This is my favorite airline ever! Wonderful and really friendly service. Love their foods! The best airline ever!! Just like they pay attention to every details. I used this airline many times and never disappointed me.

It used for the first time in two years from NY for temporary return. We used ANA last time, so it was very good so we used it again this time. However, there is a run-off on the runway, and one of the two runways can only be used, so the domestic flights from Narita suddenly canceled. There is no substitute machine. I asked the staff of ANA, I wanted you to go to the check-in counter so I can not understand. When I went to the check-in counter while rolling jet lag & heavy luggage, I am unable to understand, so I will pass in the number stated in the catalog that I want to call this number. When I put it on that number at a later date, I can not understand, so after I return to America I will be given another number to ask for ANA in the USA. After being sprinkled, it is said that there is refund, if there is, there is no way to know what approximate amount is. It is said that it is unknown whether this burden amount is refunded though dragging the luggage while using the Shinkansen etc and returning to the local place. Although it is a polite tone at the end, it is not our responsibility that the domestic flight was canceled, one point with force majeure. Although I understand it, was it a force majeure if it was from domestic flight users by your decision that I canceled domestic flights suddenly and did not prepare alternative machines? I mailed the above contents, there is e-mail from the office in the US, and about 81 dollars will be refunded. After that, you can not be able to pay this burden on damages, if you send a receipt if you can, you will not e-mail any reply, ignorance status. I felt that the quality of ANA officials was also arrogant, as the quality was much lower than it was before. I will never use it again, and I will not recommend it. Customer first! What kind of catch phrase would you like to quit singing? It is because there is no actual quality involved.
