I took my 6 year old daughter to the 1st free class the gym look fine the scary part comes when they put the kids to do sit ups, push ups, bench dips with no guidance or correction on the form, I would first teach my kid properly form to prevent injuries. Another thing is that one trainer was not concentrated nether focus on the kids, she was looking towards the entry I was expecting more engaging and coaching toward the kids, not have them just doing what ever and however they are able to do the exercises. Sorry but Ill rather drive far or try something else, even though my daughter will cry for not bringing her back. But Ill rather have her crying for this reason rather from an injury.

Warning- they dont have a parking by the building. Plan additional time to find it.My son loves it. They have cool ninja warrior area where all kids can play a little after class...

After attending our first class with my children having no prior gymnastics experience, we felt welcomed to the family. My girls cant wait to go back next week.

This is a great place. My sons been in for a year now and loves it! He looks forward to going every week. Coach Daniel is a great coach, he’s real patient with the kids.

I loved this gym. Everyone is so friendly! They make you feel like family. The coaches really take their time with the kids. They keep their groups small too. Everything is very clean and spacious. Overall a wonderful experience!

My girls have been going here for about a month now and they love it. Both their teachers are fun and amazing. Im sorry I dont know his name but the only guy who works here is the best. Hes great with the kids and is an overall great teacher. Only thing that sucks is the parking but thats not their fault.

I love my gymnastics! I love my coaches they always let me know how to improve to became a better gymnast! The staff are amazing and always have the best prices for classes and other! Overall its an amazing gymnastics and I love going as a gymnastics student!

My son loves this gym. I really appreciate that the owner is always available to answer questions, and the staff is not just teenagers working for their own tuition like other gyms. Solid program where the coaches instruct, not just babysit. Best gymnastics facility in the city!

As soon as you step a foot in the door you can notice the high quality, not only in their vast equipment but in the personnel. Coaches are highly qualified and they count with excellent programs to help the kids exceed their goals. From day 1 that I brought my daughter she has shown large improvement of course she will keep progressing with time and practice but I can easily leave that in the hand of her coaches.My daughter loves that place and is aspiring to make it to the 4th level team and compete with them, I highly recommend this place :)

I am starting on Tuesday and it is a very good gym it is pretty big and i Can already tell that it will be fun and a safe environment. :)

Instructor made my daughter cry because she couldnt do a move correctly. My daughter was put on the spot twice and forced to do 50 sit ups. The instructor kept going on how its a safety issue. Witch I totally understand. I dont think its ok for an adult, Intentional or not, to communicate with children in any aggressive way. My daughter was crying and She has never cried how She cried that day. There was obviously miss communication. What ever point she tried to make to my daughter could of been delivered professionally. None of the staff understood me. They started talking about me right in front of me. So unproffesional! She refused to see her wrong and never apologized to my daughter or me. This is a place where parents take their kids to have fun. Not be put down or put on the spot for what they cant do. This isnt a boot camp. Not all kids come im hhere with the dream of being an Olympic. Some come to not be home and try new things. To keep their mind occupied. She kept going on that she is her coach and thats her job. I dont care who you are, these are human beings you are dealing with and they deserve to be spoken to with respect and compassion. Did anyone understand. NO ONE. I hope the owner read this and lets the coaches know to bring it down a notch when it comes to communicating with children, if they are doing something wrong or unsafe.

My daughter loves being in the gym. But regardless of that the place is really nice. It is a very good example to instill in my daughter a sport and good habits and discipline. Instead of giving him a phone to entertain himself and become a zombie child.
