I’m new to this location of Planet Fitness. My home gym is in Boston and now I want to change my home gym to this location in Natick. The staff is extremely professional, responsible, and respectful. They are always friendly and willing to help. They are very warming and inviting as soon as you walk in the door. As I work out I notice how the staff spends hours cleaning each machine, which is especially important now. The work ethic of this staff is exceptional and the gym is extremely clean.

Planet Fitness has really tried to adapt and I give them a good rating for it. They stopped auto payments during the shutdown, unlike some fitness clubs. My location has been thoroughly sanitizing, masking, and distancing since reopening.

Every single time Im in there, at least four people openly not wearing a mask at all and 10 + wearing one incorrectly, and staff not doing anything about it. Just a matter of time till members get sick

I renewed my membership at PF today and am new to the natick location. Nancy was amazing and greeted me warmly, and was excited to help sign me up. She gave me a tour and made sure I was familiar with the club and my questions were answered she even made sure my belongings were safe while I was there! 5 stars for Nancy & PF Natick!

Clean, good equipment friendly staff

WAITING FOR MASK RULES TO CHANGE I CANT WORK OUT WITH A MASK ON IF IT BECOMES PERMANENT I WILL HAVE TO CHANGE GYMS WITH MY FAMILY.

This place is a complete dump. The staff is rude. The locker rooms are absolutely disgusting. The management is a joke.

This a review close to the comments by A K .I had a family situation and asked for downgrade but gave a ok for November 2020 and two months later they started charging in Jan 21 so went to the office the friendly sounding Associate Nigel said he can cancel the account but never canceled and got charged again for March Now today 3/12/21 I went Another associate said I Will charged for April 20 too because I have to come 7 days before my charging rate which is in my agreement .My point is when I went two months ago they agreed to cancel my agreement right in my front of my face and saying if you didnt receive email they dont cancel it total bla bla.I have no problems using this gym and joining again when my situation changes just be careful if you are cancelling or down grading..the associates are like foxes.Do not upgrade black card.

Great trainers.. excellent Covid protocol

I haven’t come here for over 2 years Bc of the pandemic, the first day back is the hardest and I came at 5 AM to get in and out and get on with my day however I got here at 5:07 am there is no staff I e been sitting here for 30 minutes there are people sitting on the sidewalk waiting still no staff and now it’s pouring rain WOW epic fail PF I’m disappointed!

Im not one to write reviews but I felt like this needed one. I gave it two stars because, I have been to many.......many planet finesses and honestly it does the job for me with being convenient around the country. I was able to get a good work out in BUT the layout is sub par with not having enough room for two people to walk behind the tredmills....it was very dark, lights were going out while I was getting my work out in, Alot of the papper towel holders were broken or ready to break. (just put a roll out on the trash bin for us to pull off of), I also get its covid season BUT The cable units were tied off. The only chest work out was on the TRX....(For cables) furthermore......I think this is the first PF I have been to were the showers do not have the soap dispensers..............yikes I dont travel with soap lol F me right. Andy ways......you can still get a good work out in BUT I really think the owners of this franchise should sink some $$ into it PLEASE. - Cheers

Doesnt have the equipment for anyone remotely serious about lifting. Intentionally make it incredibly hard to cancel a membership.

I visited more than 50 PF clubs around the country and this is the worst one, maybe tied with one in Savannah, GA. Natick did replace the rusted lockers which is nice. However, they installed the urinals each 1 foot too low. This leads to a gallon of urine by each one. Wash your shoes after stepping in it! Also, some machines are so close that you can barely get your fingers around the handle without jamming against the machine next to you.

It’s already the worst gym you can possible go to but with the on goin pandemic they have taken very poor measures to make sure the well being of people who go to this gym is looked after. The new policy with face masks being pretty much optional as it’s not regulated at all. The fact that people running on treadmills don’t have to wear a mask but those who are not doing cardio must wear a mask at all times which is still not regulated does not make any sense. I would really like to cancel my membership without being charged a cancellation fee. Btw you must wear a mask right now pretty much anywhere. It being optional in the gym is a terrible idea.

Great gym. Relaxed, neighborly atmosphere. Plenty of equipment. Great for commuters, its right next to the train station. Ladies locker room is spacious and clean.

Many machine options and also great price in relation to the benefit.

They have way more equipment than they used to. The girls bathrooms are clean and the staff is helpful. Great experience so far!

Full Disclosure: I am using a fake name! However, I became a member of Planet Fitness Natick, MA 3 weeks ago. I am a real 68 year old male!I don’t understand the negative reviews. Every machine I have used there operates the way it should. That tells me they are well maintained. The staff is friendly. Other members seem happy and friendly too. Being a neophyte to a gym when I start using a machine I am not familiar with other members have happily showed me how with no prompting from me. The place is always clean. There are paper towels and cleansing stations throughout.While I am physically fit, I want to become stronger. This is the place I have chosen to reach this objective.

I just joined this gym and absolutely love it! Lots of great equipment! Black room has massage beds, tanning, infra red room and massage chairs. Very friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Nice employees, good equipment, great price, but very dirty ladies room. Bathroon sink has 5 days old ladies make up and all 3 bowls filled with hair and soap scum. Its obvious they dont get cleaned regularly. I told the manager more than once, but nothing got done. I hope the owners and corporate read this.

Ive been coming here for years. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. Love the black card spa. The hydro massage beds are wonderful. Rarely have to wait die equipment. Never feel judged by other people in the gym. Find it to usually be a clean and friendly environment.

Not the best but it is definitely worth the fee. Black card spa is awesome. A huge gym where you dont have to wait for machines. Washrooms are super clean. Judgment free zone as they say.

First time back after a long break due to surgery.The gym is even more crowded than ever, people were not cleaning their machines and the whole place stinks like a dirty gym! I will be looking for a new clean gym that people take care of. Holder on machine doesn’t even fit my phone, and speaker hardly worked. When I saw several people not cleanimg their machine that made my decision to look for a new gym.

If you are afraid to get covid 19 avoid this location, before the pandemic was already dirty, now it’s still dirty, you don’t see anyone cleaning, they don’t have enough cleaning station, people don’t wear masks, I went once since it reopened and Im not going anymore, west boyston is super clean if you are looking for a safe location.

Customer service at reception lousy, zero score. I have seen mocking people who were there using the translator to try to open an account because the client could not speak English when it does not even say good morning.

Honestly needs another location in Framingham, its always way to busy makeing it hard to even get a machine. Hard to stay motivated when its always so packed, if you dont feel comfortable working out in front of alot of people this is not the place !!!

Gym was renovated recently, definitely is a good value for the money there are lot of cardio machines. The weight section can get crowded in the evenings but there are plenty of free weights and weight machines to work with

Very affordable and friendly staff. I am also in the service and had to spend sometime away and Tyler (manager) was very helpful in putting my membership on a temp hold. Will be recommending to others and will be returning soon!

Great staff keeping the gym clean, hopefully they will reopen soon. Everyone I have talked to were going to rejoin but we all paid for a membership to a closed fitness center. No guarantee that the club wont close again with covid-19.

No frills workout joint. Locker rooms are clean and they have lots of equipment and TVs showing a bunch of different channels. Headphone plugins on the machines will let you tune into the proper audio channel. I go later in the evening so it is not too crowded. Towel service would be nice for $10 a month you cant expect too much.

Would I say that PF is a 5-star Luxurious experience? Of course not! But heres what it is:A good set of dumbbells,A smith machine I can usually get onA place I can do 90% of the weight training Id like to do.An incredible bargain.Plenty of cardio.Is there room for improvement? Maybe, but for what they charge, it is just right. The staff is friendly, the space is clean and well lit, the machines are usually in fine working order.For all who complain about it, I think your expectations are a little out of line.

I mean its a gym...I dont like coming...but I also dont want to be fat. Planet Fitness allows me to continue to explore my love for donuts without looking like Chris Farley, and having a black card membership lets me take me GF with me. Totally worth it, cheap, clean, non judgemental, just what I want in a gym.

Good gym. Large enough to house a lot of people. Bathrooms are clean, changing rooms should get some paint and be swept more, but overall, I have no issues.

The team at this gym is very kind, polite and helpful. Lots of cardio equipment and other things to do. However, not enough weights or benches at the weight area. Had to keep waiting for others to finish and sometimes when you snooze you and up losing, cause someone else takes it. Other than that, its ok.

Need to fix TV reception from the machines! The static on these machines drive me CRAZY! Seems like it should be a certain... Safe machines and good reception! Please fix!

Too many people! Smells Bad! Not Enough Gym Equipment! Soon they will need to offer the wait in line ticket just to get on a treadmill, Parking!! What Parking? Oh maybe in Wendy’s parking lot 1 mile down the road!This Gym is by far the worst I have gone to. Black Card Member wanted to go down to a Normal member because the above reasons and price to transfer is same price to terminate the account! Bad business Idea! So was an easy choice to just terminate the account! I do not recommend this gym.

I was extremely unhappy with my experience at Planet Fitness. I signed up over the summer, and was asked to pay my first months fee of $20, and a sign-up fee of $60. A month before my membership expired I was charged an annual fee of $40. I called PF to let them know that I am canceling my membership, and they maintained that if I had canceled prior to May 25, then they would not have charged the fee, but because it already went though, there is nothing they can do. I signed up in the first place because it is a cheap membership, paid the $60 because they assured me that it would be the only fee, and now have charged $40 for a year that I will not be using their facilities.

I chose this location primarily due to its proximity to where I live, and the ease of getting there on my way home from work. The price is right, and since I have a home up in Portland ME as well I opted for the $20/mo plan so I can go to any PF location.This PF is, like most others, very clean, huge number of cardio machines and a pretty good selection of weight machines. As noted by others, they have very limited free weight selections, and only three Smith Machines (used for bench press, dead lift, squats, etc), and of course the area in which to use them all is pretty small but serviceable.Staff are always friendly, always helpful, and I never feel judged. Theres people at this location who are clearly very experienced at body building, and of course many who are much more casual. My only real complaints are the lacking numbers of free weights, limited Smith Machines, and actually the hours. They open at 0500, and generally I try to be on the road to work by 0600 to beat traffic. Still, its worth the $20/mo or $10/mo IMO.

Exellent value for the occasional times I need some cardio

Its ok for the price. Not the best gym in town, no classes or baby sitting service, also doesnt have much free weights. If you are really into the gym dont come here, if you have been sitting in the office for 8 plus hours and need to get a quick cardio/light lifting session in for like an hour or so then $10 a month wont kill you so join up.

This is a bargain gym - $10 a month is a good deal. Theres a lot of equipment (not enough cardio variety), lots of people who dont know what theyre doing and lounge on machines you want etc. Golds Gym was way better but also $500/year 10 years ago. Its a decent cheap gym and that is all so I rate it okay.

For $10 a month, I suppose its okay. They have a lot of cardio equipment, but far too little free weight space - 3 bench/squat stations! They should take out the useless circuit area (which is just the same crappy machines they have elsewhere, but painted yellow), which almost no one ever uses, and double the weight stations. Their Ab machines are an abomination - putting an awkward, anything but ergonomic load on the arms and shoulders, that makes getting a decent ab workout almost impossible. They should dump those things and get some normal seated ab machines. The place is too hot. The A/C is on, but its obvious theyre cutting costs by keeping it uncomfortably warm for people working out. The water in the coolers is luke warm or cool at best. Never cold - another obvious attempt to squeeze pennies on cost. Id rather pay 15 a month, and have better equipment, cooler air and cold water. They could also turn off or way down the overhead music, which is crap. Almost everyone that goes there wears headphones and listens to their own music, but the overhead is so loud you can still hear it even with noise-cancelling headphones. The employees are pretty friendly, but the managers a jerk.

Plenty of cardio machines. Nice private circuit training area. For $10 a month and for such a small building, the layout is well done in my opinion.

Good gym. Had a huge variety of machines. Super easy to go as a guest, with not much forms or anything complacated.

If you are interested in cardio this gym is fine. If you are interested in lifting any kind of weight it is a joke. I heard the rumors about planet fitness but decided to give it a try anyways... There is ALWAYS a wait for machines or benches regardless of when you go and it seems like every time I went there was a different group of probably 3 to 5 guys using the Smith machines for over an hour at a time... Again, the price is cheap for a reason... they dont have adequate equipment if you are trying to lift weights.

Gym is cleaner than others that I have been to. They have a good variety of machines and Ive never had to wait for a treadmill or bike.

You have to go on a scavenger hunt to find free weights to use on the Smith racks which is a most bizarre problem to have at a gym. Especially in light of the fact that they just recently spent over $100,000.00 (Im guessing) on renovating the place both structurally and with new equipment. To not set aside $400.00 out of that budget for some weight plates is the epitome of a thundershock mind implosion. Overall though the Natick club is good and well worth the annual fee and $10.00 per month.

I beg you. never sign up to this gym. I never leave 1 stars but this is the most mismanaged business Ive ever had to take part in. They charged me a fraudulent $10 charge which I now have to dispute with my bank and when I brought it up with the manager, he told me Theres nothing I can do about it. Immediately called corporate and told them and they said he can literally waive it instantly if he wanted. Outside of their abysmal moral and greedy policies, the gym itself actually sucks too. Always packed, smells awful, people are constantly openly judging people. Again, please feel free to personally message me and I would love to elaborate more on how terrible this place is.

A big spacious gym with a large selection of free weights and machines. Staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming.

Need more free weight options and some heavier weight for the stronger people whom come here cause the other gums are hella expensive. Fine otherwise.

Gym is ok. Machines and locker room are fine. 2 stars for me because its so crowded at peak times plus has limited hours, and its one of the lunkiest pf locations I have been to. So much for no tank tops. But I guess since the company got sued the gyms arent enforcing dress codes. Happy I will be relocating and will visit gyms before choosing my next home location.

I signed up for Planet Fitness/Natick about 1 year ago. I continually had problem to connect to the Wi-Fi, bad odor all over the place, machines head phone plugs not working, broken machines and lack of manner and customer support of part some employees. I just cancel my membership. Be forewarned before signing this contract.

I have been a loyal Planet Fitness member for nine years. My experience has never been great, but it has been bearable at most gyms I have worked out at—something the low fees have somewhat justified.Until now.I was wrapping up a workout in the weights section when I saw in the mirror the reflection of the manager staring me down with a very threatening face. I finished my set and, in a bit of a daze because I had never seen this behavior before, asked if I had done something wrong. His response:Its 7 oclock. Gyms closed. Lets get out of here!I was appalled, not because the gym was closing—even though I had just started working out at this location and was unfamiliar with its hours of operation. No, my confusion was with the attitude of a manager of a service business claiming to be a no-judgement zone, a place where you can work out without worrying about nasty attitudes from other customers—or, worse yet, from a manager.There are normal and decent ways to ask your customers to leave when the gym closes. Staring them down with a mean face as you stalk them behind the mirror is not one of them. Telling them to get out of here is not one either. On the other hand, showing some kindness and understanding—especially when they are new customers still unfamiliar with your hours—goes a very long way.This experience was enough for me to cancel my 9-year long membership with Planet Fitness and simply use my corporate gym full-time going forward. The beauty of having options is that when a business treats you poorly, you can simply take your money elsewhere—or, in this case, save a buck, since a corporate gym is free.If you are new to the area, there are good gyms with good customer service around. You can do better than this place. Give your money to someone who deserves it :)

Bathrooms are absolutely horrible. I almost got sick. Dirty pads filled to the brim (bulging out) MAJOR health hazard. Trash on the floor.

Be sure to check the contract renewal date. My wifes contract, signed in August renewed June first. Although she called prior to cancelation date and requested to cancel due to severe financial hardship both the woman who answered the phone and later the manger in conversation with me neglected to inform us the cancellation date was May 25. Our calls were placed a few days before the twenty-fifth. Very shrewd business people with no morals or sense of decency. Oh yes and be sure to get the cancellation form they should have told us about. They are not very nice people.

Price is great, staff is really nice just wish it was cleaner and that the machines and toilets werent always broken

Its a nice planet fitness, has friendly staff and usual amount of cardio and weight machines. Its one of the cleaner ones ive been to. They have a nice tanning/lounge area thats well kept. Have a decent sized parking lot thats never usually full, but ive always gone there during none peak times. Locker rooms were clean.

Planet Fitness Natick, MA gets 5 stars. Everytime I go I see someone cleaning. Found someones chewed gum in the water bottle holder (only once). Told managenent and they immediatly shut off the equipment to thoroughly clean it. Very impressed.As to crowds, popular times in every gym - before/after commute- is typically the most crowded.

Was a member here and will never be again, All PF are cheap for a reason, They are Dirty, Stinky, and say they are judgement free, but for the people who drop a weight by mistake they ring the alarm on them! I have seen it more then once it is a bit to much.This is a normal gym day, you walk in and it smells like a locker room, you get on a machine and find dead skin in all the harder to reach areas. Then if you want to quit you need to buy out of your membership due to the fact you cant enjoy your workout.They have a yearly fee, and there statement is that the 29 dollars a year is a lock in fee so you never go over your 10 or 20 a month. But from day on PF has always been the same price, they will never lower or higher the rates.Stay away from any PF at least in this area, i have been to about 20 total and they are all the same. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $$ and go to a real gym.

I pay $ 40 montly merbership for me and my wife. My wife was alone to the gym and they do not let her get in because I was not with her. So ! What is that????? By the way the manager is rude guy. POOR!!!
