I had a fantastic experience with Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Inc. I tried to wash a bathroom rug/mat, and it all broke apart in the washer, with the rubber backing breaking into smithereens. I tried to clean it out as best I could, but little bits of rubber kept showing up, even after several empty washing machine attempts. Fuse was the only place to set up an appointment with me, and they sent a really friendly, knowledgeable technician to help me out. No major repair was necessary, but I was given great advice for tablets I can buy to ensure drains do not get clogged. I will definitely call Fuse the next time I do something stupid to one of my appliances :-)

My refrigerator is now working. The technician had to order the correct fan for the fridge but patched it up for the time being. The piece came in a few weeks later and replaced by the technician at no additional cost. The tech was very respectful of my home. Thanks.

My Rheem heater stopped working on Sunday, I had asked a few HVAC companys for quote and all of them said same day, Sunday night service would be considered an emergency service and quote was high. Alex quickly respond to my inquire and was able to come the same day for repair. He was able to figure out why the heater was not working and fixed it. Price was very reasonable. Fuse did an AMAZING job! They repaired both my oven and washer/dryer. I was about to spend over 3k replacing two appliances and Fuse was able to repair both for less than 1/4 of that. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our GE Profile oven was not heating up ( stays at 100 ). Spoke with Fuse and explained them the problem and did mention that ignitor could be the problem. Alex came promptly on time and within 5 minutes detected the issue ( ignitor ) and within 20 minutes replaced it. Everything back to normal. Alex is knowledge and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.
