I went in for a mani pedi, the pedicure went fine but the manicure was horrible, the girl doing my nails cut me multiple times leaving me bloody and didn’t paint my nails evenly, I want a refund! When I went to the register to try to get one, no one was there.

I think it’s a bit over priced, or they over priced me. But it’s 50/50 they are really good with shaping. They aren’t good with letters at all.

I went with my boyfriend and we had scheduled ahead of time over the phone, and when we arrived we were taken right away. We truly enjoyed this experience, they even took the proper COVID precautions the entire time, we will definitely be coming back here & recommend others to come and try them out!

I got a gel mani pedi. The top coat this place used is very cheap. By the second day my gel mani began peeling and chipping. Less than a week later my nails are bare. A complete waste of 25 dollars. I could’ve done it myself and they would’ve lasted longer. This was my first and last time at this salon.

My husband and I went for Mani/ pedis today and had the best experience. During these times of covid, I was very impressed on their safety protocol they have in place. Must wear mask, temp is taking right at the door, and hand sanitizer is sprayed on your hands. Your individual chair is separated with a clear plastic shower curtain as you receive your Mani. We chose the happy feet spa treatment. Let me just say my feet and legs felt rejuvenated! Definitely would recommend this place, and I myself will be returning. Very professional staff and reasonably priced.treatment

I used to love coming here but one thing that really irks me: management. I would make an appointment arrive a couple minutes early or on time but wait up to 20-30 minutes. I always had an appointment with the same person and it looked like he just started with someone minutes before I arrived. What’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait? After some time, I’d be annoyed to start my manicure and pedicure with someone else before moving on with the person I made my appointment with. ON THE PLUS SIDE: Owen was my favorite (if he’s still there...I’ve left months ago).

I got a standard pedicure here today and she was literally done in 15-20 mins. She definitely rushed it. Didn’t clean under my nails, I had to point it out to her. Literally gave my legs and feet a 3 second massage. At my regular place they have me in the chair for 30-45 mins and they are always thorough. I also thought her not wearing gloves was kind of gross. And to scrape under my feet she used a tool that was already laying there, squeezed lotion on it and started scrubbing. Seems unsanitary. Won’t be coming back here again!!

I have been doing here since high school so, say 12/13 years and I will not go anywhere else. I drive in from Manhattan still to go here. I love it! Dont get me wrong I have had my share of fill-ins I wasnt happy with but I made my complaints and they always fix them I learned to be clear and vocal about my specifications and they remember them every time. I will go here until they close or i stop getting my nails done, whichever is longer. I love this place. I will recommend it to anyone. I dont have enough words to describe how much this place is a cornerstone of my everyday life.

Expensive but my nail color hasnt chipped a week later yet so I guess its worth it!
