Come prepared bring more than one ID. Credit and Debit cards work as secondary ids unexpired of course. Arrive half hour before schedule.exam.time just in case you forgot your passport which is required for some exams.

Someone who claimed to be working in an organization for 17yrs but lack basic knowledge of open exam, to read the requirements of each test became problem, they almost sent me home or stopped me from writing my open test due to their ignorance, and inability to read and understand. After they called the board in charge of my exam when I insisted in open book notes could be made on the reference materials before coming to the test center (lucky enough for the exam board still open). Pearson vue ladies still wanted to make copies of my reference materials in case... What a shame. They need to train these people

The best place to give an exam. The test center people were friendly and great. They Made all efforts to help in the logistics and help candidates comfortable before and during the test. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to schedule their exams

Quick, professional, quiet testing center. Recommended.

Staff were polite and very helpful. This facility has been well maintained. Security will only allow you to go to the test center 30 mins before your scheduled test. There is a separate room for test which requires you to speak. Other test takers are not disturbed this way.

The person in the office was very rude. My number was skipped and i was the last person to be called in. The other gentleman who works there and takes your stuff was very racial towards me, as i am of different ethnic background. He told me i couldnt use my book for the exam and i had to contact Pearsons main office for them to explain to that gentleman that the book i had was allowed. I felt prosecuted by that gentlemen. I do hope that others had better luck with this office, and that the man will be investigated.

Moved my test to another center 2 weeks before the day that is twice as far from where I live. When I called, customer service was rude and blamed someone else. Poor customer experience all around. If they werent a monopoly on certification exam testing I wouldnt use them again.

This testing center is the worst I have Taking my boards 3 times in the same location 2 was on the 5th floor the last one was on the 3or 4th floor dont remember the staff are not well trained when it comes to communicating with people .. i felt like they was being racists since I had a head scarf on everyone should be treated equally the last time I took my boards on the 3rd or 4th floor I felt that they was watching me so much which I dont appreciate that having a scarf on doesnt mean I am planning to do something or cheat not everyone is the same I would never take any other test at this place again
