The reasons for the low review are listed below, the last on this list is the pool, the pool was in the advertisement of this property, Downtown Nashville - Pool, Gym, Balcony! There was NO POOL availability.* Broken Screen Door Handle* Bed was extremely uncomfortable, frame appears to be broken* Electrical Issues, 4-5 outlets arent working* Living room TV didnt work* Not all lamps are working, this could be part of the electrical issues.* Patio Area was dirty with cigarette butts, old dog bed that obviously been part of the landscape for some time, a rolled up rug, old chair and scattered trash around the patio. Nothing like the picture in the listing.* EXTREMELY Nasty bathroom, shower curtain had not been changed in a LONG time, it was covered in water stains, mold and mildew. The grout was white around the edges and brown everywhere else. The storage stand that hold your towels was dirty and rusty.* NO pool availableThe only plus to this property was the walking distance to downtown. I will never book with Playlist Properties again.

Beautiful property and amazing location. Close to downtown and several coffee shops that we hit up every morning. Enough space and very clean. Highly recommend this property to anyone trying to get away, host a party, or even a business trip!

Me and my friends had a great experience using playlist properties for our trip to Nashville! The place was extremely clean, and the rooftop patio was definitely the highlight of our place. If youre coming to Nashville, definitely check out playlist for a hassle -free place to stay. Ill be using it again next time!

My boyfriend and I stayed at one of the downtown units and it was absolutely LOVELY. Very clean, amenities were beyond what we were expecting and the check-in/check-out process was easy to follow and use. Highly recommend if you are looking for a high quality, safe, clean place to stay!

We came into Nashville last minute and stayed in the Splendor Style. We had called another company last minute and they seemed annoyed with us so we found this rental which was literally next door to the original one we found. Alex was so helpful, he stayed on the phone with us while we got everything confirmed and he made sure we had what we needed to check in right away. This place was AMAZING! It is so beautiful. I got huge points with my girlfriend for making this happen, but in reality it was this company that made it happen so last minute and everything was just perfect. Weve stayed in other Airbnbs all over the place before and this was the nicest Ive ever been in. My gf took pictures of everything because she loved how it was decorated, like something out of a magazine. Even the towels were thick and fluffy (not like cheap hotel towels). This company is definitely a class act. I cant say enough good things about how good the customer service was and how luxurious the rental was. I highly recommend!

I booked a large rental property through Playlist Properties (~$3000 total) right when Covid-19 came out. Fast forward to now and the family and friends that were planning on attending no longer want to put themselves or others in danger. As such, we had to cancel our plans to try and mitigate the spread and/or contraction of Covid. However, Playlist Properties did not care that we wanted to keep ourselves safe and insisted that they take 50% of our payment...over $1000...for absolutly nothing!! They were not willing to negotiate at all...very unprofessional during these difficult times. STAY AWAY!

Booked a stay through Airbnb for March. I received a confirm email from both Airbnb and playlist properties. Weeks later I received an email from playlist properties that my stay was in February. I called them to ask what had happened, they had no explanation for me except to offer me a full refund. They did not take responsibility for their mistake. They were very rude to me on the phone and acted like it was no big deal. I sorted it out through Airbnb who was very helpful and much kinder. Very disappointed with the customer service and how they handled the situation.

We stayed in one of their houses in 12th South in Nashville. The place was so nice and so clean. None of us wanted to ever leave! The company was really nice. We stopped at their office to check in and they took the time to help plan out our agenda and make sure we knew the best places to go. We went downtown to the honkytonks one night. It was a $10 Lyft and only about 10 minutes. We spent an entire day walking to all of the shops and restaurants in 12th South since we were able to walk to everything. This was my first trip to Nashville and it was such an amazing time. I would definitely book with them again because they took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. And if all of their houses are a nice and clean as the one we stayed in...you cant go wrong!

Our trip to Nashville was AMAZING! This is the second time we have stayed with Playlist Properties and we wouldnt stay with anyone else. The house we stayed in was like nothing Ive stayed in before. Usually a rental has the basics and are not very exciting. This house they call Sophisticate was a dream come true. I think we actually spent more time in the house than going out in Nashville. The roof was huge and we spent most of our time there. The first morning, we did have a few wasps flying around. We called the emergency number and within 10 minutes, someone was there to take care of the nest and get rid of them (apparently this is pretty common in this part of the south, our last day, we saw them on the neighbor’s roof also but they didnt bother us.) They were so friendly and on top of things and made us feel very special. I will always stay with my favorite company Playlist Properties when I plan a trip to Nashville.

Our experience with this company was terrific. When we checked in they spent lots of time helping us make our plans and letting us know what sites in Nashville to make sure we see. Their recommendation of The Stage as the best live music on Broadway was spot on! The house was beautiful and spotless (a big deal for me.) Everything in the house from the furnishings to the linens was top notch. We will be back next year for a 30th birthday trip and I have already booked through them again!

I usually dont post reviews, but Playlist Properties made our vacation in Nashville extra special! When we first called they helped us decide which one of the houses would work best for our group and we absolutely LOVED the Music City Scene house. Not only did they help us pick the house, when we checked in, two of the ladies spent at least a half hour telling us the favorite local spots and what tours and restaurants we had to visit during our trip. We are coming back again next year and will have a tough time deciding if we should stay in the same house again or try out another one!

We were a family celebrating a birthday. This property 1129 Archer is new but better than that it is very well decorated, tasteful. The rooftop set up with nice lounges and a fireable is excellent. We spent good quality time up there with such a nice view of the city.

Southern hospitality at its best. We are in the process of purchasing an investment property in Nashville. The staff and owners went above and beyond to help us through the confusing process of getting our property in compliance with the regulations down there. This was not an easy task. They spent more time with us than we expected, but we really needed it. I love the southern hospitality they showed us.

I booked this property for two reasons. 1) there was relatively positive feedback and 2) our priority was to have a rooftop location.Unfortunately, we received none of the above. I have never written a review before but I have never felt so violated and disrespected in my life while we as tenants went above and beyond to fix the issue for the property managers.Before I explain our situation, I want to make it clear I have asked the property managers what we could have done better so I can let future tenants know when they reserve a Playlist Property. Management still cannot answer this question, so let’s learn together.First, there was a large wasp nest on the rooftop that swarmed guests and unfortunately left the rooftop inhabitable. Second, as we spent time on the main level we noticed the air conditioning was not working. In an attempt to fix the situation, we turned the air down significantly to see if cold air was blowing from the vents. After realizing it was a deeper issue we turned the AC off entirely and checked on the AC unit in the supply closet. Thankfully we had turned the unit off entirely as it had noticeably froze over. We called the maintenance line immediately and sent them photos to get a visual of the situation. We told the managers we had dinner plans and asked if they would like us to clean up the ice before we left because it would obviously melt while the AC unit was not operating. The maintenance man said he would take care of it in 30 minutes. We never heard back or received updates on the situation so we assumed all was handled and we could go about our night.When we returned that evening the main level was still extremely hot, so we decided to head back home because it was so uncomfortable for our guests.Last Monday I called the property managers to make sure the situation was addressed and asked if there was anything they were willing to do because we lost an entire day in Nashville. As I shared our concerning experience at first, the staff was incredibly friendly and said they would come up with a solution for us and shared their deepest apologies.I received a call about an hour later and the employee (I will leave unnamed) became increasingly rude. First, we were blamed for the broken AC. I asked how we could have broken it and how they could prove it was our guests and not prior tenants— the employee could not answer the question. Second, we were accused of ruining the floors in the maintenance room because of standing water (from the ice that had eventually melted off the AC unit that we offered to clean up ourselves but was told maintenance would take care of in 30 minutes). Third, they accused us of not properly cleaning the unit, however, we followed their check out protocol to a T. I triple checked all bathrooms and rooms because I truly do respect other people’s space and treat it as my own. We threw our towels in the showers/tubs and emptied out all the trash (kitchen AND bathrooms included). We truly regret not taking photos upon our departure, but when you have to leave in the middle of the night it was obviously the last thing on our mind. I can thankfully share screen shots from our conversation about the AC unit and wasp nest.I’m giving all tenants a fair warning that if you come across an issue at their property, you will likely just be blamed and disrespected. We paid for a night that we cannot get back and I would hate for this to happen to any of you as you celebrate your own bachelorette/bachelor celebrations. I am anxious to see their response, as I have still been waiting for a call back for more than a week now.

My party booked a property with this company through airbnb a couple months in advance for a weekend in Nashville. The first house we rented became unavailable due to storm damage. The company contacted me and placed us in a different property. In less than 24 hours to our arrival I was contacted and told that the house we were supposed to be in was now unavailable due to a water line break and they had no options for us but to refund our money, but they could give us a phone number to a guy who had a house we could rent. Part of our party was already on the road from NY and FL, and I was at work trying to finish my day so I could hit the road also. I had zero time to spend finding another house for my party, but was forced spend an hour or so securing another property to rent in less than 24 hrs. Out of curiosity we rode by the house we were supposed to rent, and found it to be occupied. I contacted the owners of the company via email, and got no response.
