I enjoyed my stay earlier this year at their Gravier apartment that was above a Vietnamese Restuarant. I stayed there for over 2 months. It was a 4 minute walk away from Walgreens and Canal Street. A 7 minute walk to Bourbon Street. There was construction at night during my stay for the first month but that was easily a norm after a few nights. The costumer service was great, I do not know why the other reviews are so negative. They were very accommodating with what I needed, especially with the short time frame I gave them. I had needed to move into a place for work in 4 days and they were able to find me a place within those 4 days. I have nothing really negative to say, their service was great.
There is no getting through to Dream Suites via the listed number. It is an ongoing marketing solicitation - one after the other, a lot like those pre-recorded calls we hate to get on our cell phones. I wanted to talk to Dream Suites about a possible 30 day corporate rental but I have tried this number 3 times and its prerecorded marketing scam after prerecorded marketing scam. Horrible. Please post the correct telephone number.
Having traveled for my whole career I have never encountered worst customer service. On several occasions people entered my house without my knowledge and when I complainedI was yelled at and hung up on by one of the agents. There are several services that perform the same duties in New Orleans, do yourself a favor and look before calling Dream Suits. Worst customer service ever!
