Singapore Airlines (IN SINGAPORE!) was able to solve my case in 5 minutes, whereas Singapore in the US stuck to the rules, even though it didnt make any sense. Sometimes you have to step out of the box and show some generosity. First I thought I will never fly Singapore Airlines again. But I have changed my mind.

Very nice customer service. Checked into a very long flight to Singapore in premium economy She mentioned that the flight wasn’t too full and could move me back a row and block the seat next to me so I could spread out. Very thoughtful of her.

Lost my baggage. No response for a week. Boo.
