Caring, ethical and thoughtful, they are experienced educators who understand the complexities of school and university admissions -- and explain them clearly.Recently, they helped advise our son through his successful university admissions process. They guided him with his choice of appropriate schools and made the application process understandable -- importantly without doing the work for him.They previously helped us (also successfully) with the complex process of navigating middle school applications when we considered a move back to New York. We could not recommend them more highly.

My experience, unfortunately, was not as positive as the other reviews. I found that the team, as headed up by Brad Hoffman, stuck to one list of schools that did not change as the situation evolved; dismissed my concerns about whether my child would fit in socially at some of the schools; did not inform me of the downsides of one of the schools they suggested; and, billed me for far more money than was originally suggested, including calls that I do not think were necessary on my childs behalf. I did attempt to discuss these points with Brad, and was told that HE was shocked. Still, this was my experience.

Brad, Faya and Laurie at My Learning Springboard are excellent. They are supportive, helpful and wonderful to work with as you go through the schools process. They respond quickly to questions, are easy to reach, communicate well and truly care. Their excellent group of tutors and broad knowledge of schools is also unbeatable.
