Jim and Eric were very friendly and explained everything to me about my refrigerator issue while they were at my home. I called before 8:00 AM, and they worked with the schedule to get James to me by 8:45 that morning. He identified the problem, fixed it, and had us both back on the road by 9:30. Very efficient, capable work.

Great local family business. It was a pleasure doing business with Pro Appliance Repair. I recommend calling this company when your appliances break.

Unsatisfactory work. A repair technician named James initially failed to properly diagnose issue related to ice maker not making ice. Stated he replaced a defective bimetal and through a bimetal in the trash. I decided to test the bimetal as its contact did open and closed as designed. Call the company back to report that Im still having the same issue. Once again, James came over and replaced the ice maker and subtracted the charge for the bimetal. This time, James left screws he removed unscrewed and just sitting in the refreezer. I called the company again because now water was leaking, building up, and freezing in the freezer. A different gentleman can over to attempt to rectify the issue, but still today, I have water dripping and freezing in my refreezer . An employee is a reflection of the company, good or bad.

Our normal appliance guy was unavailable and always takes a few days to get to us. I was in a small kid centric baking crisis today and they would..not..stop..whining about it so I took a friends referal and called Paige. Derek was out that day, a whole hour before his scheduled window. He was polite, cleaned up after himself, and the repair cost was very fair. Very nice family ran business. I will definitely use them again. My oven was repaired 3 hours after I called them, which impresses me since its a Monday, repairmens busiest day.

Having a broken appliance is never pleasant, but dealing with Pro Appliance Repair made the process of repairing an appliance a pleasure. The call and let you know they are on the way to your home, the technician was very professional and friendly, he had the parts I needed as stock on his service vehicle. Tech came here to repair our Ice Maker and I asked him about the sound coming from our Sub-Zero Freezer. He checked and found two problems: a clicking of the defrost clock (which was going bad) and a loud hum of compressor cooling fan whose bearings were burning out. He likely saved both the Warranty Company a lot of money and us a lot of hassle from a potential compressor burn up. Thanks! If only the Warranty Company operated as efficiently as Professional Appliance Repair!
