DO NOT MOVE HEREVery old apartments not worth the price they go up on. The ac unit doesn’t work when it does it malfunctions had to buy window unit. There’s a lack of parking and it floods near my unit when it rains. There’s no dog park so poo is everywhere. The bathrooms are so old and will look dirty no matter how much you clean. I hear gunshots regularly and some tenants/neighbors are the absolute worst. Would never recommend not even for a college student because once again they go up on rent when they want.

Do not waste your money on this place !!!!!!!!!!! it is the worst im trying to move now the staff is horrible they do not respond to issue in a timely manner and things are not handled professionally you get nothing but excuses i was also robbed and had to wait a day to get my locks changed and my apartment is without air and heat and has been since december ive reported it countless times but nothing so please do not move into any units here.

This credit goes to Jennie - the manager and Kelvin the maintenance guy. They are duty conscious, very understanding and respond timely to request. This gave me the reason to renew a 6months contract.

Horrible Horrible place! The maintenance men should be called janitors, because the only work you will see them doing is picking up trash around the complex. I have had work orders in from when i moved in a year ago, that has yet been answered. They do not fix anything. I swear I am not exaggerating. Oh, but they want their rent money on time. The office is lazy as well, they claim to their job but all they really do is gossip and sit down all day. The gate has been broke forever, and the area is not safe. The police is always called out because of the violence and drug activities that go on back there. If you want to live comfortably, safe, and get what you pay for please DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I can not wait for this lease to end. This complex seriously needs new workers, it is horrible seriously.

I Am So Pleased With The Management (Jeannie) That We Have Had Within The Last 2 years with her. I Am Very Pleased That The Place We Call Home Is Coming Along Finally. Keep Up The Good Wook.

ROACHES/RATS! They Keep going up on rent. Idk why when the units are old. Old playground for kids. Old moldy pool. Everything is OLD. Maintenance/management don’t do their job. You have to be on the verge to sue them for them to take you serious and do their job. Too many males hanging in the walking area smoking/talking. Whew Chile THE GHETTOOO.

This complex was one of the many complexes i had in mind to move into in my journey of apartment hunting. I loved the staff and also how attentive they were to me. The manager, jeannie, has this place well ran and she shows that her tenants concerns are important to her.

Ive been living here over 10 years, Ive seen a lot of improvements made to my apartment complex. The manager Jeanie is always pleasant and she makes sure that any issues that I have with my apartment is taken care of in a timely matter. The management staff treats everyone like family.

Very unsafe environment. Neighbors are watching you and plotting to possibly rob you. I went out of town for the weekend and somebody tried to kick my door in. Horrible maintenance workers. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The pool has mold in it and its peeling in the bottom, there is no pet care, no disposal, and the bugs are horrible. You have to pull 100 strings to POSSIBLY get pest control to your unit. The a/c is always breaking, management ignores every complaint and can only remember when your rent is due. I cant wait until my lease is up, I will RUN! If I could post pictures of he raw sewage backing onto the side walks I would. And you can forget about the referral bonus!

The most ghetto rat trap ever constructed in New Orleans. Gun shots almost every night. People hanging out smoking drugs in the hallways until the break of dawn. I was woken up once a week to the sounds of my neighbor being beaten by her boyfriend, only to be repeated next week. Girls fighting constantly over whos banging whos man. Guns being pulled on people.I left when my lease was up and they want their unpaid rent for lease breach. I feel as though you should pay me for staying for 6 months. They gave me a 12 month lease when they know damn well I wanted a 6 month lease. I did my application online so its still in their computer. Do yourself a favor dont move here.

Such an amazing and welcoming staff we have here..its an ideal place to be with no doubt of contradiction..

Please dont waste your time here!!! They want their money but wont fix nothing!! You try call main office never respond to tenant!! Worst place I ever lived.. ready to get out my lease ASAP.. 2 weeks for air filter!! Work orders get fixed months later.. oh but be after the 5th on rent they on time for that!!

I live here for almost a year and I find it really pleasant sometimes the kids get loud but hey kids playn ing every once an awhile u here some ruckus like few months ago a lady was car jacked but they followed her from where ever she came from they could keep it lil more cleaner like the garbage dump but all in all its really a nice place an the apt are really nice an the staff r nice an polite an the two ladies that work in the office r so so nice an they well check on complaints asap I love it

This place is nasty they do not fix anything the guy with the dreads is extremely rude they changed there name to make it look good this place is not a good place to live in don’t waste ya time living there

The Entrance Gate tracks are extremely loud, for years.
