These guys have truly been amazing from the start when I first called them on Tuesday with my problem. I’m a small business owner with a mobile grooming van. My catalytic converter got stolen this past weekend. They were able to take my van in the same day, ordered the new part and got it on within a DAY even though they are loaded down with other customers. The customer service here has been beyond what I ever expected and I will definitely be taking my business here from now on if any other problems arise. Cannot thank these guys enough for how helpful they’ve been.

Very disappointed in this place, I came for an air leak in my brakes and they did not solve anything they do not know anything about semi trucks, stay away from this place, they broke the HVAC control ... and they said it was not their fault, and Besides, they wanted to charge me again for checking something that they decomposed. Check the comments, the few comments that are bad are semi trucks, they have no idea how to repair these trucks. And if they go, just observe that they have no clients, the TA has more clients.yes... TA!!Just to inform, they said that the air leak was in the valve and needed to be replaced, the valve cost $ 350 ... the leak was not in the valve, and it only needed to be disconnected, cut it and voila, a job of 10 min.They told me that an ABS brake sensor was missing, this one with a cost of $ 50 ... it was not the sensor, it was the harness cable that was only disconnected ... they told me that the gasoline float could not be the same day, because they would have to disassemble everything, and they would not reach, ... well this was done in just 15 minutes ... they said that they did not touch the AC, indeed, but when they opened the base of the dashboard they did not do it carefully and they broke the signal cable to the blower causing it not to work.As you can see, they dont know how to work with semi-trucks

Mark and Daniel were great - I called because of my AC blowing hot air, and they helped me out 15 min later. I’ll definitely come back here next time I need repairs done on my truck!

Got out to their shop in New Braunfels Tx, and that was a wrap. # 1 tech man, Mark, fixed my transmission problem, adjusted my clutch, and spotted other small problems that needs to be addressed in the future. My husband and I got a flat tire out on our car hauler trailer in the middle of nowhere -- I mean B.F.E. Texas population of human beings zero -- with no cell service and of course the spare was rotted. We were able to get a ride to the next town almost an hour away and BTW nothing is open at 2 AM in small town Texas. We were able to get cell service and called our insurance and they gave us Superior Fleets number. We called and Superior Fleet came out and rescued us by bringing a tire and had the equipment (a jack and lug nut twister) that we also did not have on hand. Although it took them a couple hours to reach us because of our location and lack of cell service they could not call to give us an update, they did come and help and was faster than waiting for a tow truck and the tire shop to open. The technician was fast, helpful and professional. Our experience with this company was great !

A customer stopped by with a A/C issue, and I was unable to correct it, a newly purchased used truck, navistar with a kenworth A/C system, an electrical wiring nightmare!

My truck broke down and they sent the mobile repair guy quickly. We got the highest roadside service charges anywhere but they were quick there.I had a transmission problem and truck had to be towed to the shop.Shop kept giving different timeframes for repairs.4 day estimate turned unnecessarily into 3 weeks while we were under load.They fixed the transmission finally and it worked fine for 200 miles and then I got stuck again with the same problem on Austin.I asked them for their help for the same issue and they volunteered to look at it again if I paid them the 1k plus for towing charges and such which was totally unreasonable for me.I had it towed to my normal shop and they determined it was the result of improper install of a couple of parts on the transmission.Superior wouldn’t believe it or help with any part of that cost or repair unless I paid them to have it towed to their shop again by them and put me more in the hole for their mess of improper install on my 7k job I did with them for transmission replacement.Thankfully I have an honest mechanic who just fixed the improper install for wya cheaper and I had a smaller tow charge per mile to his shop.I felt superior could’ve really worked with us on the second breakdown since it was the same issue I just pulled out of their shop from and they installed transmission parts incorrectly and then wouldn’t take any responsibility for it unless I paid them even more than what I already had to tow and and fix their mistakes. That wa a human error and it happens on their part but then they want no part of their responsibility for that on top of dragging their feet for 3 weeks and causing me a mess of a problem with my load situation.At the time, their shop wasn’t even 1/4 full as shown in these pictures.There wasn’t a ton of trucks just sitting out waiting for them to be fixed.A lot of mechanics, even Scott just standing around chillin a lot while I lost 3 weeks of work and a bad situation with load.Would not recommend these guys to anyone unless you just like making expensive donations for no reason to a diesel repair shop.Save yourself, pick another shop. I would hate to see the next trucker lose out as bad as I did when in need for for most of a month while under load and these guys standing around chillin.We all know how expensive a month of not working can be.They might be ok for oil changes and the smallest of jobs but nothing close to major work would I bet anything on with them for anyone.

These guys are fair and theyre super cool people to deal with. I came in because my truck was having oil pressure issues. They told me they wouldnt be able to fix it until two or three days max because of the amount of work that they had so instead they gave me a tip to keep the truck running safely thanks a lot made it home 200 miles away and gave me a free diagnosis. My skid steer separated a track mid job. I brought it into SuperiorFleet Solutions they fixed me up and got me back to work in no time at all. Im not sure what that other guy with a hydraulic issue on his equipment is talking about. He probably just owns a lemon and wants to blame it on anyone but himself. Buy AMERICAN equipment people there is a reason why all the equipment auctions are filled with foreign made junk even the people that made them dont want them.

I am a mobile groomer. One day I had an accident in my van causing damage to my propane tank . I was scared it was leaking and I couldnt turn it off. I called the nearest place I thought coukd help, and Matt said yes they can help. He kept me calm, told me where to park when I arrived, and even asked how far I was. Afterall, the tank wasnt leaking, and Matt and Scott were helpful to straighten out the crooked bar around my tank with no charge. They provided excellent service, and were very kind. Thanks again!!

The mechanic called me within seconds and offered suggestions over the phone that I could try until he could get to my location. With his help, I was able to get my vehicle running but he called to check and see if his advice worked and to also head to my location if needed. The mechanic was super helpful, very polite, and very knowledgeable!!! Ultimately, he saved me what could have quite possibly been a very expensive roadside service! After the TA shop wanted me to tow my truck 200 yards to their shop to look at it, I found SFS online and gave them a call. Larry Farmer was there within a half hour and had me rolling again within another half hour. Great and timely service, all without breaking the bank. I brought my 7.3 diesel in and these guys took care of it. They replaced the transmission with an ATS performance transmission and added a 5 stage chip. They also replaced the cold air intake. The truck has never run better. They are a good group of mechanics.

They stayed late on a Friday before a three day weekend to get a hydraulic hose made up for me that I desperately needed. Capital Bearing totally screwed me closing almost an hour early. SoTex was already closed but the owner helped me out and got me in touch with these guys. Top notch customer service all the way.

Thank God these guys were open today. I had a hydraulic hose bust on me this morning and was in need of one in the worst way. I called and ask to see if by chance they were open and ran down there. They helped me out and had the stuff to make me a new hose so I can get my backhoe up and running. Great service.

My mother In law was towed to this location by good Sam for repair on rv they gave her the run around and then after many hours they told her they could not repair.They then proceeded to push the rv off property without telling herShe then had to tow to another place and because of the way they placed the rv a tow truck could not tow and a flat bed had to come and then due to the way it was they had a difficult timeThis was a very unprofessional way to treat anyone especially a 78 yr old female.It was midnight before she was able to get to a safe place and this is not acceptable.

Brought my motorhome there for service. One of the reasons I chose this place was because they claim to be veteran owned; another reason was their positive reviews outnumbered the negative ones.The problems with my motorhome were leaking air fittings of my suspension airbags, and shock absorber brackets which were cracking and needed welding and reinforcement. When I spoke to the foreman, Larry, he assured me he could fix both. On the day I brought the motorhome in for service the foreman told me he could fix the leaks in the threaded fittings that day and I asked him if he had the sealant which would solve the problem and he told me he did. The next day he called telling me there were still leaks, and said that the fittings were wrong; I asked him if he would replace these fittings and he declined to do it, so I consulted an engineer who specified a sealant which would. I brought him the sealant and told him this was rated for high pressures necessary if applied properly. I returned at the end of a week to pick up my motorhome and had to pay his fee to get the motorhome back. When I leak tested the fittings I found they were still leaking and reported this back to SFS, with pictures; nothing had been done about the welds. I received a cryptic response that we will have to find an alternative repair and heard nothing more after 24 hours. Contacting them the next day, about the problem, the response was that they could not be responsible for parts which I supplied. I responded that the only part they supplied was sealant which did not work and although they claimed the fittings were wrong never provided other ones. After that I had provided them with sealant which is rated to handle the necessary pressures, *if it was applied properly*.I told Larry I would speak further only with the company owner. His first reply was that he was the owner. His second reply was that the other owner tried to call me. I never received a call or message.

I had to call roadside assistance twice on the same night. Larry, from Superior Fleet Solutions, was assigned to my case by my insurance company. It was almost midnight, and his instructions were to drop me and my car off at the nearest service station even though there are no service stations open during that time, and I was 40 miles away from my home. Larry took it upon himself, after several attempts to reach my insurance, to get my car to the nearest service station near my home and then get me home safely. I would trust this company for any future service I need even without an insurance claim. Thank you Larry and Superior Fleet Solutions for turning a disastrous situation into a safe ride home.

Had them repair my John Deere 110 TLB. Super fast and fair price.Update: fast they are. Good, not so much. 10 hours on the machine and it’s leaking hydro fluid out both ends. Called them twice, they said I supplied the parts so no warranty. All JD OEM parts.Steer clear of these guys. They do not honor their work. They are the same price as any other shop. Just faster and now I know why they could get me right in.Update2: Leland, thanks for responding. I completely understood that the parts would not be warrantied. If a defective part was determined to be the cause, I would make that warranty claim with the parts supplier.I find it interesting that you offer to look at it and work with me now. I made 2 phone calls and that offer was never made. The time to resolve an issue is when a problem is identified, not once it is made public.I will update this post with the resolution of the problem once I have time to re-split the tractor. I really hope for your reputation that it is a defective part.

Stay away, there is a reason shop is empty with no work.Go with a Peterbuilt or dealer has an established business work ethic. 10 hour repair turned to 5 day delay, even after arguing with them and got $200 still ended up paying way over the initial quote. In the end all i can do i warn you decide

Our truck broke down on I10. They came out and fixed it at night. I appreciate the fast service. Hopefully we don’t have any other breakdowns in that area but if we do, we will call them.

I broke down about a block away from them and they went over and beyond. They helped me get my trailer unloaded and towed my truck, trailer and me home. I will definitely give them a call if Im ever stranded again. They were very friendly and reasonably priced.

Our motor coach wouldn’t start so I called them and they answered right away and got to us quickly. Unfortunately they don’t know RVs we’ll and mis-diagnosed a bad starter which cost us $1500 and our starter was fine. They wouldn’t take back the starter so we were stuck with the bill. They did try their best to fix the problem but I don’t recommend taking a RV to them.

Worst shop in whole US, they need to repair bicycles only not SEMIs. No tools, unprofessional mechanics, dont know what they doing. Only bicycles i would say. Take a look on that shop and you will see that big fleets will keep them self at least 1 mile away from them

The worst shop in Texas they quoted me double for a turbo and $95 a hour for 10 hours ....well after starting the work they come back and say they can’t get two of the bolts off and that both turbos are no good and that’s it’s be over $10,000 for the repairs....I told them to stop working and I’ll have a wrecker come pick my truck up ASAP and then they said oh now it’s $140 a hour and he worked 6 hours when he only work 3 1/2......first thing in the morning I contacting my attorney and The BBB ......STAY AWAY!!!!!! Didn’t agree to NO charges but the $95 a hour but only did 3 1/2 of work and charge $935....turbo at international in San Antonio 1685 they tried to charge $3700 RIPOFF!!!!! All lies don’t take nobody 10 hours to do a turbo job
