I filed for divorce on February 8th with assistance from your company and today May 10th I have picked up my divorce decree from the Bronx county clerks office. The way your company organized the paperwork in packets labeled steps 1-4 was so easy to follow. There is a good amount of paperwork in which you take care of so that we the customer/client dont have to worry about trying to file on our own. Your fee is reasonable. Can you really put a price on PEACE OF MIND AND FREEDOM? I just want to say that, the divorce Center is the most responsible bunch of lawyers and associates they have in nyc. I filed for my divorce in November, and in February I became a FREE AGENT ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....... Sonia was one of the representatives that I will never forget. There where many of times when I needed some explanation as to how to organize and send my paper work. She was very patient and understanding to my slowness. She is a woman of class. If I had to do my divorce all over again, I would not hesitate in picking this company to handle my divorce. If I had to grade them, I would give them a A+++++++++++++++, thats how good they are. I referred my friend to them too, and with out fail it was the same quick process they know what they are doing.

Denise the receptionist from Divorce Center in the Manhattan, NY office is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She gives poor customer service to clients. She does not listen to understand, she cuts you off mid sentence, she is extremely aggressive, and lacks proper logic to just humble herself to do a little research. This is the second time after dealing with her on the phone that she’s made an error that could have easily been avoided had she take the time out to research. She has now blocked my aunts calls and repeatedly sends her calls through the automotive answering system to avoid having to answer her call. We cannot get through to follow up on my aunt’s file because of Denise. People like her should be reported and reprimanded as she is the face of the company if she’s receiving calls and answering people’s inquiries, as a paying customer my aunt has been repeatedly disrespected, Denise provides no solution and although we asked her to check the file to find a missing item she kept saying she’s checked but when I asked if another certain item was in the file she couldn’t say if it was there or not because she simply didn’t want to do it and was being lazy and rude.

I cant say enough about how satisfied I am with the experience I had with The Divorce Center. they are absolutely the best in simplifying matters and helping with every step of the way. I recommend them 100% Denise is the BEST. so knowledgeable

My divorce was final in May 2017 and I could not have made it as seamless as they did, it was also very fast from the time I filled. I saw a bulletin in Queens NY and I knew they were the company I needed. I did my own divorce years ago, however so many laws have been changed and added. When I started to look at all I needed to do. I instantly became overwhelmed and stressed. They have taken all of that off of me. I am so happy I went with them. I was at a friends recently and she was telling me about the divorce center. She was able to get out of an abusive relationship and get an easy divorce without all the drama that you hear about. So, Im glad to see services like these available for women like her.

The worst place to do your divorce.. They lie to you at first to take your money.. at the end is more money and time. Don’t help you about your concerns at all.. The papers are so complicated and they don’t care about your question about it.. You have to do the court. Horribleeeeeeeeeee customer service. The worst

They are not kind. Very systematic and people there are like robot. Dont even answer my questions right. (Dont they know for many of us this is our first time to get divorce?) this place is like a fast food service. They will give you a phone number that you are supposed to call after paying and becoming their client but those phone numbers will never work. Use the one listed on google map. I wish I used somewhere else where the service is smaller but more kind and like human to human.

Divorce is hard enough but the employees working in this place dont make things any easier. The attitudes of the 3 women that work in this place is very nasty. When you walk into the place they give you this stare down like - what do you want. Dont have the nerve to ask a question these women answer in the nastiest tone of voice. They are very confrontatonal. They dont greet you or say their names, dont smile, maybe its from working with divorce all the time that effect them like this.My spouse and I choose this place because we came to our own agreement and needed a cost effective divorce process. We showed up together on both occasion that we visited the office.I guess you get what you pay for obviously they discounted the professionalism and courtesy. I did observe when speaking in Spanish they seem to be more well mannered. English speakers buyer beware if you can avoid this location thats probably best.

I was referred to the Divorce Center by my mother. That was the best decision ever. The process was explained in detail and the staff was readily available. My divorce was finalized with on June 2017. I would definitely recommend the Divorce Center to anyone.

Their only aim is to get your money. Stay away from them and hire a lawyer to avoid having to deal with their lack of professionalism.I contacted them in February of this year for my divorce proceedings, paid all fees required. But what I got was documents wrongly filled out along with a suddenly unreachable staff.Please do yourself a favor: stay away from them. They are scam artists.

I was surprised to learn that I had to file the documents myself as well as pick up the final judgement.Once all the hidden non-court fees were figured in, I chose to have We The People on 14th Street do my paperwork since the price was about the same AND We The People made all the court runs for me. They picked up my final divorce papers and even mailed my ex-wife her copy as part of the process.My money went further with We The People. They made the process very easy and are dog friendly too.

They took my Money even when I told them that I want to cancel filing a divorce the lady who’s working there her name is Nancy she is playing like a clown she told my husband everything I trust her as a client my private information she spread it to him

I called them 4 times and each time I called was worse than the previous ones! They are so rude and when you talk to them they dont let you finish your words! They look like robots and they let you feel like you are divorcing their loved ones! 🤔I ended up hiring an attorney and I didnt use them!

Please only use this service if you are local to them. I live in Central NY and paid the extra money to let me file it here and with children and property. We sent them an agreement as it was uncontested. They sent me back the papers with things missing and I had to call them to send the missing items which took an extra week. Once I filed my papers were sent back from the court TWICE because they were wrong. I tried so hard to get ahold of a live person the first time. I called the number and used the prompts to talk to someone and no one ever got back to me after leaving messages. I am now paying a lawyer to fix my papers and hoping I dont need to refile and I am out a few hundred dollars I sent this company.

I went to the Divorce Center last year. I have to say that this being the first time I was going through a divorce I thought it was going to be a dreadful situation. The ladies at the office were all lovely; I had many questions regarding the process and every question I had was answered. Once I got the papers I was overwhelmed but I called to see if I could come in and they helped me with every step. Going to the divorce center was the best decision I could have made. I also sent a friend that needed help and she said she was very happy with their services. If I am ever in the same situation I wont hesitate to go back there.

Before the took my money they were the best . Aft e they had my money I had to do so much work. They lost some of my paperwork. My friend use them she had a better experience. My fiance and I came to Divorce center because my fiancé needed a divorce a whole year later nothing. come to find out one of there rude staff members gave my fiancé the wrong information on how to file the divorce papers. So now we are back to square one my fiancé goes back to find out what is going on and they told him he has to start the process all over again that means more money out his pocket. why should we have to pay when it was your staffs fault.

For an inexpensive divorce, this was a great option for me . But once you get the papers, they are pre-filled out. Just be careful and consult with someone educated in any matrimonial experience before submitting your papers to the court. Make sure you follow all of the instructions exactly how the Divorce Center informs you. The court itself took about 7 months to finalize my divorce but it was finally finalized on June 27th,2014 :)Thanks Divorce Center !!!
