Just walked by last night 6/10/18, incredible futuristic looking store.Absolutely, drones will become the wave of the future. Its just a matter of time before they are powerful enough to carry people. Once that happens, they will quickly replace cars as the main vehicle for transportation.Exactly like smart phones, replaced house phones, beepers, and answering machines.Its easy to see, a time not too far off, that cars will become obsolete, like the horse and buggy. πŸŒπŸŒπŸŒπŸ›°πŸ›°Like back to the Future, who needs roads???

Dont send your drone there for repair!!!!You see the motor with 2 missing screws.. Its their handy work.Certainly didnt spend 180 to fly 3 times, and have it crash due to incompetnance!!!!The screw cam loose during mid flight, and it went down hard. See it for yourself. Since I didnt hear from them, I might as well let people know about it.

My conversations with DJI customer service said their Manhattan store on Broadway would be open on Saturday morning between 9:30 and 10 am I traveled 15 miles to spend an hour waiting for the store to open,it never did a waste of my time honestly would have been better.

I cannot stress enough how terrible of an experience I’ve had with this company. Ordered a DJI fpv controller from them and spent the better part of a week trying to figure out why the hell the aux switches kept locking up and causing havoc in beta flight. Finally took a closer look at the unit and found out that one of the antenna housings was broken. Sent back to them within a week and a half of purchasing and they promptly charged me a $89 re-stocking fee and accused me of dropping the item. Such a terrible customer service and purchasing experience. Stay away!

The worst store in New York. Buyer beware They do not answer phone calls emails and if you buy off eBay or Amazon they will not answer those messages as well. They claim to sell new drones but the drone I God was and knew it looked like a factory Refurbished. It was sealed but usually new drones have stickers on them And do not have scratches.You can risk it and maybe you will get lucky but pay attention to the Reviews They look appealing Because of the free gifts. But think to yourself are you buying the drones or the gifts?

Unbelievably professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff! We bought our DJI Spark from Best Buy - dont be like us! Best Buy is no cheaper, they forgot to include a key cable in the pack and obviously, they are clueless if you have any questions re drone. And! As a bonus, this store has more and cooler designs then Best Buy. When our drone arrived, we spent 5h trying to start it. No luck at all! Manuals are useless... We thought that the drone is broken or if it is not broken, it is too complicated to use and we were on the verge of returning the purchase... But! We found this store! Store personnel showed us how to start drone, gave us tips and flew it for us to make sure it is working fine. All within minutes from showing up on their doorstep. Highly recommend! Please check them out before buying your drone online! We will be coming back for a drone upgrade!

Brought my drone in to get fixed. They said one motor was blown and the other 3 wasnt but had little issue nothing major. They didnt give me the option just to fix only 1 motor which is the one that is blown out. They charged me to fix all 4 when I didnt need all 4 changed. I was basically scammed out of more money. Never again!!!!

Visited this location on Saturday March 24th around noon. I was felt welcomed. The women that helped me was excellent. She explained the products in great detail. Being a hobby photographer and an high tech designer I found her product knowledge to be deep while being able to explain these details. She immediately was able to size up the proper product for me. I will be strongly considering a purchase based on my experience at this store.I should also mention that the rest of the staff also aided in my experience and was most pleased with their enthusiasm and knowledge.

Dont waste your time by looking for this store ... This has been the very worst New York shopping experience ever !!! Ive crossed the whole city happy that I could have the good advice for my first Professional drone, and I was really decided to buy one there... I went out few minutes after, totally disgusted by the welcome Ive had. The young sellers have nothing to say, nothing to really advice you, you can not really test the drones and their return policy is just absolutely ridiculous : 10 days !! if you return your drone it must be still sealed (!!!) and more than that, you will loose 20% ... Can this be really worst ? Believe me, dont waste your time and go wherever you want. For my part, even if I did not wanted to go there, I went to B&H where the return policy is much more better and where Ive found a nice guy to advice me.

Decided to place an order to take advantage of their Black Friday sale, mainly to take advantage of the Free 2 day shipping + returns for orders over $100 posted clearly on the top of their website. I even called to confirm this 2-day shipping offer. I spent well over $100 on my order and they sent me an email stating my order has shipped via FedEx Home, which is a ground service and not 2-day. I called to ask them about it and they said I was out of the Free 2 day zone, which their website clearly does not state. They refused to upgrade me to 2 day and only offered to cancel my order. Bad customer service that could have easily been fixed.

Horrible customer service, you can buy a drone from amazon for a better customer service, my drone broke and i wanted a fast repair so they said you have to pay $75 for express repair and it will take some time so i asked if they can deliver drone with uber when ready they said yes as long as they send me a link for me to pay once paid they can, i agreed after reviewing the drone they said i need a new one, they offered a refurbished one thats $200 cheaper then a fully brand new one, i agreed to purchase the refurbished one,After the manager said they cant give me drone unless i come back to manhattan personally to pick it up after they already told me that i dont have to be there. The manager has one of the nastiest attitudes that i saw, Not a professional, he said his name was sam i dont knot if thats true, i done recommend this place at all

I had a great experience in this store. I bought my first drone (MAVIC AIR) I worked with Peter. I couldnt have gotten a better rep. Peter answered every question I had in a second. I couldnt stomp him with anything. Peter is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of Drone flying and products. He took two hours out of his day to cater me and my questions. After I purchased my drone, I ended up bumping into him at local field and he stopped what he was doing to take the time to help me with my drone. I must say that being that I have a very hard time communicating due to a severe head injury after an assault, and it has given me very low self esteem and I tend to ramble on but they made me feel so comfortable considering my situation and made the repair process of my drone extremely easy. The crew at this location has proven to me that DJI was very wise to put people who are knowledgeable and connected at our disposal. Be aware of this seller. bought a drone from him using amazon platform. had to return it. he didnt issue the refund till i called amazon and made a fuss about it. then he issued the return after 25 days of receiving the returned item, even though amazon policy limit the amount of time to refund to 20 days. he only returned half of the amount of the order. so, if i didnt contact amazon, he would have kept the item and the money.

Incredible service. Seriously. I brought in a Ronin-S to see if they could outfit and customize it--and they went beyond the extra mile on my behalf. In the end, the customization wasnt possible (no fault of theirs--it was an odd request), but they worked for two days trying to get it to work. Gave me regular updates, called corporate DJI on my behalf, called in a few favors from pros they know, and even opened new products, updated my firmware, all in an effort to try and make a crazy modification work. In the end, I asked how much I could pay them for all their time and effort and hours of endless tinkering, and their only response was, Nope, its what we do. No charge. Im still in awe. Customer service like that? In the city? If it didnt happen to me, I wouldnt have believed it.Oh and PS, they called me after and said DJI sent them some spare parts for customers of theirs who bought the Ronin-S. I bought mine at B&H, and he still told me to come over and pick up some free spare parts!Huge fan. Youd be stupid not to buy from there. Ask for Peter.

The work these guys did was as expected. However, I inadvertently left my Micro SD card in the camera of my DJI Phantom 3 Pro when shipping for service. When I realized my error I contacted Camrise through their website notifying them of the error on my part and offering whatever it took in payment to get it (SD Card) back safely. About and hour later I received an email that my drone had been delivered and recieved by Camrise. Since this was the very next morning after shipping my drone form Tennessee, I knew this was impossible and that the message sent to Camrise was not read and the standard, We received your drone message was sent out. Obviously upon receiving my drone back the Micro SD was missing. Camrise is very forward in asserting that they are not responsible for any additional components intentionally or inadvertently shipped with units. Camrise seems to place very little value on customer service and going the extra mile for their customers. Be aware of who you are dealing with before you use this service.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff but as usual DJI policies and customer service fail to keep up with their products. After literally purchasing thousands of dollars of DJI equipment and most recently a new Spark directly from this location I am told that they are only selling the controllers for the unit one per day. If I want the controller for my new drone I have to return at 8:30am and hope to be first in line as the store opens.I cant wait until the other drone companies catch up with DJI so the free market can teach them a lesson. The guys in the store are awesome, unfortunately the company they work for is among the worst Ive dealt with. Dont even want to get started on their return and repair policies. Ive had a drone take over a month to be repaired by them and still not work properly. Just a horrible company taking advantage of their current position. Wont last forever though.

Horrible customer service.They will sell you the store, and tell you they will help you with the drone blah, blah, blah.I have been calling the store for a week. No one has called me back. I ask for a lesson that I would pay and nothing. Im was happy to start with the drones and now Im really turned off.

I sent my mavic Pro into this store to have the front sensors and recalibration performed when I received the quote they quoted me gimbal replacement and two motor arms. When I called them to explain that I sent this in for something entirely different than what was quoted I asked him to give me the original quote as I never had issues with the gimbal or the motor arms. After having my drone for 10 days I received the Drone and before he even fly it the gimbal motor overload message comes on and the gimbal is very shaky and does not adjust mind you I never had this issue before. After calling and complaining to the company stating that I received the Drone back with a broken gimbal they said please send it in and we will inspect. Now I am I out of pocket another $260 for a broken gimbal I feel was caused by the technician
