Unbelievably good service, starting from a girl in their call center to the guy by the name Steven who came to give me an estimate on cleaning my wool rug. He was very professional and provided me with a detaied explanation of the whole cleaning process and expectations. He was quite sure that they could get rid of one persistent stain that had been there for a couple of years and no other company before M&M could eliminate it. The price was also very acceptable. I got my rug back in 7 days. It looks really nice and clean.

I was in need of a good carpet cleansing. My apartment carpet was really dirty and i was going to replace it but in the end i decided to try a carpet cleaning from a proffesional and im so glad that i did. Not only did i save hundreds of dollars but the carpet looks practically new. I am amazed of the outcome. I scheduled a appointment for 9 oclock and they arrived exactly on time maybe acouple minutes early. Which really surprised me.
