for NYC. A few dollars less than the last vet I took her to in the city yet I received far superior service from Hudson Animal Hospital (and they have a very nice office). The cost for the small surgery she had seemed to be fairly reasonable again for NYC compared to what my parents have paid for a mass removal on their dog in Tennessee.They even cut her nails for free without my asking while she was under for the surgery. I had meant to ask them to do this as her nails had grown long since the last time I cut them, but it totally slipped my mind. Obviously they pay great attention to everything without being solely focused on what she was brought in for.Overall, cant say enough positive things about Hudson Animal Hospital. When I first moved to NYC the vet I took her to I wasnt too pleased with and I knew I was going to have to find another vet going forward. I had already picked Hudson Animal Hospital to try next and am very glad I did!

I have been taking my dog Juca here since he was a puppy. Dr. Yoshida and Angiello are amazing, they are so nice, caring, and knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. This is clearly an office that truly cares about the pets.

Was in need of a new vet & am the most worriesome dog mom that I think has ever existed! So of course I searched high & low and when I saw all of the positive feedback from other pet owners I thought this might be my place. Well my little fur baby has been very sick, shes also a senior dog with a laundry list of health issues & so I had to bring her in today! I really enjoyed my experience! Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and of course the doctor were all very friendly, kind, helpful and understanding of my concerns. Definitely bring your pet here! I traveled from queens & it was completely worth it! Ive found a furever vet for my little Sprinkles :)

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Yoshida and the caring team at Hudson Animal Hospital. From routine to emergency care, they are top notch.We have a 14 year old Yorkie and she fell very ill. We immediately took her to Hudson and it turned out she had water/food in her lungs. Dr. Yoshida advised that she need to be hospitalized and recommended 2 options, a nearby animal hospital which she immediately told us the cost would be astronomical or the ASPCA hospital where it would cost significantly less but may take more time. We took her advice and took her to the ASPCA where she was admitted and diagnosed with megaesophagus a lifelong condition that now requires her to eat/drink out of a Bailey Chair, a dog high chair. If it wasnt for Dr. Yoshidas urgent advice to admit her and also advise on cost, our pup may not be with us and we would have spent upwards of $5k-$7k on the hospitalization. Dr. Yoshida cared about hour dogs health and us.We are happy to say our dog is doing great now and we continued all follow-ups with Dr. Yoshida. Her bedside manner is gentle and loving and she always responds to emails at all hours of the night whenever we had inquiries.We recently left NYC and the vet team is greatly missed. Highly recommend them if you are local to the area.

Very happy with this vet. Cost is reasonable for Manhattan. Ive worked with Drs Angiolo and Yoshida and both were excellent. Knowledgeable, but take alot of time to discuss treatment with you and make sure you understand the plan and the reason for it. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Hudson Animal Hospital is the first pace Ive taken my cat outside of my hometown vet. I am a worry-wart mom and was nervous as anything. HAS has convenient hours and the lobby had treats for pets and people.The doctor, tech, and receptionist were all incredibly kind and comlpimentary of my pet. She is the most important thing in my life so I appreciated them treating her as such.I would go back in an instant. This is excactly the kind of experience I want when my pet is sick. I am looking forward to establishing a record with HAS and the next visit when my kitty is healthy!

I cant say enough good things about this veterinary practice!The facility is beautiful and immaculate, the support staff is friendly and helpful, and -- most important -- Dr. Yoshida and her partner couldnt be more patient, sensitive to both the pets and owners needs, and as pleasant as two people can be. Youll want them to be your friends in addition to your pets vet!Just one example of the high quality of their service and their character. On the night of my tiny chihuahuas knee surgery, the doctors actually took her home with them after an emergency prevented the night nurse from caring for her at the hospital. You cant ask for more dedicated service than that!Also, they worked with me to keep the cost of the surgery as low as possible and have not imposed any surprise charges for follow up visits associated with the operation.In summary, youd be hard pressed to find a better veterinary experience for you and your pet!. Youll be glad you found them!

I have had pets all my life and have seen various vets. Hudson is without a doubt the best, Dr. Angiello and his staff are so considerate, so caring and so unlike the animal clinics where one waits in a room with several pets. I thought my kitty was on deaths door. Took her to Hudson based upon more favorable reviews than the other vet close to me. I was blown away by the difference here. We were seen on time at the scheduled appointment and were made to feel so comfortable. I was put at ease by the way both my kitty and I were treated. Dr. Angiello diagnosed her quickly and had a special blood analysis done. With medication, after one month, she was significantly improved and even gained a pound. Bottom line - your pet will get no better care or consideration than at Hudson Animal Hospital. My mind is at ease and my kitty will be with me for some time longer.Update March 21, 2018. I brought my cat Honey to Hudson in Sept 2016 because I thought she was dying. Please see review above. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and I was met with a courteous, kind and caring staff. Dr Angiello diagnosed Honey with hyperthyroidism and the beginnings of renal failure and discussed a few alternatives. I chose to care for her totally at home. She soon started gaining weight - she was only 5 lbs when I brought her in- and soon she was at a healthy weight. Yesterday I had to bring her in since she was telling me she was ready to leave me. Dr. Yoshida agreed and gently performed the deed. While my heart is breaking I will always be grateful that the good Doctors gave me an extra year and a half of quality time with Honey that I may otherwise never would have had. They, the nurses and the staff always made Honey and I feel special. I will be forever in their debt, and they will be forever in my prayers,

Wonderful, compassionate staff. I have always had bad experiences with vets and I am afraid to trust people with my best friend, but I can say without a doubt that these people genuinely care about these animals.My elderly dog had to undergo dental surgery, which I was terrified about due to her age and the anesthesia risk, but knowing that Dr. Yoshida had undergone extra training specifically for dentals, and seeing how compassionate she and her staff were reassured me. The surgery was a success and I believe my little dog is healthier and happier because of it. Throughout the whole process they stayed in contact with me and personally called me to give more information and make sure she was okay. They even cut her nails for free, and never made me feel embarrassed for going in there crying every day, haha.Dr. Yoshida is very kind and takes her time thoroughly explaining everything you need to know about your dogs health and treatment, through phone call or email. The office is very clean and inviting, and everyone here is very well informed and sweet to your pet. The receptionist is very gentle and its not hard to get an appointment, he always tries his best to squeeze you in. I cannot say enough nice things about them.It is a little expensive depending on your income but I dont think its too bad for the upper west side. Regardless, they are very clear about price and double check to make sure that your finances are in order. You will not find a more personal vet in the entire city, they are the sweetest people Ive ever dealt with who prioritize your pets needs as much as you do. And they have a coffee machine.I love you guys!!

Best experience with a Veterinarian Ive ever had, hands down! Dr. Kyoko Yoshida was so kind and professional. She took extra time to explain everything to me regarding our 3-year old Chihuahuas health, even helping with some training tips to correct some behaviors. Our pet was very ill and dehydrated when we arrived at the hospital, and I was particularly worried. After a few hours on IV fluids and medications, he practically sprung back to life. Dr. Yoshida and her staff were gentle and loving with our dog, and in return he didnt attempt to bite them like Chihuahuas typically do with new people. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with a furry family member. After one visit, its safe to say that Dr. Yoshida is now our pets doctor for life. Thank you for providing such wonderful service, and for helping Hasco stay healthy!

My sweet boy usually turns into the demonic child from the Exorcist. I mean, if you had a needle going down your pee-pee against your will, wouldnt you?With that being said, this time was different. My vet made sure I gave Snowie the little magic pill, Xanax, 2 hours before the scheduled exam.Once at the hospital, the doctor was able to check everything so fast and easy... wham bam thank you maam!It was the fastest, most pleasant experience Ive ever had at the vet. I walked back home on UWS, with Snowie in his bag, and even stopped in a store for a minute. He was high and happy for the rest of the day and the only inconvenience he suffered was that his face fell into his food bowl numerous times and I had to clean it.Ive known Dr. Yoshida for a long time, from the days she worked in TriBeCa. She is extremely capable, compassionate and very calm under pressure. Her skills continue to evolve as shes always up to date with the latest in animal medicine.The hospital is very clean and beautiful with a Zen feeling.if you live in the vicinity, or you simply want the best care for your pets, take them there. You will be, no doubt, in the best hands.

I took my 3 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback to see Dr. Yoshida after having gone to the Oradell hospital in New Jersey. My dog, Zen, had thrown up his entire meal and X-rays were showing that his stomach was full of what appeared to be food. We suspected he might have eaten a sock (as he had done in the past), but he had always passed the socks he had eaten before. After his initial X-ray, Oradell recommended more diagnostic tests such as an ultrasound, blood work, more X-rays and said he would most likely need surgery. In addition to the excessive diagnostic tests, they kept us waiting 30 min while they wrote up 2 cost estimates! When our vet returned she never even apologized for making us wait for such a long period of time.I decided to take Zen home and was hoping that he might pass whatever was in his stomach. However, when that didnt happen, I took him to Dr. Yoshida & she was incredible. Her clinic closes at 4pm on Sat, but she stayed with us until 5pm to explain everything and go over all our options! I could tell immediately that Dr. Yoshida truly loves animals and isnt just in business to make money.She recommended that Zen should be admitted to a nearby pet hospital so that he could get re-hydrated for an entire night. Her thinking was that this might help stimulate his bowel movement which might help pass whatever was in his stomach.Dr. Yoshida was correct and after staying in the hosptial Zen began to have bowel movements again. We took him home and that night we gave him a small amount of dry kibble, but he threw it up later. I began to panic and feared that I might actually have to have surgery which was something I really wanted to avoid.I called Dr. Yoshida the next morning and after explaining everything she recommended that I give him 40 mg of Pepcid and then feed him a bland diet of rice/chicken and water. 20 minutes later he threw up 2 of my athletic socks!If Cesar Milan is the Dog Whisperer, Dr. Yoshida is the veterinarian whisperer. She has clients for life. Thank you so much Dr. Yoshida.

I had made a reservation for a Japanese doctor two months ago to ask for procedures related to returning to Japan, but just before that, I was told that I was a substitute doctor for a vacation. I was quite anxious, but the doctor was accustomed to it and could provide the same service without any problems, so I went to the health check 10 days before the flight and asked the Japanese quarantine officer to check the documents to be sent to usda., I confirmed the submission confirmation by phone and email many times, and I was relieved when I received an email from the doctor saying I submitted the documents to usda early on Friday morning, I will contact you when the documents arrive, but I was relieved, but the flight There was no sound even five days ago, so when I checked the FedEx tracking number I had received just in case, there was no movement. I was worried, and when I contacted him by email, the doctor forgot to submit the documents! Even though I checked it many times and said that I submitted it. I apologized that I was paying more than $ 600, which is not cheap, just for the health check 10 days ago, but I finally forgot to call from here many times.If I didnt notice, I couldnt get the documents before the flight, not only couldnt get on the plane, but I was also involved in moving, so I had to re-arrange everything and I was informed that the documents had arrived.
