I find that as long as I make an appointment with this place I will be taken right away. The workers are methodical and take a long time to complete the job. I would prefer a bit quicker but if that means better results, I am OK with that. It lasted me about 2.5 weeks and I am overall very satisfied.

I went in for a pedicure. I called ahead to ask if they had time to fit me in and the woman said she needed 5 minutes. I arrived about 10 minutes later only to wait 30 minutes. No biggie. I was grateful to be squeezed in last minute. The part that bothered me was that my technician rushed the job. This pedicure was my last one before I have my babies (Im pregnant with twins) so of course I wanted a pampered experience. The nail polish was sloppy and he applied so much that it pooled at the sides. I dont think I would give this place a second chance.

My pedicure was fine it’s the other customers in the salon. I had to ask the staff to have them cover their face. After being ask the women still had their mask under their nose. I will not be going back here. I want to feel safe and hace employees to ask people to properly cover their face.

I was in desperation for a gel manicure so I called to make an appointment and was able to walk in when I wanted. The gel started chipping away in less than one week. I went back with my receipt (paid with credit card) and they fixed it right away. Regular manicures are fine. The reason why I’m giving them 3 stars is because I like their pedicures, especially the callous remover. Polish stays on for at least 3 weeks, sometimes longer (I do bring my own color though).

I went to this shop for many years. My manicurist and pedicurist left. The last person who gave me a pedicure massaged me so hard it hurt & it was supposed to be reflexology. I got 3 funguss on my nail within a few months after they left. Very few technicians speak or understand english anymore.

This was the WORST experience Ive had in a nail salon. Was there for a pedicure manicure and I was done in 15 minutes. She only put one coat on both. She was rushing me like there was no tomorrow. I walked in at 6:15 left 6:30. Dont wast your time going here there other spots

I should leave a nail salon feeling well pampered but I leave this place feeling frustrated. I have given them a few chances and now Im done. This place is DISGUSTING. The workers do not care. They sit on their phones and make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor to give you a manicure /pedicure. I dont know how these nails salons in Rockland do business.

My wife went to this place last week with her friend when attending a party there. It is a little bit busy there and we wait for about 15 minutes. The staff are very friendly and the store is very clean. We choose SNS gel and the result is very nice and last for 3 weeks.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. The pedicures are a little on the expensive side though.

Nothing worse than walking into a place hoping to relax and get a pedicure, and the rude staff all stare at you and start speaking in they’re language. Then proceed to shake they’re heads and say sorry no time for you! Ok thanks for making me feel so awkward! 🖕🏻!

Its an ok place but pricey, I realized they do not sterilize their tools not that I saw from what I know when you cut cuticles and do toes and nails you suppose to soak your tools In disinfect liquid I did not see any maybe they put the tools in a machin over night but from what I know and I am a pedi mini goer at least once a week for years I see what other places do but its in NYC and they are being checked by the health department often so they make sure to do the right thing or pay the price.They really have to disinfect their tools in front of the costumers I was shocked but I dont live here and most likely will not go there again so I dont really care however the staff is nice and the place is over all clean.

My friend went here and she had the worst experience ever! They cut her toe nails so short it burned when she showered, they were rude and disrespectful, her nails looked horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! This place should not be allowed to do nails!
