I have been working with The Lease Killers for several years now. This is a great company for Vacation Rentals and AirBnB in the Nashville area. All their properties are very clean inside and out and have the absolute best locations. They always answer the phone and respond to texts or emails promptly. I really appreciate the team they have assembled and the way they do business. Top Notch!

We booked on of their properties through Airbnb and on night one of our stay our house was broken into about 2:30am. He walked through the front door, which yes was locked!! There was a man in our bedroom while we were sleeping, with kids in the house as well, and took about $15000 worth of stuff. The house offered little to no security and only has one lock with is operated by a keypad. No additional deadbolt or chain is on the inside. Just one lock that is accessed on the outside. Anyone can easily break through the lock or reprogram a new code. The cops even told us that this has been happening with these kinds of locks, and with the knowledge of this happening this company should have better security measures in place but that just goes to show you how they don’t care about you or your belongings. This company is terrible!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After calling the cops and getting a police report, we tried over and over for hours to contact our host with no response from them. Even though they state their service is 24/7. After they finally called us back, they offered no resolution. No one came to the house to check or change the lock, check for damage, try to help us with a solution. They did not find us an alternate place to stay nor did they offer to reimburse us for our flight changes or the costs to book a hotel. Since they didn’t give us another property to stay at. After the one phone call from the manager, I never heard from her again. She assured me they would be working to fix this and that I can call her with whatever we need but then became unresponsive, and had no regard to the traumatic experience we had been through and the amount of money we lost that night. We saw the man in our bedroom and escaping with his buddies in the getaway car!! The NEXT DAY AFTER the owner of the company finally called me to tell me that they will no longer be in contact with me because there is nothing they can do and refuse to talk to me anymore!! He was extremely rude and placed blame on us saying that we left the door unlocked, which we did not! I can’t believe that this company is allowed to operate like this and still be able to rent out there homes on Airbnb. Airbnb needs to remove this host and put insurance and policies in place for instances like these. This is totally unacceptable for us to pay to rent a property, and be robbed which was very likely an inside job, and be treated so poorly with no solution. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, AIRBNB TAKE THEIR PROPERTIES OFF YOUR SITE. Look at their reviews on other sites, they should not be in business.Aside from the robbery; the property was sub par at best. Dirt all on the floor and walls, there was no trash bags in the trash cans and no trash bags throughout the house. Both garbage cans in the garage were FULL of trash. Absolutely ridiculous. They will not get away with this!

These are the people behind Host Extraordinaire providing unsafe rentals in Nashville.Our first night staying at this property a man broke into our Airbnb at 2:30 in the morning on June 9th, 2021 while we were all sleeping and robbed us. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED!!! We woke up, caught him and ran him out of the house. We called the cops and proceeded to call the 24 hour number the HOST provided to us and it was not in service! It seems like this was an inside job as the owner of Host Extraordinaires said it wasnt their fault, we probably left the door unlocked (we absolutely did NOT) and cannot do anything about the $15-20 GRAND OF STUFF THAT WAS STOLEN. WE WERE A GROUP OF ALL GIRLS (4 teens and 4 adults). WE LOCKED THE DOOR, WE DOUBLE CHECKED IT WAS LOCKED BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP. The robber either had a key or a code to get in the front door as there is no additional way to lock the door from the inside. There is only 1 lock with a code to enter the house, no extra dead bolt like all other homes we have been to. We felt so unsafe after this happened so we had to put a broom and a chair in front of the door out of fear someone else would enter the property after locking the door. The way we have been treated by this company is absolutely horrendous, they have no concern for the traumatizing experience we had at their property which is supposed to be a safe place to sleep. THERE WAS A MAN IN OUR BEDROOM ROBBING US!!!!!!! The management company of the house (Host Extraordinaires) called us the NEXT DAY around 9am on June 10th and said we are It is impossible for someone to get in and we must have left the door unlocked. hHe said we are calling the office too much and he is done with this situation, people get robbed all the time in low income areas and there is nothing else they will do for us. Obvisouly someone can get in when the 1 lock is locked because they did. Or it was an inside job with the Host Extraordinaire company. Airbnb should have this company removed from their website because this is NOT OK!!!!!!!!

The Lease Killers is built on the hardest working people I know, from cleaning staff, laundry, communications and management. They strive to be the best. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company. They have a total disregard for the Nashville Mayors Rule of 8 and expect me to keep my vrbo reservation with 9 people from 7 households, even tho it is in clear violation of the mandate. Their actions are irresponsible and unethical, putting profit above the health and safety of its customers.

Where to begin. I suspect that many if not all of the positive reviews were generated artificially. This company rented out my property as a party pad and then tried to bill me for any damages (of which there were many). Essentially, they were more concerned with their own reviews than servicing their client. Further, all their up front charges/deposits have proven to be money that is nearly impossible to recover. Using Homeaway directly has proven to be far easier than I initially thought and yielded a much greater return without a middleman who added no value.

Fantastic experience. The Lease Killers did exactly what they said they would. I was a bit hesitant at first switching from long term leases, but I was reassured everything would be alright and it was truly a great decision. Well u may get a clean house or it might be made to look clean they cut corners they young and maturity is low the cleaners or on pills and everything else they dont like you if u are disabled seen it with my own eyes .do they have a no star button dont leave your stuff in the houses the QC person will take your belongings wont return your stuff .so be aware and they all on drugs .pitiful and they will cuss you out in a minute .so be aware .everything that looks good aint
