The staff at this firm have been nothing short of amazing. There isn’t enough I can say about this team and the difference they have made in the toughest time of my life. They were there whenever I needed them...day or night...weekday or weekend...even holidays (which was unfortunately the case numerous times during my divorce proceedings). They responded so promptly every time. They were there to guide me through a hostile divorce process not just legally, but also emotionally and morally. I never once felt that I was speaking to a law firm that was watching the time they had spent on me and my case, but to people who cared about me and my son (and even my dog) and our safety and well-being and our future. I can tell anyone reading this review that I know firsthand that the staff would NEVER give advice depending on anything other than what would be right for you. I always was given every possible solution and every possible outcome to every situation no matter how long or how many calls it took. They always made sure I was informed and not only had, but understood every piece of knowledge and advice they had to offer. I could go on and on, but I will end with saying they are the best decision I ever made in going through this divorce process.

The customer service sucks. At every stage of my case I was e-mailed the same/similar documents. I had appointments canceled without notice. I was not allowed to talk to my attorney until I yelled at the assistant. I called to speak to my attorney an over 2 business days didnt receive a response. Spoke to the other party left me to go into a meeting without representation.Your canned responses show the lack of interest in your clients.

Mr Markovich,It’s a shame to have office like yours. You should change your business name to DISASTERfilers!If you want to save your sanity stay away from this place!!! Mr Markovich will talk to you, convince you that your divorce will be fast and easy, (he is 30 years in business), and that’s going to be the only time you speak to him! Don’t pay them $1000 for something you can do yourself!I was promised by Mr Markovich that my divorce will be done in 3 months and it has been 1 year and 3 months I still haven’t received anything!I had to call this office 10x for any little thing I needed! You have to pay and basically beg them to do their job because they just don’t care! Every time I called to ask them to send me documents Analie would always say I’ll send it to you right now- and then you have to call her 10 more times and be rude to her until she actually sends this to you.I regret spending money, time, and energy on this ridiculous office!!!!Disgrace!!!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The entire process has been a nightmare. All negative reviews are removed as this is my second. I have reported this firm as people should not be subjected to this type of treatment. The divorce process took from March 2020 to December 2020(not a complete year as previously stated) You’re told that your documents are filed when they are not. I had to follow up monthly and was always given excuses. Finally my divorce is final and it’s been months of me trying to obtain my divorce decree. I’m told that it was mailed. Then after months of waiting and hearing excuses the courier was supposed to bring it. After more excuses about the courier I was told they would fedex. Waited on the tracking number from fedex it’s been two weeks now but fedex hasn’t arrived. I called again and received more excuses. I am so tired of this nightmare firm. I have no options as they are doing whatever they feel like at this point. Calling doesn’t help because I only get excuses. I have to go to their office everyday until I receive my documents or call the news channel. That’s my next step. Don’t do it to yourself!!!! Cheap is what it is. Don’t look at the price it’s not worth it!!!!!!**Update** I just received a call from the firm(20 hours after my review was posted)stating due to the fact that I left a negative review online they will not release my original divorce decree. I had to ask twice to ensure I heard right. I am being told my timeline of events is incorrect and as a result they will mot send me my original copy. I am only a customer who is in need of documentation that I paid for. This is beyond disgusting. It is beyond acceptable. Again do not do this to yourself!!!
