I have recently joined and it has been a great experience. They have small group sessions which gets you into a regular workout routine and then a lot of extras such as Zumba, Yoga, Boot Camp just to name a few. They help you with your nutrition and provide advice to eat better. The instructors are incredible, they really care and love helping people get the best workout possible. To feel healthier and be able to be more energized is well worth it. I have joined other gyms but this is the best by far.
