Unlike other franchises that claim to be locally owned and end up charging way over the price and really dont care about the people they clean for, Total Cleaning Service is everything The Maids and Merry maids are not. They accurately quote and do more than what they estimated for. They were about $30 dollars cheaper than the other bigger franchise maid services but actually KNEW HOW to clean my cypress hard wood floor. NOT TOO MUCH WATER, and the right products! Other companies will have experienced cheap labor who slop water all over the wood and call it clean. It can RUIN your floor. The actually owners do the cleaning and they really care about their customers. My advice is to go with ANY locally owned cleaning business and stay away from the franchises. Look them up to see if they are actually locally owned as Some advertise being form NOLA. Buy locally think Globally!

This is the best cleaning service in New Orleans. I have tried others and the owner and cleaner, Elizebeth, is THE BEST. She comes when I need and stays until EVEYTHING is spotless. She is very fast but gets the job right and does extra things that I dont even ask for like cleaning out the oven! THANKS!
