Jack has great service. Always achieves what needs to be done. But his schedule needs to be updated. I arrived here at 8pm, his online site says that he is open until 9pm. Come on Jack! Nah he still gets 5 stars from me.

I just got my iPhone screen fixed yesterday evening and I’m very impressed with the processing. When every other place was charging $300 and over for the screen replacement, Jack charged a very reasonable price and I’m very pleased with the work that has been done.

If I had read the reviews before going I wouldnt have gone. They kept my laptop for 2 weeks before even looking at it even though I called every day. I told him it was an issue of not getting power and I suspected the motherboard. He charged me 105$ to replace the RAM then after it still had the same problem he supposedly fixed a problem in the hinges. Motherboard needed to be replaced still and he would have charged another 100$ and 2 more weeks. I took it somewhere else.

A friend referred me here to get my ipod fixed due to high repair price anywhere else, I got mines fixed in a cheap price. I saved time and money. I recommend this repair shop.

DO NOT bring your electronics to be repaired here! I had a crack in the glass of my perfectly functioning iPad air and they replaced the screen. Very shortly after the screen repair the iPad began to malfunction. When I brought it back to have them fix it they very rudely told me it was my responsibility and I had to pay them to fix it. Terrible business, and unpleasant service. I wish I had never gone to them.

Absolutely awful delayed and poor service. I got a motherboard replaced on a toshiba laptop and not only did the quote on service take 3 weeks (wherein I called every day to check) the repair took nearly as long, wsa not ready as promised and was $300-odd dollars. I rarely use this laptop and keep it for mostly Itunes and stationary deskwork, doing most other work on a work-loaned device. Not six weeks after the repair, the input jack (which is replaced when the motherboard is replaced, in most cases) stopped working. I called Jack to see if he would be able to diagnose the problem in a week and if the problem lay with the motherboard, would he make repairs. Well, two weeks later, and hes not even looked at the thing. My partners computer has been in the shop since August 18th and still it is not done. Do not take your electronic devices to this store if you desire decent turn around time and good-faith repairs. There is a store at 23rd and Madison that I will be taking my computer to for repairs. I cannot stress how poor the service was at this facility. The proprietor did not call as promised to diagnose or evaulate equipment and did not make quality repairs.

I was referred here years ago and have had almost all of my phones that were out of warranty repaired by Jack. I Saved money and got my phones and computers repaired in a timely manner.

I went there today to get my computer fixed and it cost me less than what I would have to pay for at apple
