Great service! Went in for a screen replacement for my XS and was good to go in about 20 minutes. Owner was efficient and nice. I also appreciate that the screen comes with a 1 year warranty. Its a much better quality screen than what other replacement shops use in my previous experience. Would recommend!

Fabulous service ..its just so unexpected and unusual these days to discover a service provider in any field who goes above and beyond and so vastly exceeds expectations!! Really would go here, and only here, with any Apple related issue. This was my 3rd visit here (iPhone related issues with various devices). So, what happened? I went in to have a good battery swapped between a failing iPhone 7 and a back-up iPhone 7 which had only 80% battery health. Once work commenced as soon as I arrived, I was informed and shown that the back-up iPhone 7 I had hoped to use had some water damage that could be a problem for me down the road. So, the technician went ahead and replaced not just the battery but swapped out the screen + digitizer from the old phone into the back-up iPhone 7 for the same price I was quoted for just swapping batteries.. .. AND while I waited no more than 20 mins. The service is fantastic!

I walked in and had my phone back within 15 min. The owner helped me understand the difference between the top glass and LCD and told me that i only needed a new top glass so that I didn’t need to pay extra for both to be replaced. Very reasonable and highly professional. Much better service than those apple stores. I hate to deal with those so-called “genius” at the apple stores - they usually were not helpful at all and wasted tons of my time.

I dropped my iPad Pro and cracked the screen in multiple places. I have replaced my phone screen myself before and did an ok job, but it was difficult and meticulous, so I decided to outsource this time. Out of the 3 places I contacted for a quote, he responded the fastest (outside of business hours, too) and had the best price. I dropped it off and he got to work on it immediately. He had said it would be about 3 hours, but it was closer to 2 and a half when I got a text saying that it was finished. Much cheaper than buying a new device, but it looks and feels like new. Very professional, cheerful fellow that I would highly recommend to anyone! I found a permanent place for my device repairs today :) Thank you and great work, sir.

What a great experience! I called ahead of time and John confirmed the price of the battery replacement and that he had the battery in stock. I won’t even take off a star for the human error, it was my human error that dropped my phone 7 feet.i have one of them “illegitimate” phones, so basically Apple won’t fix it because i got it second-hand, AND they charge $200 bucks!first time i went in to the repair shop, initially it was a bad fix, mistakes happen, but they fixed the screen and suddenly my touchscreen was going crazy! It was like an invisible toddler had my phone, smashing all the “buttons”, BUT, upon calling them, i went back so they could re-fix it again, there was no fuss, no extra charge (there shouldn’t have been), so it was still half the cost of Apple,yeah yeah the back and forth,but my phone is fixed,they didn’t try to jip me,still cost less,the job got done,and both parties are pleased.i wrote this review months after the re-fix, just to make sure it was good this time.plus a selection of phone protection items to buy after they’ve fixed your phone.

Five stars. Quick quote over the phone. When I had trouble finding the location, they picked up and guided me promptly. I needed a phone camera lens repair. I was helped right away and was in and out in 20 minutes. The technician also gave me some advice about something else that was wrong with my phone to be careful about, but since I’m trading the phone in, he let me know it’s not necessary to fix. I will absolutely be coming back in the future with tech repair needs.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I cracked the screen of my iPhone and it also resulted in the touch receptors not working properly. Not only was the phone fixed very quickly, but when he also saw an issue with the Face ID component he fixed that as well, despite it being quite difficult to address. Everything about the experience was extremely professional and courteous.

I’ve been going here for about 5 years with all my iPhone needs and cant recommend it highly enough. My iPhone stopped taking a charge recently and I took it in and they fixed it by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery - and didn’t charge me for it. Theyve helped me in similar ways over the years. They really know what they’re doing and take their time to do quality work, and it’s clear that they love helping out their clients. Free bottled water and snacks, too!

I got a piece of a phone charger stuck in the charging port, he fixed it in less than 5 minutes, and for a very affordable price!!Other places I called tried to scam me into thinking this would be a $100, 2 hour repair and that they would have to take my entire phone apart. Came in to get a new battery for iPhone a few weeks ago I was helped immediately and only waited 10-15 mins. No complaints other than the phone takes a little longer to fully charge but it’s an upgrade l.

I went here to get my iPhone 7 plus fixed in between classes and it was such a great experience. It took them about 20 minutes and there was a comfortable sofa, TV, nice music, free water bottles and phone cases to browse. I took my iPhone 7 for battery for battery charging issue, I thought it was eminent that I had to pay for a battery replacement but after a quick diagnostic the worker gave me my phone back and didnt even charged me for it, even refused to receive a tip. I just can imagine if I would take my phone to another place where you have to leave your phone for check ups e.g. Apple store. Thank you guys! Excellent service! Amazing service! I called 30 min before closing bc my phone had fallen right that moment and I needed it fixed ASAP due to plans, and he waited for me 🖤. His prices are reasonable and he explains exactly what’s wrong with your phone or what part of the screen is that you have to change. Changed my screen in about 15-20min. He has insurance if your screen is not working properly after he fixes it, you can go anytime and allow him to fix it (but it does not cover if you break your screen again, just the application process if your touch isn’t working properly). Deff recommend! Thank you !

Great experience! The man who helped me was an actual sweet baby angel. After being screwed over by Best Buy (again!!) I went here to get my WiFi antenna replaced in my phone. He did it in all of 10 minutes and replaced my screen protector for free without me even asking. Made my day :)

Love these guys. Ive had several cracked screens repaired there over the years, and they do it in like...5-10 minutes, and you can have a seat on their couch, and enjoy a coup of coffee While watching day-time TV. They will usually sell you the $10 clear iPhone Case for $5, and the screen protector for a couple of bucks too. I just told my coworker to call them and the $600 MacBook repair job she needs, they just quoted her $400. And who wants to spend half a day hanging out in the Mac Store.

I dropped my iphone 6plus at doorstep upon checking in my hotel and the touchscreen stopped responding, showing gray stripes; it was the last thing I wanted when I evacuated to NY from FL before Hurricane Dorian, a big sigh. John was very kind and professional, explained options in a clear and calm manner both by quoting messages and in person. It took less than 20 minutes in total while I was waiting in the couch with a free wifi and a bottle of water. The location is very convenient at Herald Square, very close to Path/MTA. Lastly, go there with an appointment (I used yelp) so you might get a free protection screen and cover just like I did :) I had zero wait but a few people came in right after me. Highly recommended!

This repair shop is a m a z i n g.This is the least expensive price I could find for my iphone7 screen repair, but the quality and effort are there as if I brought it to Apple.I walked in, showed him my cracked screen, he gave me the same price as advertised on the website (which was a relief), and he started working on it seconds later.There is coffee, water, snacks, wifi, couches, magazines, little youtube videos playing and cute decor. There are also phone cases and earphones to purchase at reasonable prices.The staff is so friendly and definitely hardworking- it is clear they want to make sure their customers are satisfied.Unsure of how much the newer iPhone screens are to repair, but if the price on this website is less expensive I URGE you to come here. You wont regret it.

I choose this place to repair my iphone because this site is the first one from google search after ad sites.Location has a little bit confusion for me to find (I passed big number 38 at the entrance) After entering the door it is easy to visit.They said my phone screen repair could take 25 minutes and I got my phone within 10 minutes! My phone looks reborn with new screen. All functions works good and screen is perfect.I dont want to break my phones screen but if it happen I will go this place directly.
