We use them for our website hosting, email management, etc. We had used them for our online marketing, but that didnt work out so well. With that being said, still give them 5 stars because they handled the problems we had with the online marketing very well, acknowledged any shortcomings, and addressed things head on.. it should say something that we use them for other things still as they provide very prompt service for reasonable prices.

Bryant pc solutions is a joke. Their team is one guy who cant keep competent help. They are non responsive, slow af, and love to over bill you. When asked about why they hadnt done their job their response washire somebody else. And after you terminate your service they hold your system hostage until you pay some fee that never existed. Real stand up type of folks. If you enjoy getting screwed and having your time wasted, this is your guy. I would rather use an abacus than use this company

She has gone out of her way to help optimize our desk set ups on more than one occasion. All of the techs that weve had come help install or service our equipment have been timely, kind, and knowledgeable. Youre in good hands with Bryant PC!
