I’m trying to talk with a customer service for past 3 months, but I couldn’t, lmao. They have no available customer service. Even mcdonald has a 24 hr customer service lol
The worst customer service and your issues are never solved . I would strongly recommend don’t leave any guarantee money with them. They are thieves and would never return you money . I have been trying for past two months to get my refund and still hasn’t gotten it. Thieves 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 this airline is the worst airline in the world
Their phone number doesn’t work. I am trying to Call them to get my refund. Call doesn’t go through and doesn’t ring at all. No choice to leave a messages or talk to a live person. I am very much worried. I have to rebook my flight and there is no customer service at all

Its really hard to deal with them, i was trying to use their website for my reservation just thinking that might be better then going through third party website. oh man that was a big mistake, since I had to talk to their customer service directly about a flight cancellation and they are useless. submitted my refund 6 months ago, and I got nothing.

Maybe the airline service is good but if incidents happen it goes downhill quickly. The airline lost my luggage during transfer and was unresponsive to my inquiries and when finally reimbursed my out of pocket expenses relating to this incident (taxi fares to and from airport to retrieve my luggage, underwear purchase etc), it even couldn’t reimburse the full amount. This is my email to its customer relationship staff “PS I understand the company reimbursed USD 90 despite that we incurred a direct out of pocket cost of EUR 98 (let alone the trouble and stress caused). I reserve my right to formally complain on the handling of this incident.”I recommend to avoid this company at all cost.

Bad customer service and one star service.... They cancel our whole flight and left us hanging in 😡 the Airport for overnight and the service was bad and office call center was closed at 11pm. I end up booking my own flight with Turkish airline for more Price and Qatar didnt not give me the difference.
Scammers, canceled 2 tickets on me due to airport closures. Didnt respond to my emails and got the only phone number theyhave disconnected, never got a refund. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank. And still didnt get anything.Stay away from them, pay little extra and deal with an actual airplane.
March 14th, 2019...I arrived at the check in counter right at 9:45am at JFK TERMINAL 7. My flight to Thailand was at 10:45am, for the entire month!! The Qatar airways employee was so rude and had an attitude and told me I was unable to board the plane and would need to rebook immediately!! Mind you they gave me 550$ penalty fine on each ticket for a “no show” and on top of that they said I had to rebook before MIDNIGHT or I would lose my entire investment on the tickets of just under 2400$. They made me postpone my trip two month, May 13th. I had to pay 1500$ for the fines and rebooking. Now my job is giving me issues on the new dates and a refund is out of the question!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! NEVER TAKING THIS AIRLINE AGAIN!! I should have never had to pay the 550$ penalty fine on each ticket to rebook! I was there promptly exactly and hour before my flight, WHICH IS STILL WITHIN THE TIME FRAME OF THE CHECK IN POLICY!!
ScamBig scam in the name of no change feeAnd cheap prices when you book earlier . They will bump you out of flight just like 7-10 days before the scheduled flight by emailing that flight have been cancelled and flight is still operating .What a scam Qatar airways0 stars

Horrible Services, Horrible EVERYTHING. They booked my flight with the wrong last name, I didnt realize it til a few days after I booked they flight. Now they are telling me I cant change it, I have to Loss the money and book another one. What a good way to take people money. We want a refund ASAP and I promise I will file everything to get this money back! Thiefs! Now I am 100% afraid to fly this Carrier, Never AGAIN NEVER

I waited 20 minutes, after an rude agent collected information, on hold back on hold and after 20 minutes- i could hear her, she said heloo heloo and said she could not hear me and hung up.
Despite the previous bad experiences, Im going to go the stars for enjoying the upgrade to buissness on my last night trip. O did not like the fact that you wont get the same benefits just caise you got upgrade. You still pay for it so I should be entitle for the same benefits for that one flight. Womt hurt anyone but instead make you want to join the Qatar family. Great service on buissness class, actually a little too much, & good meals & snacks. Pillows are no comfortable but tgat will be my only complaint.
