It took a week to get here. Waaay too expensive. $352.00 to replace a capacitor in a conveyor oven. Part was $15. The rest was labor and travel. Being a small business this makes it hard to be successful when people charge so much for such a small job. I found the tech to be knowledgeable but he moved like a snail to get that billable time in. Not very personable. Time will tell on the repair. I am not a cheapskate but find this charge to be outrageous.

Had a service issue at a vendor of mine. They took the job information and ran with it. Minimal effort on my part and the problem was resolved as part of the equipment manufacturers warranty. Very easy to work with. Great Service.

$400 to replace a pilot on my oven because the tech was too busy MILKING the clock! Called and they refused an adjustment, quoting the tech is reliable and never does that. Will never use your services again.

Way too expensive for the industry. They take way too long to come out. Do not waste your time or money.

Commercial appliance master. Pricing fairly on the high side but you get what you pay for.
