Nice equipment and pool. They seem to be good about monitoring for vaccination and mask wearing.

Best things about it are the pool and the price! Could use a little more equipment here and there but then again Ive only ever occasionally had to wait for someone because its rarely busy when I go. That its really close to my house is a great bonus!

Awesome workout 👍🏾, Although, Im usually the only guy in most of the workout class... Misty (trainer) makes me feel welcome... But shes a beast of a Trainer.....

The LSU Health and Wellness Center offers a wide variety of training programs and equipment. The blue clear water in the swimming pool is especially inviting on a hot day and a great place for kids to play under a multitude of various sprinklers. Exercise equipment includes stair steppers, elliptical machines, bikes, a wide variety of weight machines, and free weights. Classes are structured to give a hardy workout, but instructors stress that members should only work at levels in which they are comfortable. There are 17 different types of classes offered, including Aqua Aerobics, and Swimming. They even have ping pong tables and a café. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Members appear enthusiastic and very pleased and the attendants are very courteous and friendly. They even have summer camps and events for kids, like a trip to the zoo. Really nice.

Great equipment and clean gym. Lots of cleaning supplies to fight Covid. Wifi is provided and lots of classes to take advantage of.

Love this gym....I was worried to go back to the gym because of Covid-19. However, they are really good about cleaning the machines. Also there are several stations to get supplies to clean it yourself as well as hand sanitizers everywhere.👍

I really love the gym here. They have some great classes and instructors. I also love the childcare staff. My son loves to play with them!

Facility is maintained, and clean. Staff is friendly, however there are barely any weight training machines, no decline bench presses, no chest presses, and only two flat bench presses and one safety bench.40 dollars a month to go to a gym that doesnt even have a big enough weight room for 10 people? Gotta be kidding me.

Sprinklers not working

Im really grateful i found this gym. My daughter can play with the other kids while i work out and after im done we go play in the pool. It makes her so happy. The gym itself has what you need.I wish it had a place to deadlift, but its got a full dumbell set with 3 benches and a seat, a power rack, 2 benches for press, a leg press, calf raiser, a place for dips, leg raises, cables. There is a indeed a decline bench, but inder no barnell, so you either need to take dumbells to it or stick it under the power rack. Then they have all the usual machines (leg curls/ext, shoulder presss, row, etc) so i really dont know what else id as for. They also have these classes i havent tried, but im going to try to take my daughter to one soon

I find it extremely annoying that there is always a white Yukon parked somewhere on the property illegally. It is either in the grass, on the sidewalk, or even in the handicap spot like it is a Maserati and not some old, used GMC. I saw an elderly couple have to park across the street because that thing was double parked in the handicap spots.
