I LOVE this place! They have seen me through some stuff, Yall. Before I saw the light and became a devoted Mac girl, they performed exorcisms on at least two other laptop brands for me. I have had my Mac for 4 pain-free years, and recently had to take my beloved Mac to the Doc. Diagnostics are free, and they give advice that is right for the customer. In my case, they helped me find a workaround that fits my style to hold me over until I really need to buy a new MacBook. It means a lot to me that they didnt push me to overextend my budget right now. In addition to really working with customers needs in mind, they are prompt and knowledgeable and they are a local business that I trust. Thanks, Tech Doctor!

These guys are honest and fairly priced. I made a rookie mistake (dislodged a RAM stick) with my desktop tower and it wouldnt boot. They noticed the problem right away and fixed it and tested it for $46 and they didnt even laugh at me for neglecting to check that the RAM sticks were seated.

I wanted to be a local business consumer so I chose Tech Doctor. From all the reviews and awards I couldn’t go wrong! Wrong. I’m so many ways!!! Maybe they are used to working on malware issues or retrieving lost files? Idk. I took my laptop in on a Monday to have a DC port replaced. They replaced it but couldn’t get it to boot up properly. For a WEEK!!! Fine. I go back in the following Tues- Monday they said it should be good to go Tuesday. NOPE- still not booting up properly. I will give it to my boss....it took 7 work days to turn it over to someone else??? Friday they finally tell me that they installed the wrong port ant the right one should be there Monday. Monday they said shipping is delayed till Friday... On top of all this I was the one calling for updates!!! They NEVER called me once!!! Did they think I had a spare laptop at home? Why did it take a week to ask another tech to look at it? First week estimate- 3 days to get new part and install? I think that’s fair..Thursday, Friday, Monday...oh sorry I’ll have to turn it over to my Boss..Tues, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday... oh we installed the wrong thing. It will be here Thursday or Friday.... Unprofessional in timeliness- mailing time I get. Wrong part? ok. But days and days letting it sit there trying to charge? I feel it is valid to say out of 21 days 10 were probably just letting it sit. And every update I received was because CALLED!!! They never had the respect to call me!!!!

Went to Geek Squad first & was going to wait 4+ weeks for a battery replacement. Took my laptop here and the battery part was ordered and fixed within 2 days at a good price. Employees were very friendly and professional!

They know exactly what theyre doing. Only bad part is that they dont open weekends but other than that really pros working here

The Tech Doctor was extremely helpful, and also very patient, since I did not know exactly how to explain the different problems I had with special Apps for my Mac laptop. They were also reasonably priced. Ill be back there again with any future computer needs.

I have been dealing with Matt and his employees for approximately 10 years. They’ve always been very responsive and prices are very fair. In a panic I took in a laptop with a hard drive that had crashed. Matt gave me a price to swap all my data to the new laptop. One of my work programs did not cooperate as planned. He stayed and worked on my system till 11:00 pm as he knew I was on a time sensitive project. Price was as we had agreed. Kudos to Matt and his crew!

Being a designer, my tool is my computer and would not trust it to anyone else!

Initially I thought it was fine. when I got my system home, plugged it in, it just wasnt right. I didnt give them an opportunity to look at it, being several hours away helped diminish that thought. So in fairness I give a 3.

My computer would shut down after about 5 minutes of running. I took it in thinking it was overheating and wanted to get a free diagnosis and most likely have them fix it. I was told that yes it was overheating so they were paid $90 to replace the thermal paste only to tell me that didnt have any effect on what was happening. Then I was told that it is absolutely the motherboard. Its the motherboard thats the only thing it could be with what is happening. So I decide to replace it. Same problem happens now Im down almost $200 and still have no clue as to what us happening. I tried getting in contact with someone via email detailing the matter and havent received word back. My advise for anyone going here they dont let them just guess at what the problem is. A make them perform a better trouble shooting process as aposed to I think thus us broke pay us to change it. Oh that didnt work? Here pay me to see if thus fixes it

There are others that will do work for cheaper. Good work aint cheap, cheap work aint good. But this team is top notch. I have had several phone screens fixed. Several computers and laptops. The customers service is worth it. If my business phone goes down these guys get me up and running in no time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The people at the Tech Doctor understood the problem my machine was having and fixed it quickly. They also has some suggestions to protect the computer and keep it running smoothly in the future. Very positive experience and everyone I dealt with was courteous. Thanks guys!

I contacted the Tech Doctor to come out and look at my computer. I was told he would be at my house at a certain time. I planned my day to make sure I was home at that time. I was then contacted by the office and was asked if I could bring the computer down because they were booked and that I would be charged a service fee if they had to make a house call. My response was that I was at work and could not bring my computer in and that I did not care what it cost, that I wanted someone at my house. We run a business also and I know how it can be when you are overbooked, but communication goes a long way. The owner made it out to the house and he knew how frustrating not having a computer is. He told me I needed to go and get a new computer, I told him that I would go get one that very second. He agreed to stay here and start getting the stuff off of the old computer. He also kept the remote access up so he could watch it throughout the day. I had no problems with this. Over the weekend, I worked to get everything back up and running so I could start doing my job and none of my printers were working. I called the Tech Doctor and asked if someone could come out. I was told that someone would contact me at 1:30 that they were with a paying client and they were busy. I got the bill today and I paid it, I just hope now that I am a paying client That they will be a little better at communication.

The- Tech Doctor has saved my electronic countless times. My son has a habit of breaking everything he touches, he broke my computer that had my Masters Thesis saved on it. The- Tech Doctor fixed it and saved me from having to start all over. He had fixed everything from computers, Ipods, and Ipads for my family. He is the BEST!!!
