Seleena was fantastic! 2018 Ram 3500 is fantastic! Only complaint is that the tires should have been replaced as they were 90% worn out! I had to replace them at a $1000 cost to myself. I guess this is what one gets when buying a truck without looking at it.. still I give them a 5 star as Seleena was great!

I went in for an alignment because the local Ford dealership referred me to them. Mississippi Auto recommended I change a part which Id been suspecting the vehicle needed, and they did it quickly for a great price. This was on an old conversion van that other shops didnt even bother trying to align correctly, but Mississippi Auto did it perfectly! All the employees seemed honest and nice.

It was at the moment he went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me, which wasnt easy considering what I was looking for. After being patient and shopping for a month or two, I found the perfect vehicle with less miles than I originally wanted at a fair price. Cass was more than happy to let me drive the vehicle on more than one occasion to make sure I was absolutely satisfied.

I located the F-150 I wanted on auto trader at Mississippi Auto Direct in Natchez, Mississippi at midnight. I drove from Louisiana to the dealership the following morning. I arrived at 9 am. I was greeted by Salesman Allen Hall. I told him what I wanted, what I was trading and I wanted their best price. I signed the papers on my F-150 King Ranch and was out the door at 11 am. The transaction could not have gone any better. Regarding Mr. Hall, dealing with him was like dealing with a regular guy. He never mislead me and he is true to his word. I will definitely consider Mississippi Auto Direct for my next vehicle.

Really enjoyed working with David Gaspard through the truck buying process. I left feeling as though we negotiated fair deals on both my trade and the truck price. The only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars is due to the fact that the battery was dead in my new truck the next day and I had to make a trip to AutoZone to buy a new one. It was a little embarrassing to have to get jumped off in the work parking lot before I even had a chance to get a tag on my truck. Other than that, my experience with MAD was a good one and I would definitely purchase from them again.

Isnt good place to buy a used vehicle especially with Natchez Ford either. If you dont use resources such as theirs having a mechanic shop provided though their way to comply with certain multi point inspections will prove their unethical and unfit for business. For example getting paid to invest in vehicles whereas their resources are not used wisely. They try to sell new vehicles more than I would encourage people if they were in such a struggle as mine. On the other hand if I could for myself instead yes I would take advice learned from experiences and provide such an way on bypassing their business in lovely Natchez, Ms and not let them ruin everything.

I get my oil changed here. I bring my own filter and oil. Price is very fair for the labor. I will continue to bring my truck here for any work that needs to be done.

We recently purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Trax from Mississippi Auto Direct. This is our fourth vehicle to purchase from Sean and his team. We had moved from Natchez, MS, to Gulfport, MS, since our last vehicle purchase, which is almost a 4 hour drive away. We found the vehicle we loved at Mississippi Auto Direct, and not only did they give a great price and fair value for our trade; but they actually DELIVERED it from Natchez to Gulfport at NO EXTRA CHARGE. That’s almost 8 hours of drive-time, just to get our vehicle to us.
