This company was and is the best it can be, not only were they honestly humble they were pretty sound on the over turned truck I was driving. Set the ol girl back on her tires as easy as I have ever seen . Im so grateful first off that no one was seriously injured. I would recommend Jonnys Heavy Duty Towing if you need anything tow related this company is honestly the best I have seen and Im grateful for their help. Phones are answered professionally and courteous, dispatcher was very understanding and helpful. Drivers show up when they are asked to do a tow within a reasonable time. Driver was very professional at their job and know how to get the job done! Rates are also very reasonable. We Felt very comfortable with this service and would suggest it to all. Thank you Jonnys!

Had an excellent experience with this heavy duty towing company. The driver for my situation was super friendly, professional and an all around good guy!

The worst service ever. Called them at 1:45 to tow semi, its now 10:30 no tow truck. Started calling them at 430 to find out how long it would take to get here. They lied and told us it would be a couple of hours longer. Called back at 7:30 talked to dispatcher and he said he spoke with the driver and he would be here in a few minutes. Called back again at 8:30 still no tow truck. Dispatcher said he was at another area dropping off trailer..wth what happened to being here any minute. Canceled the tow. Found someone else. Nothing but lies.. Avoid this tow service if at all possible.

I called this business for a tow at 4pm. They said 2 hours. At 8pm, I called several times and left voice messages. None of which were answered. I called another tow company. They arrived at 9pm. Never hear or seen jonnys. So disappointing

For a heavy duty towing and roadside service we could not be happier. There service man Jon came out and got the truck/hauler off the side of the road after we broke down and lost all power. Jonnys got us back to their shop and fixed my Husbands truck in under 12 hours. At a very fair price.Thank you so so much!

Had a trailer with a bad brake chamber. They were there within an hour and got it fixed up and rolling in another hour. Great people to deal with. Would definitely use them again.

We were put out of service by DOT because we had a leaky brake chamber called up these folks and they were able to handle us on the spot and get us up and running and back on the road to deliver our load much appreciated thank you.

We called at 11 am and they said it would be 2-3 hours to tow our semi, after 5 hours I asked how much longer, after 1 more hour I was told another hour. At 10 pm, I tried calling back and had to leave a message that we no longer needed their service. If they could not get to us, they should have just said so instead of wasting a full day of ours.

I’ve been waiting over 2 hrs for someone to come tow my vehicle. I was told it will be 45 mins til a hour we’ll it’s been over that time limit. They called and said they were 15-20 mins out and it’s been over another hour. I’ve called several times no one has answered or returned to say they’re sorry that the tow truck hasn’t arrived yet or nothing . So no I have to call another tow company which is going to take another hour. Communication is key with customers that’s trying to do business with you.

I was told their wrecker (big truck) will arive in 1-1.5 hrs. They were stalling 3.5 hours and then they sent small wrecker (no air at all to move my truck).

I wish I can give you 0 stars. I need my bill please. Trying to reach you guys for 3 days and nobody is answering. You charged me $1350 to come out, bring 20 gallons of fuel and change fuel filter (my driver provided to you). Send me my bill please. Ill contact better business bureau to report you.

They did a great job helping us out. It was a rough day dealing with driver and truck issues. They made the process as easy as possible and were also very nice.

Oh boy where to start. We had a belt tensioner let go and the belt. Truck was instantly stranded. Jonny’s did an amazing job, was there when they said they would be. Will Definitely use this tow company again they are great.

When the guy finally got there he was great from daddys tow and recoveryJennys, however, lied 3times before the guy got there would not give me an estimate or rates I wanted to cancel but he had gotten my cc number just after telling me he would be an hour 3.5 hours later then gouged on the bill an understatement

It takes dishonest and takes 4 hours to answer and charge a very high value for 1 hour of service and a distance of 6 miles.

If I could rate it left, I would. Hateful uncaring and rude

Called said be couple hours okay no big deal. Called at 330 said someone was leaving to come get me. They were 45 minutes away. 8 pm no one around.
