Went there to pay to get my employees vehicle out after they towed it for apparently being a inch over a no Parking area right outside my business.I was cussed out by a tow truck driver for honking the horn at him, when he almost backed in to me in the parking lot. I Told the owner he said that “sucks” as if it’s a daily occurrence.I have no problem with paying to get the vehicle out but a little respect would be nice or maybe a sorry for the inappropriate behavior.I wouldn’t recommend this business if you need a legitimate tow call someone else.

We were stranded due to running out of gas and Steven helped us by driving us to a gas station and provided us with a gas can. We are so thankful for his kindness!

My car broke down on the side if the road and they decided to tow away my car while I was with a friend to get a part for my car. My car was not even there for 24hrsUpdate: there has been many parts that got broke when they towed it. Wish i could give 0 stars.

You dont have to wait long for them to arrive, and they charged me a very fair price. They are top notch, with great equipment.

This company is lousy! When you call they answer with “please hold” (real inviting huh?) and then you stay on hold for several minutes until they finally answer. Then they get your information and put you on hold again until they eventually hang up on you. Happened two times in a row! No wonder their reviews are so lousy they don’t care about you or your situation, which is obviously dire if you call for a tow truck.

Beware ... They are running a scam on people. The driver told me that all vehicles involved in an accident in the Nashville area that they need to be picked up by him and taken to his yard. He told me this when I picked up the car from his yard two days later. Tow company are thieves they make money off people. The driver said he would tow the car to my home for $175 It was agreed then he said once the vehicle was on his tow truck he said he would take the vehicle tomorrow morning it’s too late right now and for the same price. So it was ok with that you know being overwhelmed with the accident and all. The next morning we are waiting for the vehicle nothing called the tow truck company and the guy would hang up the phone. Refuse to provide an address. He kept saying I need to have insurance for him to release the vehicle I was like what are you talking about? You said you will bring the car home and he would just hang up. Well beware with this tow truck company and other two more because is three tow company under this building where they store the vehicles they tow from the Nashville area and Nashville freeways 🛣 like freeways shoulders and freeways ramps.I had to get my own tow truck to come pick up my vehicle from this place.No I don’t recommend them at all.

Dude came without hesitation to help rescue us out the mud..(cuz we were ALL THE WAY stuck 😏). Plus not only was he there in lightning speed.. It wasnt nothin but a thing to pull us out quick quick like a bunny 💪😁 Highly recommended ✔✔✔

The tow truck operator was experienced and professional. Was also very helpful in helping me to find a mechanic who fixed my car right. Their prices are reasonable keeping in mind the high cost of equipment and the fact that they had modern equipment at that. I would recommend this company to any person who is in distress because of automotive breakdown or an accident. Ive actually had to use them twice and in both instances they provided excellent professional service. Thank you Martins Wrecker Service.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company! I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! My car completely died on me and regardless of my boyfriend coming to jump it, it still wouldn’t work. I called around and all other places said it would be crazy expensive and over 2 hours wait. I finally called Martins and the dispatcher was very nice and helpful (I’ve never had to call a tow truck before). They gave me a great price and had someone there within 20 minutes! My tow truck driver was William and he was WONDERFUL! He actually tried looking at my car to see if he could get it to work. He was very knowledgeable and gave my boyfriend and I some tips on where to look for a new starter. The entire experience was great (for the situation). Long story short very professional, very reasonably priced, and very friendly. If I could give more than five stars ⭐️ I would!

My car was towed around 4pm on Wednesday. I noticed it had been towed at 2am and called Martins (as well as Metro tow) to confirm that they had my car. The driver on duty told me they didnt have it. After calling several other tow companies, I had to report my vehicle stolen. Imagine the look on my face, Thursday evening when the police officer told me my car was towed to Martins, who already told me they didnt have my car. They charged me an additional $80 for two days of holding even though I went through the embarrassment of having to report my vehicle falsely stolen after Martins told me they didnt have my car. Management accepts no responsibility for the mistakes of their employees and thats the sure sign of a bad business. Two stars instead of one because the man at the counter was at least polite.

This company is the absolute worse. I was involved in a wreck after 9:30 PM on Thursday night. I called Martins towing company at 12:00 am, after leaving the hospital. The person on the phone gave me a price of $218.70. I called back at 6:00 pm on Friday, the same person answered the phone. He told me same price of $218.70 and he also stated that if I got there before 10:00 pm the price would be the same. When I got there at 8:00 pm it was a different person on duty this new person charged me $297.00. This guy charged me for another storage fee and was very rude when I tried to explain his mistake. My wreck happened between 9:30 pm - 10:00 pm on a Thursday I picked my car up at 8: 00 pm on Friday. I was ripped off $80.00.

CJ was the nicest guy we met in Tennessee. We needed someplace safe to put my bike for the night and he was obliged to help. Middle of the night and he was happy and helpful.

Arrived on time to rescue me from a flat tire with no jack and a poor spare tire. Justin was professional and very courteous. I was exhausted from a long day working. So pleased and so thankful.

I was told Martins would be cheaper since they are located very nearby where my vehicle was and was going to. I called multiple times on two different days and they wouldnt give me an exact time they would have someone available. Just seemed unprofessional. So I called another towing company and the first other one I called from a Google search was cheaper and told me they would arrive within the hour .

I used Onstar so they were fast. Driver talked us into using enterprise rental by the lot but they didnt have any cars and he wouldnt take us to the other nor was he willing to wait till we found out if they had one but when we pulled up there was no cars on the lot so make sure he takes you where you want to go before dropping your car.

I paid off the tower from a very confusing parking area (the signs for no parking are quite confusing) in which the tower would not even let me speak to him, cutting me off with give me $55 now, or I tow it and you have to pay a lot more. After he takes the money, someone from the apartment complex in the area started shouting something to the effect of youre always over here taking advantage of people because the parking is confusing, go away. ... Or something along those lines. The tow truck driver proceeds to pull his truck to the front of the apartments, get out of his truck, and start cussing / yelling at the people in the apartments. He then threatens to fight and continued taunt them. I get in my vehicle, type in the company phone number given on the side of the tow truck, and then drive away. I call the towers super visor and attempt to report the incident, as I felt offended and uncomfortable with the situation. From the second I tell the supervisor (in a very calm manner) that I have a complaint, he proceeds to yell at me for the rest of the phone call. I tired to explain the altercation but continuously get cut off with the supervisor yelling he has to deal with druggies and drunks all the time in that area, and you have no room to voice a complaint. He then tells me that he is going to call the tower, and then call me back. As I did not confirm this, I hung up the phone out of frustration. He calls me back, describes my car to me, and asks me if it was mine. I said yes, but it doesnt matter, as my car does not relate to the situation I am calling about. I am simply trying to call you about the altercation between your tower and the people in the apartments. He then proceeds to tell me, well its none of your business. In fact, Im going to call my tower back and tell him to go back to that area and tow your car no matter where it is at. As I try to reply to this comment, the supervisor hangs up on me. This is a very simplified version of what happened with this incident. I have never felt as if I needed to leave a Google review before, but this definitely made me feel like I needed to.

Rip off service sanctioned by Nashville Metro police Department via the City of Nashville Tennessee.$175 charge to travel 2.5 miles to THEIR storage yard. They refused to transport the vehicle to our choice of destination.We then had to arrange service with TOM’S AUTOMOTIVE WRECKER SERVICE to get our vehicle to the Destiination of our choice.

Martins is the best and I understand the job they have and I respect them to the fullest. Just remember people when the weather is bad rain, snow and its very hot they still do there job and FYI they work for metro 👮 and they set the tow prices. so for everyone complaining about the prices this company and all the other tow companies that works for metro goes by the rules. (This is not what you see on TV folks, This is real life so dont park where your dont belong and drive safe and you dont have to have a tow truck in your life. My car engine damaged after they towed my car.

I understand that it was my fault for parking on a street that was blocked for the marathon but when I got there they tried to charge me a $40 storage fee for keeping my car over 2 hours when it had only been 90 minutes as marked on their own paperwork. When I tried to point out the math, one of them tried to tell me I was wrong because it was marked in military time which doesn’t make a difference at 0300 hours. They never admitted that they were wrong or lying but reluctantly gave me a refund. They were pulling the same thing on the guy next to me.

Is there anything less than one star? Last night I was towed by Martins towing. The guy was rude and I believe dangerous. Let me explain. I was walking back to my truck when I saw these people take my car. The problem was car was basically sideways. The tow truck was dragging my car sideways on the narrow streets of downtown Nashville. I dont know how they could have such disregard for private property. When I got to the tow yard, I confronted the man from inside my friends car. I asked him, Why the F**** was he towing my truck side ways? He reply Put your hands on me and you will see!! we were all stunned. Yes, I was mad but at no time I threaten him with harm.Then I followed him to the office, hoping to find a manager. He confronts me saying that Go! put your Hands on me!!! I told him that what theF**** is wrong with him?Then he step up to me bumps me and say bump me again and then reaches for the back as he if he has a gun. I told him What the F*** is wrong with you? .Now, he realizes that my friend is watching and steps back and basically accuses me that I push him. Then walks away, tell me to pay for truck.I asked him who do I pay it to? and he again, confronts me as if he going to fight me. saying that I am following him to put my hands on him. EVERYTHING THAT THIS DID WAS PURE SHOW TO PROVOKE A FIGHT.when we got into the office, i still was telling that I dont care that towed my truck but the way he did it. This man is dangerous, and should not be dealing with the public.Yes, I parked in a place where I was not supposed to but there is little thing call professionalism. You do not treat other people property that way, and you do not threaten people with bodily harm or even death.

I had been in an accident, so we naturally called the tow company. They said it would be an hour before they got out here because they were busy. We understood. So we waited the hour and longer. We called back to see what was going on and they said they received a call after us so they sent the truck to that one and it would be another hour! Horrible service!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was told by a man on night shift to pick my car up by 4pm the following day and it would be about $200, and if I got there after 4, it would be $248 and some change. I got there around 3pm, and was charged $277 and was told by the ONE employee working there who was very rude that I had until 2pm and so I was late. i explained exactly what i was told and he said that it wasnt his problem and the price was what it was as he started raising his voice at me. I had been very specific about the car and license plate and was very clearly told 4pm. this company is sloppy and cheats you out of money.

My car was towed from downtown by this company. I called them twice to confirm they were the company that towed it. The man that answered was extremely rude and told me it wasnt there and hung up on me. I called back same guy answered with his same terrible attitude and told me my car wasnt there that he had been working all day. I calmly asked him to check the lot again because it was towed a few hours earlier. I was put on hold for a few mins then he said Yeah its here, and hung up again. I show up to the lot no employees on site. I call back and get the same guy. I told him I was there to pick up my car and he said he will be back in 10-15 mins. 47mins later her arrives. I pay him and meet him at the lot. (no id check or proof of ownership was required.) I notice that the white car parked next to mine on the passenger side is about 8 inches away from my car. The girl beside me had to wait for me to pull out so she could enter her vehicle. I immediately stop and do a walk around my car before I leave and notice my passenger door had been hit hard by a white car door. The guy didnt say a word to me just jumped in his truck and drove off. I would push my car before I called this moron to help me out!

I saw one of their drivers speeding and changing lanes multiple times with no turn signal. When I called to report it the manager started telling me how sometimes these cases are considered an emergency, as soon as I told him they still can’t indanger other peoples lives because it’s a emergency and that there is no excuse for not bothering to use a turn sign that’s when the manager hung up on me.When I called back he said he wasn’t making excuses for the unsafe driver and said he would handle it. Kinda hard to believe he’s going to handle it when he didn’t bother to ask me the drivers truck number and seemed to want to make excuses.

My car died inside of a small parking garage. I called my insurance company first because they can usually find me a decent tow service within the hour; that didnt happen this time around!I tried calling the garage owner to no avail, then I just started calling different tow companies because I had been stuck in that particular garage for over two hours. I was finally referred to Martins, and they came in under 30 minutes.The driver was a nice gentleman, and was very friendly and personable. The tow was expensive, but my insurance company did reimburse me the total amount. I know now that if I ever get stuck in a parking garage, I need to call Martins.

If I could give them 0 starts I totally would. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! We had two flat tires and we were in the interstate (17 more cars where in the same situation). Called our wreker in Lebanon to pick us up (with the approval of the officer there). This guys came, and told us they would have to take the car to their place, when our guy was already coming. Took us to Martins Wreker Services, unload the car, told us to go to the office (which was closed), and left us there ALONE, without saying anything. THEY LEFT US THERE JUST WAITING WHEN OUR WRECKER WAS ALREADY THERE TO PICK US UP! They were insanely rude! And of course, we had to pay a lot of money when we did not need to!I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM AT ALL!

I needed a tow in a garage with 64 clearance. Called 6 companies who could not take the job before getting Martins. Pricey but other than that, no real complaints. And the price was clearly explained beforehand (due to extra labor required for the dollies and such).

I got into an accident that was not my fault. My car was tow’d to this company. I was told over the phone by an employee that it would be free for AAAtog eat my car in the morning. When I arrived the next day and told this to the miserable man at the front desk, he actually cursed at me. I was just repeating what his employee said. I have never been treated so poorly for no reason in my life. Scum.

No stars would be better. We had our car towed from a legal parking spot at the Sounds game on a Saturday night and at 9 pm at night they did not answer their phones. Unless they can come up with a legal reason for towing the car; it is grand theft and it will take a small claims court to get reimbursed the high rates for towing and storage plus cab fare home!!

The customer service of this towing company was horrible. My 16 yr old son was downtown and was towed because he parked in a towing zone was left stranded downtown with his 15 yr old friends. I understand him towing the car but when my son tried tell him that he could pay just leave him the car the man refused and took the car to the towing yard. I had to pick them up and they were hiding because it was so many strange and homeless people roaming the streets. I called to find out where the tow yard was and the guy was rude and hung up in my face. Once I finally found it, he was still being rude and told me that my son and his friends being kids wasnt his problem. I called the police but they took so long to show up and it was raining very hard so I left, but I do plan to follow up and file a complaint.

I have known the owners and staff for years and they have always been helpful and understanding to people in bad circumstances and my clients in need, they have to tow for businesses and the police sometimes and that doesnt make them popular with people that make mistakes but they treat every one the same. Tough job but they have great hearts!

CJ is a real dick with zero sense of customer service! I was rear ended one block from their tow lot. The tow bill was $177.78. That included a storage fee! I said, its only been here for an hour and a half! CJ says no its been here two hours!. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this idiot!

As is true of any of any towing service, they arent the best society has to offer. I was towed on a Sunday. I admit it was my fault, as we missed the time I wasnt supposed to park there by 40 minutes. The Predators just won and I had to extend my celebration. A $135 tow truck bill is well worth that. However, when I called the number on the meter to get my vehicle, they directed me to Martins. I googled Martins and it said it was closed on Sunday (the day I went to pick my vehicle up). I tried to make them aware of that and they said not their problem. Not only is this bad business, it might make someone wait to pick their car up, which will cost them more money. Seems predatory to me. When I went in to pick up my car in a joyous manner, because the Preds won, I was treated like a goon. After noting they didnt care about what Google said about their hours, I figured the intelligence level of these employees didnt extend past 8th grade. When they asked for a phone number, I declined. They called me a hard ass and said that I could wait outside until they were done. Not sure what that means, but I took it as a threat. When I asked if they were threatening me and asked if I needed to call the police, they said the cops would be on their side. I reminded them that Im not obligated to give a number to pick up my car because they have my ID and address. One employee kept telling me he didnt work there, but keep chiming in because he was part of a sister company. Im not sure what he was saying. If he did work there, address the issue of a bad listing. If he didnt, shut up. I have no business with you. Needless to say, I won the less then challenging IQ battle between three employees and got my car out and continued to celebrate the Predators winning. Just be mindful. Bad business practices and room for physical altercations. Do push ups before going in to free your vehicle from their evil clutches.

Very rude, I parked in a public parking lot, there was no sign anywhere that said no parking I am a NASHVILLE Resident that parked to do a little PR at Hard Rock Café. I come out to my car being towed from behind. This is a special type of sports car and its front wheel drive. He tried to tow it from behind and let me tell you I havent driven it much since tonight but if he did any damage to that tranny you guys are going to have a lawsuit on your hands. Had his hand wide open for $55 dollars to took what little money I had to pay my rent with. I just lost by job, the PR work I do is for fun and because I like doing it. Mind you she parks i the same spot ever time she goes to work never had a problem.Get there the guy behind the desk was unprofessional, looked sloppy, and rude. There card machine didnt work and he talking about we dont have change. What kund of business is this?!? When we called the company they didnt tell us any of that would of saved me time. Then other people start coming in, the tow truck driver was really rude we already paid he had all his paper work, he asked the tow truck driver to walk us down to get the car he rudely said she can wait.
