I WISH I CAN SELECT 0 STARS. I almost want you guys to go so you can experience this guys attitude(the manager). He made it like I was the biggest inconvenience for him trying to sign up for a membership meanwhile the gym was completely empty. Yes the place looks cool but the manager is the worst Ive ever come across, and there are no other employees there to help.

Owner was amazing. The staff was the best. The location clean, trendy. The best place and would recommend to everyone. Very accommodating and professional. The one star reviews came from some ignorant group that tried to get over on this wonderful company earlier today. I wish Prime Fitness all the best and thank you for accommodating us!

I absolutely loved the gym. They were so polite and honestly made it feel so welcoming. The gym is beautiful and had so many different options for you to use depending on what you planned to workout. The owner was so nice and I love that he wanted you to have the most positive and worthwhile experience. Thank you so much. I will definitely have to make a trip there again.

If they had more stars I would give it to them! I met the owners (husband & wife) and they are awesome! They gave me a tour around the gym and explained to me how there membership works. I was honestly amazed! THE ATMOSPHERE IS PHENOMENAL.. You have to go and find out for yourself though.I love everything about it ♥️.. not one bad thing I can say about the gym.•The cycling/bike section! It’s mad dope!Side-note :The owners are very respectful and full of energy. So if you think otherwise it’s probably because they gave you a taste of your own medicine and you didn’t like it lol

As a gym owner myself, there are a lot of qualities I look for in a gym. I am not one to give a bad review solely because I would never want someone to do that to me. But this is necessary and I hope you read! To the eye, this was a very appealing gym. However the owner had the worst customer experience I have ever experienced.He is the only one who can and will take money from customers. And made us feel like a inconvenience for wanting to use his facility while on vacation.Furthermore, he had the audacity to cuss my husband out while looking for a solution and the most convenient way to pay him for our guests.I do not recommend this gym!

I work out at Prime Fitness CBD at least 3 out of 5 days a week. The convenient full service location means I can work out, get cleaned up and back to my desk all within my lunch hour. The staff there is always friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility and equipment is state of the art. In addition to all that, they offer an assortment of classes for those interested in group fitness. All this adds up to what, in my opinion, is the best fitness value in the downtown New Orleans area.

I recently finished a Personal Training package at the CBD location and am ready for more! The trainer was very knowledgeable and gave explanations, as well as demonstrations on what she wanted me to do, to avoid injury and make sure I got the most out of my training session. After each session, I genuinely felt better, less stressed and ready for my next visit. Even now that Ive finished my PT sessions, I enjoy using the facility and everyone is always super nice! Anytime you find a gym that youre eager to attend and look forward to going to, youve found a gem!!!

Bought a 36 session personal training package at the end of February and am now in what is probably the best shape I have ever been in. Both gym locations are clean and organized and have a very friendly staff. They have a great selection of equipment and are never crowded. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to join Prime Fitness. I would recommend to anyone new to the area or just visiting from out of town.

Came today for a quick workout with our Herbalife Team! Amazing facility, very clean and organized. They had the virtual pump class which kicked our booties (literally) and than had some fun with the amazing mirrors they have >.< thank youuuu!!!!! Hopefully we will be back!

Went to check out PFRX the other day and was met by Casey Buie, the Manager. Casey was super personable and knowledgeable. Took me around the gym, which was super clean (so important) and she explained their new high-tech Machine Learning workout machines that adapt to your strength and goals. I could not be more impressed! Casey was awesome and it was a great workout!

Very nice place to workout while out of town. Owner is awesome, courteous. Clean towels and wash cloths available to use as needed, free for use which is extremely nice as well. Previous reviews are spot-on, and being open 24 hours is a huge bonus!

The new CBD location of Prime Fitness on St. Charles Ave. is amazing! Besides being beautiful and state of the art, the whole layout is very user friendly and not at all intimidating to someone like myself who isn’t a work-out pro. The owners and staff are very helpful if you do have questions though. One of the best things is that they have a separate room with all of the cardio equipment!

PFRX is an amazing one of a kind gym. They supply top of the line equipment to get the best workout. The facility is super clean with the top amenities and services. Staff is also super nice and welcoming!

Sometimes you just need plates and dumbbells for your workout. While Prime Fitness RX’s tech-leading location Poydras has the droids you’re looking for, while St. Charles Ave keeps it traditional. A private experience, you’ll always be motivated to try something new.I had a great workout, and can’t wait to visit Mark and his team again.

The staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They customize the training sessions, specific to your needs. The fitness center is clean and has state of the art equipment - everything you need for a great workout. It’s a top-notch gym experience.

Prime Fitness Rx is a great gym and so much more.This is a place to get yourself into the frame of mind to start and continue your mission of achieving your health goals. I can’t go to the big box gyms or the strip-mall/stripped-down gyms anymore, after joining Prime Fitness Rx.At PFRX they’ve done such a spectacular job of making this space feel comfortable and conducive to regaining fitness from whatever level. If you already love gyms this is your place, but if you avoid gyms or feel uncomfortable in those muscle-bound places, then this is your special new go-to place.I’ve been a member for years and would recommend PFRX as the best gym I’ve ever belonged to—and that’s been too many. Now I know better. I’m very glad I found them.

The staff and trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment is top of the line. I’ve been to 100’s of gyms and have never seen equipment like this! You must stop in and try it out! You will not be disappointed!!

So as a traveller, i spoke with a girl on the phone her name is Casey.... the conversation went as if she is trying her very best to discourage me from joining the gym... i was inquiring about a day pass or a weekly pass since im only in new orleans for a limited time and i was looking for a gym to train at... she said they dont do any passes and when i inquired about the free trial that is still on their site, she told me that its not valid anymore.... to the management of prime fitness please train your staff especially the front desk to be accomodating and helpful. im preety sure this is not the first comment with regards to complaints.

The original PrimeFitnessRx on Julia has always represented a first class gym experience for me.Mark and Sacha have really knocked this one out of the park with the Place St. Charles location. The facilities and equipment are outstanding and I definitely will be utilizing this location as often as possible.

PrimeRx always does a great job! All the right machines and cardio equipment to get a great workout. Can’t beat the 24/7 access.

Ive been a member since that place opened, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! newest equipment and machines, big selection of weights, and great cardio room theatre with everything you can ever imagine.The best view on the city and river, especially in the evening (the gym is located on the 14th floor). Friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Oh, and its open 24/7 yaaay!!!

The owner is extremely rude, the gym is small & they don’t have someone who can charge at the front desk. Do not come here!

The creators of PFRX Warehouse District outdid themselves again with the CBD location. Great location, beautiful design, state of the art equipment, and knowledgeable staff and trainers, combine to offer the best workout experience and atmosphere in New Orleans.

All I can say is WOW! I work in the area and this gym is convenient, state of the art, and super clean.

Everyone was so nice I will be back when I visit New Orleans again!!
