I cannot recommend Maids in New Orleans. I paid for “deep cleaning” but got a basic clean, in my opinion. The following are some of my concerns:1. Only 1 person came and tried to complete a deep cleaning in 2 hours.She only wiped baseboards where they were visible.2 she did not dust all my furniture, blinds, floors.3. She didn’t dust my hard wood floors under the beds even after I removed all storage from under the beds. She finally did so when I pointed this out to her.4. She did not dust bookshelves completely.5. The mop she used to wipe the floors did not pick up the dust and left the floors sticky.It took me 7 hrs to complete an actual “deep cleaning “ over a 2 day period starting the next day.This was difficult as I am 73 years old.

From the moment I called to book my appointment through the end of our first cleaning we have had the greatest experience with this company! The lady arrived on time, was efficient and very thorough! Excellent attention to detail. Great job guys!

I can’t say enough about how AWESOME this company truly is! My home has been restored in ONE DAY to its former beautiful glory! Maria was my contact person and two days after I called her, I had an appointment scheduled for deep cleaning. Blanca arrived in time and worked non-stop for over 7 hours! Every ceiling fan and light fixture are shining! Bathrooms are spic and span top to bottom! She cleaned from ceilings to baseboards and also all kitchen cabinets and appliances are sparkling clean! The bedrooms are dust-free and look like magazine pictures! I am going to be telling everyone to please call Maid in NOLA and let them make you as HAPPY as I am! Maid in NOLA has come twice (we used the deep clean and are scheduled for monthly service now) and I’ve been THRILLED both times! It’s like someone turns my house into a hotel while I’m at work... Everything is fresh and clean, with special touches that just delight me like toilet paper roses and fan-folded towels. It’s such a relief on my weekends that I’m not stressing about getting deep cleaning done like dusting blinds and scrubbing showers. I’ve never used any other cleaning service, but I’m very happy with the price and the job that’s done!!!

Exceptional cleaning company! I hired Maid in Nola to do a move in cleaning after the previous tenants left the house in horrible condition. I was very impressed with how spotless the house was after the maid was done. I will definitely hire them again in the future!

I used this cleaning service for a numbers of months and their dependability and thoroughness in the beginning was top notch. Always had two very friendly employees who spent multiple hours giving the house a deep clean. Over time however, with bi-weekly cleanings, the company began to only send one employee who spent the same amount of time as the prior two and only did cursory and superficial cleans. After speaking with the manager about this, no change was made and lack of consistent employee help was cited as the reason. A family member had a similar experience with this company and ended up terminating their services as well. Paying good money for deep cleaning is something I am willing to do, not however, for surface dusting and hurried mopping of the floors.

Maid in Nola is another reason to look forward to Friday’s! I have been using them weekly for the past 3 years and they have never cancelled on me. They always show up on time and are ready to work. All of their employees are very friendly, professional and great with my kids! They always do an outstanding job!

Bibiana did a great job! She went above and beyond and finished everything in less than 4hrs for a reasonable rate. Its so nice to have our home feel like home again!I really appreciate that Maid in NOLA charges a flat rate rather than hourly and accepts multiple forms of payment. Never used.. Entirely too expensive

Ive used them three times and each time Ive been thrilled with the results! Thank you especially for today, with my broken arm the house has really fallen apart and coming home to find it spotless was such a relief to me. I feel like I can finally relax in my kitchen again!

They took my call on New Years Day AND had next day availability when every other place was closed. The apartment is spotless - 10/10 would definitely recommend!
