We decided to go through mediation because we didnt want to make an already difficult situation even more difficult, especially for our children. My ex and I worked with Donna Petrucelli. She was excellent! She treated us both fairly and made sure to explain each step of the process. We are very happy with the end result. She helped us finalize all of our divorce details, including a mediation agreement that gives just the right amount of detail so my ex and I can move forward as divorced individuals who can cooperatively co-parent together. Divorce is never easy, but having a comprehensive mediation agreement is a huge help. I highly recommend Donna.

Paid in advance for services that were never delivered. Emails kept saying that the divorce agreement was being worked on. Finally received a first draft that was full of basic errors. I edited and returned and waited for a final update. It was never received. I ultimately had to do the documents myself and file all the divorce payments. It was easier and cheaper than using Ken who was unresponsive. I attempted to get a refund but despite trying to get in touch with them, no response was received. Very unprofessional and cant be trusted unfortunately.

I have been involved with The Centers various training programs for the past two years and I have learned a tremendous amount. As I now start to see my own mediation clients, I have the support of the staff and teachers there as a resource when I need help or guidance. Ive been training primarily with Ken Neumann and Donna Petrucelli who are both seasoned professionals and excellent models for successful mediators.
