This has been such a nightmare experience for me and my family all because this company is careless and completely unprofessional. In July, my VW Taos broke down and Volkswagen contacted this company to tow our car to their dealership. On the way, this tow truck company WRECKED while our car was loaded onto the vehicle. There was significant damage to our brand new car. Please steer clear of this company if you value your car, because they certainly dont.

Super customer service. I waited four hours with no followup from triple A and after three calls and no response, gave up. 5 Star Towing was here in 30 minutes with constant communication. Highly recommended!! Enterprise should fire triple A and go with 5 Star Towing!!

Mr. Navid was soooo kind and communicative! My insurance had me waiting for hours so I took the initiative to find my own tow and let me just say I am so glad I did and I am so glad I chose 5 star towing because it is just that 5 Star! Mr. Navid’s personality and kindness was so infectious it made my problems feel obsolete. Plus it took him no time to make it out to me (just 15 minutes) and he dropped my car off with ease. I would highly highly recommend him. His prices are reasonable and for the service I received with a smile I will be a lifelong client who will suggest this company to anyone! I think it’s safe to say no one likes to make that dreaded call to a towing company because they’re broke down on the side of the interstate! Unfortunately, accidents do happen and towing is the first step to becoming whole again. 5 star towing lives up to its name as far as I’m concerned because they took the bad taste out of my mouth from dealing with unprofessional and sketchy companies that I’ve dealt with in the past. The price was very competitive, flat out cheaper and the gentleman who towed my vehicle was very careful both with my vehicle and helping with traffic. Highly recommend this company!

My wheel was only being held on by the shock. These guys towed me home after I broke down, and again to the shop the next day. They managed to keep the wheel attached so no further damage was done. Awesome job!!!

I initially posted a bad experience with this provider, thinking it was the one that failed me, but it was not. The one that Verizon Roadside Service scheduled had a very similar name, but WAS NOT this provider. So, since I was notified of my error, in all fairness, I wanted to detract my negative review and set the record straight. I apologize to Five Star and hope my negative review will now reflect vastly different. And, although I’ve never used them, I’m going to give them 5 stars to match what they’ve provided to other customers.

They were professional and took great care handling my oversized vintage truck. The guys were friendly and patient with my unusual situation. 5 Star Towing is who I will call if I need towing service again. Ill continue to recommend them to family and friends.

This is the best towing service I have experienced in all my years of car ownership! Their communication and timeliness was excellent and they even went out of their way to send a video clip showing my car had safely arrived at the requested location. I am so impressed, very pleased and highly recommend them.

I had some car troubles and was looking up some tow company on google maps and found 5 star towing. I called and talk to one of the guys there and had him schedule a time to pick up my car and drop it off at the dealership. What can i say they where nice and on time and i had them call me as they pick up and drop off my car at dealership cause i couldnt be there at the time . They also sent me pictures while they pick up and drop off my car which was great. All in all great service great people.

These guys are the best in the industy! They came and had such warm and friendly personalities, it cheered me right up after I had such a miserable experience with the last car repair company I called before them to help me. They arrived promptly despite the weather all smiles, and changed my tire when my car was in a really hard lopsided position and on a downhill slant! They were so patient and kind, and did such a beautiful job. I never written a review for anyone but I just had to for this company thats how GOOD they are!

The two guys that came to my tow did an absolutely amazing job. Not only were they very professional and courteous, but they took extra great care in handling my classic vehicle and making sure that no damage occurred. My particular need for a tow was not the common issue and they were very creative in their problem solving abilities to adjust ob the fly and get both myself and my vehicle to a safe place.

Its not that often that I need a tow but I couldnt be happier with these two brothers helping out when I needed a tow for my motorcycle. Its a Friday night and these two guys arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected and were far beyond professional. They werent only good at what they do, they were quite friendly and relatable. I had a better time talking with them on the way home than I did with their professional and efficient towing service! I just want to buy these guys a beer and hang. I had a flat in rush hour traffic on the interstate and had to pull next to the divider. They put my truck on the flatbed and took me to the next exit and changed my tire. The guys that helped me were professional and courteous. I hope that I never have a flat in rush hour ever again, but I know who I am calling if I do.

These two guys are awesome. They were very careful with my brother’s car and texted him after they delivered his car to the repair shop. If I need a towing service, I will call them based on how they responded to my brother’s needs. I was quite impressed and that’s not often easy for me, especially regarding auto services.
