Young lady on the phone was so polite and kindly explain to me about my problem. I really appreciated the warm and friendly customer service i received. Two thumbs up.
I set an appointment to have my tv looked at. I received 2 emails confirming and letting me know what to expect the day of. The technician called me the morning of my appointment to inform me of the $100 diagnostic fee that I was completely unaware of. I called the technician back to cancel the appointment and of course, no answer. So I called customer service and was told no cancellations on the day of the appointment. After talking to the rep, my appointment was cancelled. Completely disappointed with this entire experience. Luckily, it was handled and taken care of in a professional manner but the other charges I was quoted for outside of the ridiculous diagnostic fee, were outrageous.
