All 5 stars-no doubt! I have an awesome Kilm rug that I found at a local flea market... which was not even for sale, but actually laid out underneath a display table when I offered to buy it. The rug was incredibly dirty and had two fairly big, old, blackened gum spots on it... deep within the fibers. I found Them on Google, and their price was more than reasonable. They were extremely nice, educated me about the rug, and said they would do their best with the gum situation. After the first washing, they called me to say that another washing was needed to get the gum out, but I let them know I was on a tight budget and was satisfied with just the single wash. They were very understanding and actually washed the rug a second time for no charge just because the gum became a challenge to them! How nice! It’s not often that you find a company that goes the extra mile out of kindness and appreciation for the work they do, more so than simply making a profit! The rug looks great! Bright colors (some I never even noticed before bc it was so dirty), and there is no gum! I would definitely recommend their services, for their affordability, kindness, and expertise.

I used Oxford Cleaners for our area rugs and they were fast and very efficient. Rugs were delivered back to our address in 8 days and the delivery was scheduled day before and I was happy with the final results of cleaning.

No review did I leave with so many excitement as this one. It would be shame not to write how great job these guys did. Actually, I had a very precious rug from my grandma but it was kinda torn and very, very dirty with 2 huge old stains. When the technicians came and saw the rug, they were very honest. They did not promise they will fix the issues 100%. I gave them the rug to take it to their facilities. after 5 days which was agreed turnaround time, they delivered completely cleaned and repaired rug with no stain on it. They arrived on time and provided us with professional advice and estimate. I had some stains on our carpet which were not removed by the carpet cleaner we used before, but Oxford Cleaners managed to clean all the stains and dirt. Excellent service and affordable price.

Our carpet looks as good as it did when we moved into our house. Pete-their carpet cleaning technician was able to remove the stains out of the high traffic areas and its been a few weeks since hes cleaned it, and unlike the other companies weve used, those stains didnt reappear in few days .I am so happy with my carpets, I cannot describe.

Tom just left and wow, our carpet looks just like it did when we moved in two years ago! Really great service.
