I wouldve gone back because theydid a good job on my pedicure, but the customer service is terrible. Very unwelcoming. The pros are theyre very clean and the lady did a good job. Just get the customer service better.

I went in for my first time Saturday for a spa pedi. I woke up the next morning with an awful rash all over my legs. The creams, oils and lotions they’re using are not skin friendly. My legs are itchy and covered in red bumps. The lady next to me was getting a mani at the same time and I overheard her complaining that whatever they were doing to her nails was giving her a burning sensation. Not going back.

It was my 3rd time here, this place came veryyyyy highly recommended by numerous people I know. My experience has never been as good as the ones Ive had here with getting my nails doneThey last a super long time & are done exceptionally well. Ive also recommended this nail salon to a few people myself, who also are veryyyyy veryyyyy happy with their experiences. Savita is the go to girl for gel nails. She does exactly what you want & is very thorough in everything she does, for long lasting, durable nails. Truly the best nail salon Ive been to in YEARS! They also do some of the most amazing massages! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ms. Diva Nail Salon to anybody looking for exceptional quality!! I would also suggest making an appointment, these girls & guys that work here are really good, their appointment slots fill up quick!

Awesome new place! I’ve been looking for a new nail place and I definitely found my new go to spot. It’s very clean, everything is new, and the employees working there are all very nice. All the nail techs know what they are doing and your nails will come out great no matter who you go to. My favorite is Tracy, I’ve been going to her for awhile now and she’s so sweet and does a awesome job. Everyone is great though and you’ll come out happy. Definitely try out this new nail spot if you have been thinking about it, you won’t regret it ! (:

UPDATE.... I did return to Ms Diva to have my daughters nail replaced as it had fallen off. They were extremely accommodating they wanted to fix my nails as well. I did not have the time to have mine fixed or redone. I applaud their customer first attitude and their eagerness to make things right. In todays society it is very rare to find this type of customer service. I will return for a fill in...... Beautiful place. VERY SHABBY WORK.ALL tips have spaces between my real nail n the fake nail. None of them are straight. They will never make it till Friday my daughters sweet 16.Had lip waxed I still ..6 hrs later have welts on my upper lip. None of them speak very much English so communication was very difficult. The guy who did them had absolutely no clue of what he was doing. I have been getting tips for many of my 56 years and I have never had such horrible work.STAY AWAY.....

Just found my new go to spot. This new nail salon did me some justice compare to my last, i am really pleased. I cant stop looking at my nails and smiling. The staffs are super friendly. Best experience i ever had at a nail salon. Definitely going back when i need my nails to be done.

They were horrible they couldn’t even paint in the lines and the guy was coughing on me never again!!!!!!!

Went for a spa pedicure and powder sns dip with my daughter and was very pleased with the entire experience. Place is beautiful and new. The message chairs felt great. Loved the color options, even saw familiar faces as staff. Definitely making this my go to place.

Place is brand new and beautiful !!! I couldn’t wait for the new place to open once i realized who owned it !! All the technicians do an amazing job !! Such a great location and very very clean! You always feel welcomed ! My new fav nail spot in new city ! i 100% recommend !
