Best spot in town for car registration renewal. Was there literally In and Out..My new spot and I had a big rig too.

Not exactly sold on these guys but close. Id recommend going over your final bill closely though. Its not hard to make a mistake but seems to me mistakes land in the cost more but rarely in the cost less than it should have category. Any thoughts on that?

I was having DEF system issues and this wonderful company was able to get me right in and start diagnosing the problem. While the truck was being repaired, from start to finish, everyone was amazing that I dealt with. I felt the work was performed professionally, and very reasonably priced. Its a blessing to still come across a business thatll do what it takes to get you back on the road, and not feel ripped off!I apologize for not remembering the owners names, but huge THANK YOU to the Mrs for the wonderful hospitality to myself and my dog while we waited!On a side note to the Mrs, Ill recommend a boxer puppy! The one I have is so loyal, and hes such a hoot. Hes always making us laugh, and hes an all around good dog. Good luck on what you choose, and thanks again!

I rarely post comments but when i receive professional service i feel obligated to share for referrals for the business but mainly for others looking for help finding an honest, knowledgeable and professional business. I recently stopped by Bobcat because i was losing power and had excessive smoke out my pipes. I actually was prepared to be told my turbo was bad or my motor was burning oil. Dale inspected my truck and immediately found the problem saving me thousands had a shady mechanic did the diagnostic. I was also having problems with my AC the lines were freezing up and i had been to 2 other shops and replaced all the major components and in 1500.00 he fixed the that problem and it was extremely affordable! I will definitely use Bobcat anytime im in the Austin/San Antonio area and im having problems. I just might wait to get some issues fixed when i return.

Dale and company provided full maintenance and know-how for my diesel pickup truck. Dale looks it over firsthand before any work is done, and he gave great advice on what to do and what to avoid, which is key. I will definitely take it back to Bobcat for any service it needs in future.

This place is a scam and ripoff!!! I sent my truck over there to check AC system to see if it was something minor or needed a simple recharge. Mechanic over there (I asked for his name, but he refused to tell me) promised to check it out quick and confirm with me before doing anything. So, couple of hours later I get a call - we need $3200 to fix it I was shocked. So, they pretty much want replace the whole system.... This is not mechanic approach. My kid could do the same diagnose and just throw part at it. After I told them - no, thank you, Im gonna take the truck and fix it somewhere else - the mechanic told me you have to pay $280 diagnostic fee before you can take the truck. I was trying to talk sense to him - zero results. I spoke to manager Helen (around 8.15 pm CT) about what was going on - she just told me we did the job, you have to pay it now. They did the job WITHOUT my approval. Total scam.

Freightliner told me it would be 2 to 3 days just to get in. Here told me to be here when they open and stayed till it was done😊

I’m very happy with my experience here. They have the knowledge and ability to fix things other shops couldn’t. I wish this was the first place I took my Peterbilt, but better late than never. Their prices are fair, they get things done in a timely fashion (as long as there isn’t a line waiting), and they actually communicate what the issues are/what they’re doing. The owner, office lady, and mechanics were all very nice and welcoming. I’ll continue to utilize this shop and highly recommend them. They understand what a semi-truck shop is supposed to be. I was in a jam and needed my truck repaired asSoon as possible knowing the extent of the repairs needed I expected to be off the road for at least 2-3 days which is not good for my line of work. I was told by the staff there I can pick up my truck the following day or even later that day. I was shocked, but was amazed that they were able to complete the repairs in a timely manner to get me back on the road quick. Not only did I receive great service here, I found out that I am able to utilize their secured parking area to park my trailer nightly at a decent rate. Great service with a friendly atmosphere with a safe area to park my truck I highly recommend this place!!!

Do not use this company told them issues that was wrong with my truck.12 days later same problem just changed out parts. Over 6400 dollars later.I dont know how they can justify it but I would never use them again. Whatever you sow you will reap, good or bad. I dont want to hear call or sorry for your experience. You dont take your truck in to not get problem fixed.

Spoke to Dale around 10 pm on 5/1 explain to what was happening with my truck. With confidence he told what was wrong and said he would be able to fix it. I had my truck towed to his shop on 5/2, where he went and fixed it just like he said he would. Not only that but he also saw that the last person to touch my truck did not put it back together the right way and he showed it to me and fixed it

Bobcat trucking is a horrible place of business. My husband took his truck there for one problem and they ended up causing another.They dont know what they are doing and guessed at what the problem was. They also broke a piece of equipment stating that was the problem with the truck and it wasnt. The actual part that needed to be replaced would have only been $300.00 or so. Instead my husband had to spend over $1400.00 for a part he didnt even need plus unnecessary labor. And when my husband tried to call back to let the owner know the problem he didnt even answer the phone, what kind of customer service is that? Why would you avoid a paying customer, UNLESS you knew you messed up, which he did!They also have horrible customer service. I went into the office to ask for a receipt and the lady that was in there did not acknowledge me.. I had to get her attention and ask for my receipt.Stay away from this place the owner Dale is a rip off, cheat and a liar.. if you want to spend more then what you should on services and if you want to spend money on an unnecessary part then my all means go to this shop..if you want to keep your hard earned money then please go somewhere else!

I was from out of town and my company bought a truck in TX. Dale (the owner) took great care of me and got all issues fixed with a reasonable price so I could make it home safely.

We have been taking our trucks to Bobcat repair for the last several months and we can say the service has been exceptional. As owners of a small 6 tractor trailer company it has been a nice change having our trucks fixed right the first time. Knowing that the work is warrantied is also a big plus. This week we required a road service 70 miles from shop and the Bobcat team was able to help swap out a fully loaded trailer to another tractor on the interstate without any trouble. The disabled vehicle was able to be repair roadside and driven back to the Bobcat shop without a wrecker. In summery I would say after experiencing many other repair facilities, Bobcat and our company will have a long relationship. This is due to their expertise, and exceptional customer service. Their prices are better than fair as well.

These guys are the best. I have a 98 classic. With the original radiator .Dale the owner looked at the truck and said you need a new radiator .He explained why my truck was over heating .then instantly went to work to find one. His shop guy took the old one out. Dale found a brand new one went to get it came back and they got it in my truck works like its new. This place works fast, honest, and hard and they all understand if we ant turning we ant earning. I highly recommend them to all my brothers out there.This place makes TA, LOVES, and PILOT look like people that dont know how to work on trucks .At bobcat truck repair you get the best. Beware!!!It is really a sad situation when I had just told Dale the owner that I was in a financial crisis and instead he took advantage of the situation and billed me for four hours of labor to remove and replace a two foot piece of flex line and oil filter and still has the nerve to say he is giving me a break from supposedly six hours of labor time and two people working on it. Who in their right mind would believe such a ridiculous story. I work hard and am not out to screw anyone over, but what Dale did today was out right worse than highway robbery, unprofessional, not to mention very unethical to say the least.Just because business is slow does not mean you have to take advantage of people to maintain your lifestyle.People beware!!!You have been warned by a customer who he took advantage of. And anyone else out there let everyone you know to beware and stay away. When you are in a crisis you dont need a shop like Dales Bobcat truck repair to take advantage of the situation. And his payment plan was for me to pay part and he would keep the truck until I payed him off. What kind of payment plan is that if you cannot work cause he has your truck. How is someone supposed to pay that way. Duu!!

If you want to have to take your vehicle back several times to get the job done right the first time and get overcharged this is the place for you. Flex plate went put on me on a trip to Texas tow truck suggested this place. Get back home and I have to have everything taken apart again cause they didnt replace all the damaged parts like they said they did and forgot to put an o-ring in on a new part purchased from them. So I had a river of oil coming out. They refused to have the vehicle towed back to them for warrenty work and wont refund any money to pay for their mistake. Should have known when waiting for work to be done on my truck Im seeing/hearing about return visits from other customers not fixing the problem the first time.

We have been a customer for about 15 months. We have used Bobcat exclusively for all our truck repairs; we have a small fleet of 5 trucks. They have performed major engine work on our Detroit Diesels including troublesome electrical diagnostics to minor work like, tire repair. All their work has been “spot-on” and the repairs they made for us have NOT re-occurred. They are honest people and don’t over charge. They have brought to our attention “issues” discovered while servicing our vehicles and have saved us Big Money by catching problems before they became BIG BIG PROBLEMS. We highly recommend them! Do not and I repeat do not take your truck to theses people they are total lost when it comes to trouble Shooting an Issue they are lost. They will tell its this and then that until the figure out the problem,plus they will over charge you for work they didnt even do.its about 25 trucks that stage in that yard for another company and they dont even use Bobcat repair for there truck Issue This Guy Dale comes off as a good person but hes not he lies to you and hes no diesal mechanic period . Dont take your truck there .

Worst place to fix your truck! Owner is sooorude and so unprofessional. If you ask him aquestion, he just ignores you, total ignore.Seriously, what kind of customer service is that ???Prices is not just high, its unbelievable high. They charge me 3 times more then at estimate at TA truck stop. Waiting time there to get to the shop was about 3-4 hours, so I decided to go to Bobcat to save some time.I came to change that short hose between radiator tube and engine (coolant starts slowly leaking). I can do it myself, its only 2 clamps, 15-20 min job, but I dont have a buckets to save my coolant. If I knew what shop is that, for me much cheaper will be if I just disposal my old coolant, buy a new one and do it myself.He charged me $350 for that. UNBELIEVABLE.He pressurized cooling system after repair,(charge $85. for that, even when I told him not to do it, but total ignore) and looks like to much pressure, and 2 hoses on my APU was blown. I need to go for appointment, so I decided just to close coolant valves for APU and left before they do something else. I came with one problem and they ended up causing 2 another. Can you belive that ???When they done with repairs, owner sits in my truck with dirty grease clothing and starts warming up my truck. He just pushed gas pedal all the way to the floor and leave it like that for about 5 min. I thought my engine gonna fly away. (LOL) What kind of mechanic is that? WOW!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. This place is not worth even one star.

Worse place to fix truck, in matter of fact they do more damage to your truck than what you have, basically they look to your problem online because they have no clue what to do, in the end you will get a bill about the size of your truck. DO NOT MAKE BIG A MISTAKE
