I have a 1993 Ford F350 that I had just purchased. I took the truck to a few different shops trying to get a variety of things fixed. Through a good amount of research and asking around I found Texas Complete Truck. I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and quality of work they were able to provide. I ended up driving over an hour to take my truck here. It was well worth it and I would do it again. You will have a hard time finding anyone else with the skill and knowledge they have. Pricing was fair and again for the work its a great value. They were able to fix things other shops had just given up on. Above and beyond exceeded my expectations. Justin, Jaime and the team replaced a leaking oil cooler and two rusted front coil spring buckets in my 6.0 Powerstroke. The initial estimate was higher than other reputable local shops however they had availability when others were at least two weeks out. I am very happy I chose Texas Complete!! They are friendly, professional and always answer the phone. They updated me daily on the progress and even detailed the engine. This rusty old Northern truck hasnt looked this good in years. TCTC does all of the work on both of my trucks I wouldnt take them anywhere else. The big project was my 1976 Bronco. I dropped it off there for the first time March, 2019 as I had just bought it. I told them no hurry just please go through it. A couple of weeks later I received a call from the owner Keith Dunford. He spent a good hour going through every single detail and options to move forward. I could have easily went the cheap route and just patched it up. However, I wanted it done right and safe to drive my family in. From there Keith handed me off to Casey. Caseys absolute attention to detail and my requests were and continue to be nothing short of amazing. Over the past year Ive had TCTC complete multiple projects on the Bronco. Casey stays in contact the entire time providing feedback and options. Ryan has done most of the work and takes total pride in what he does. He does a great job of explaining what he did and if he recommends any other work to the truck. I never feel like Im being taken advantage of. Anytime I walk into the shop they know my name. Just to throw them off every once in awhile I take my F450 in for service. This is my shop for life.

If I could leave multiple reviews, I would. These guys have worked with me on multiple vehicles. Recently I brought my new-to-me 92 Full sized Eddie Bauer Bronco. It was in decent shape and in ok running condition, but severely neglected in the maintenance department. I told the guys at Texas Complete that I didn’t want to “build” it but rather do everything necessary to make it a safe and capable off-road toy to take my family out in. Also, retaining road manners was paramount. Once again they exceeded my expectations! Not only did they do exactly what I asked, but they also advised me on a few things that I could take care of myself to save a bit on the budget. It now cruises at 80 regularly straight with two fingers on the wheel. It handles anything I point it at on the trail, then gets back on the pavement and takes us home. I’ve taken these guys a 12 year old Cummins, 12 transit with mystery transmission issues, and now my latest fun machine. Never been let down. Thanks guys, I will be back!

Keith and his staff, especially Ryan and Justin, did a great job on my 2001 Excursion restoration. We did much work to the engine including turbo, injectors, tuning, fixing all non working items including lights ect, rebuilt trans to handle the new power. Front and rear axle swap from 2007, 8 inch lift using Fox, BDS components, custom traction bars and wheels and tires. High pressure power steering pump, custom intake and exhaust, undercoating the frame as well. Overall excellent build for this one of a kind Excursion.

These guys are awesome. Ive had a check engine light on for months, I was told it was everything from a vent on engine to something with my stereo to my brakes by mechanics from NB to Midland. I told them my problem. They chased down a chaffed wire under the firewall and fixed all my problems. These guys are top notch and really nice guys and work with you. We had our truck towed to this shop. They overcharged us on labor. When they were almost complete with the work for our truck, they quoted us $2500 for a high pressure oil pump. After we researched the cost and approximate time of labor we realized they were trying to charge $700 over other prices. They even encouraged us to get a quote from a recommended diesel shop. That quote was 1677.00 not $2500! We emailed the quote to Texas complete and argued about their high price. The lowest price they would give us was 1877 + tax. We will not be back and will not recommend them to anyone!

These guys do a great job! They are always timely and professional and they know their stuff. Great communication. We take all our company trucks here and are always very pleased. They always notify us of any other issues they see with our trucks, but not because they are trying to run up your invoice. They are just looking out for you. Would highly recommend!

Had my 48re rebuilt here for my 2004.5 5.9. Awesome customer service and being able to speak to the person your wanting to speak to isn’t a pain in the a** with these guys! Can’t thank y’all enough! Had some issues with the valve body I got from another shop. Keith went above and beyond to get me out of the situation. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring my truck back to these guys in a heart beat. True example of how a person should run their business!

I brought a 92 dodge diesel which I’d just purchased here for some basic repairs. They offered a ‘bumper to bumper courtesy check’ for $55. I gladly took them up on that. They fixed my AC, my fuel leak, and adjusted my fuel pump. I asked them to take care of any oil leaks and they ran a dye test to pinpoint it and fix it. Well, that ‘courtesy check’ was $105 on my receipt, the truck has continued to leak significant amounts of oil, and they apparently missed the cross member with finger-loose, trashed bolts holding the transmission underneath. The transmission went out before I’d put another 30 miles on the odometer. (I am not blaming them for transmission failure, just curious that they should miss it being ready to fall out) I had the transmission pulled and rebuilt elsewhere, and I’ve got plenty of enlightening pictures. I won’t be taking my business here again.If they’ve reached out to me, I’m unaware, I’d be happy to talk about it.I didn’t stress performance; I asked about recommendations for getting the turbo spooled faster, and accepted a fuel pump recommendation.I was told the dye test would determine the leak point, and after that it was fixed. No mention of secondary leak.No one said anything more about the transmission than that the single plate clutch would make fast shifting difficult.I said the truck would be driven rarely, once a week, not just sitting.I was not made aware I received a discount.

We have taken over 10 trucks to Texas Complete Truck Center and have been completely satisfied with their workmanship and reliability of the products they install. This organization will put the true meaning of a “Mechanic” back into your vocabulary.

Experience was awful, just like every other scumbag mechanic shop. My bill was 300$ over where I told them to stop, my main issue was not addressed. I had asked that they call me after diagnosis that didnt happen. manager had a very smart mouth offering to put old parts back on including old gas. Both service writers were flat liars or retards that had yet to be deciphered.Update: spoke to the owner in an attempt to be diplomatic because the vehicle is not running after only 67 miles put on it. He admits to me his service writer was smart mouthed! Wasnt really interested in listening to the phone conversation that he initially offered up. This place is a joke I would consider the customers here with good experiences to be fortunate.1 year later this place is still trash. Never heard back. Low rent, used car lot, scummy tactics.

Great, honest customer service. Literature review indicated that engine modifications on my Chevy Silverado might improve horsepower, gas mileage and towing capacity while towing my new RV. Robert took my call, listened to my concerns, and advised against making costly mods which wouldnt give me appreciable returns in terms of performance. He assured me that what I have will meet all my needs, and recommended that I dont have to consider buying a bigger truck. Other businesses mightve focused on making some money out of my call, but Roberts expertise and honesty are noteworthy. Thanks!

Its been a long time since I have been able to finally trust a place to work on my jeeps and truck. We have been to a few places around the new braunfels area and have had a really bad experience with all our vehicles. They did an amazing job. Bryan Sanchez worked on my truck. I got an upgraded air intake and airbags on the rear shocks. They have improved the towing and performance on my truck. Bryan went above and beyond to make a slight adjustment on the airbags and came to me so I wouldnt have to go out of my way. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing work on their truck!

First brought my truck to them to get 100k mile check up on my front suspension. Told them there was a clicking in the front somewhere. Zach from the front said they couldn’t find it and the truck was sound. About a month later, the click was totally hard core. Brought it back to them and now it’s the U joints. I get it fixed with them at $906. After being given the run around about when parts would arrive and when it would be finished, I decided to call around and get quotes. Called 3 other shops including Max Altitude. I was quoted $475 from them and $375 from another shop. 2 shops explained to me that it’s not that extensive of a job. I brought it up to Zach and he didn’t really have any smooth talk to say, just explained what they did. I asked Zach if I would even get a dinner out of it because I’m not a 1 night stand kind of person and I guess he thought I was joking. He says he spent more in parts because they are genuine mopar parts. I looked up the parts on the Dodge/mopar site. They cost a whopping $102 a piece. My truck is not clicking anymore, however I totally feel dooped and lied to. Buyer beware. They did lower the price to $816, still almost double than Max A.

I would like to thank Keith and all the men that worked on my 1998.5 Dodge 3500. I lost 5th gear while towing my 5th wheel from New Mexico and they where able to get repairs done and have me back on the road within the time needed to get me to my destination. Great service THANKS

I spent about three days calling around to all the diesel performance shops in the New Braunfels area and decided to give Texas Complete Truck Center a shot. I have a 2014 F250 and needed some work done on my exhaust, nothing fancy, so I wasnt too worried about trying a new shop.I spoke with the gentlemen at the front desk, and all were extremely knowledgeable. I am new to the 6.7L Powerstroke, and it felt good speaking to others that had in depth knowledge about the engine. They even advised me of other components that are known to fail, without pushing me to make a purchase.The work was completed below the estimated price and sooner than I was initially told. Looking over my vehicle, I didnt see a scratch, dent or fingerprint so it looks like they took good care of my vehicle.I will be returning to Texas Complete Truck Center in the future and will recommend them to my friends.

Its a Saturday. Youre 1200 miles from home in a massive town and the 4R100 transmission in your 7.3 Excursion decides to take a crap. A quick Google search leads me to Texas Complete Truck Center. They are closed. I decide to leave a message on their Facebook page. Within 30 minutes I get a call from the owner, Keith. They, no kidding, have a beefed up 4R100 sitting ready to go. I get my wounded baby towed to the shop by 11 on Monday morning. By 330 the beast is on a 100 mile road test because Keith wants to make sure its ready for the trip back to Ohio. So here we are 570 miles into a trip back home. This thing is running like a scalded dog. Do yourself a favor and take your ride to them. You will not be disappointed. It sounds like his vehicle had a completely separate problem not related to his transmission, yet Keith and the guys at Texas Complete Truck Center tried to help him out anyway. I researched every diesel shop in and around New Braunfels before I decided to bring my 05 Powerstroke to Keith and his guys. What sealed the deal for me was my first interaction with Keith and the way he explained every single detail to me in regards to bulletproofing my truck. It has been several months since they have worked on my truck and I have been 110% happy with the service that I received.
